Part 2 Dan pays busy Brady an unexpected visit at the mansion and insists he make time cos this is important! He comes to stand before the DiMera mantelpiece and notes people are concerned about him, Brady assumes it was Maggie who complained. Dan points out he is running around all mad. Brady bitterly states his dad has been running around trying to break up him and Kristen and if he tries one more thing, he is gonna pay! Downstairs in the secret room, eerie music plays as John seductively murmurs he understands about memories that come flooding back. Kristen muses this is the room she imprisoned Marlena in and suggests the jersey would not wipe away that memory either! JJ hopes his stylish sister will show him around town. Before she can answer, Jen returns and sweetly asks for a word alone with her son. Vargas excuses himself. Gabi calls him creepy and asks Nick to stay away from him. He will do what he can. Nick gets a headache. Gabi wants to shop. Nick sighs he is bogged down with Kate’s work and asks her to go without him. Gabi agrees, then gushes about the present from Will for baby Arianna. Nick acts positive. Gabi hopes he is sincere, kisses him, and departs. Nick now stares darkly. At the pub, Will brings up when EJ first saw Johnny. EJ grins when his motha put him in his arms, the room melted away and all he could hear was his breathing, all he could see were his tiny ears and fingers. He became a protective papa from that moment on. Will wonders whether he was scared. Indeed. EJ chuckles he had not the slightest idea how to be a good fatha. Will assures him he is a great dad. EJ thanks him for that. He thinks Will is going to be a fantastic fatha, just as Samantha is with him She loves fiercely. Will grins he hopes he is not too much like her. Sami fixes her hair and now enters the pub as gracefully as possible. Will is hopeful that the evidence has been destroyed. They wait with bated breath. Sami sits down and gasps nothing yet but that will change soon. Stefano always gets what he wants. Will realizes he has to wait another day to tear up the custody papers Nick forced him to sign. He laments Gabi complained Nick is rather stressed and it concerns him. There is something going on. Sami suddenly asks him to go and greet Caroline. Once alone, EJ wants to know WOT happened! She sighs she tried without success and he demands the whole sordid story. She admits she almost gave Joe all Nick’s money. EJ is exasperated and warns her the man has to report back to Stefano. They must do damage control! Sami offers to think of a cover story for Stefano. He growls easier said than done, and gets a business call he must take. He urges dahling not to get in any more trouble. She kisses him and heads back out to do battle. EJ now answers his call. Tis lawyer Justin , who has already filed the necessary certificates. All systems go. Fatha will not know where to look! EJ purrs he will be in touch and glides out of the pub. Will is at the bar, on his phone with Rafe, who wants to talk. He agrees, then is surprised to discover that EJ and Sami have gone. But to where? Harold the butler is dusting and accidentally interrupts Brady and Dan. Brady asks after Kristen. Harold informs sir that she got the key to the old wine cellar from him earlier. Brady wonders what is down there. Items from her previous wedding. Dan is now freaked out and decides to go. Brady thanks him. Dan reminds him he is on his side. Brady just wishes the rest of the world was. Meanwhile, down in the wine cellar secret room, Kristen puts away the expensive pearls. John admits he will never forget what she did to Marlena. However, he was no innocent himself! He should have been honest about his feelings for Marlena. It was not fair. He adds he really wanted to be over the blonde. Kristen cries Marlena is the love of his life. He notes things change, feelings change. She should know! She bites a nail and assumes he must hate her for her affair with Brady. He murmurs he does not hate her. In fact, his feelings for her are complicated. She blinks at him. Alone with her son, Jen lets him know she emailed his school and crosses her arms. She gives him a chance to fess up. Alas, he does not. Her phone rings and she must take it upstairs and sternly tells him to wait here. Ring ring! Someone is at the door so he saunters over and opens it. Tis Daniel, who grins JJ looks like his pictures. He starts to introduce himself and extends a hand. JJ snaps he knows who he is! Sami rehearses what she intends to tell Stefano as she passes the town gate, but a strong hand clamps over her mouth, silencing her! Kristen whispers she wants John to see himself out. He stops her from opening the door and breathes in the scent of her. Kristen turns around and their faces inch closer and closer. The moment is broken when Brady knocks loudly, demanding to know if Kristen is in there. John plays it cool but the she devil looks ready to panic ...!
