Sami notes Will is a better person than her. He even saved Nick’s life. However, she wants answers about how Jensen got out. Look what he did to Will and also to Rafe! Meanwhile, Will gushes to Lucas that fatherhood felt like there was music playing. Lucas grins she is beautiful, tiny, and helpless. Will intends to step up to the responsibility and insists he will protect her, give her the best. Lucas murmurs that was how he felt when he was born. Will sighs things will be perfect and falls back into a peaceful slumber. Lucas whispers he will be a great father and kisses his tired heroic son on his head. Nick numbly repeats Jensen raped him. He adds this is the first time he is saying it out loud. But it was real and that is what he must deal with now. Reality. He is very sorry he used her. Gabi sadly wonders whether what they shared was only a fantasy. Nick has no answer. He laments he hated Will and Sonny because of what Jensen did to him. But Jensen was straight. The assaults had nothing to do with sex or sexuality, it was all about violence and power. Gabi would have been better off without him! Sami and Sonny walk in with the baby. They perceive the long faces, feel the raw tension in the room. Sonny discreetly asks if it is a bad time. Unhappy Gabi asks to hold her baby so Sonny gently places Ari in her mother’s arms. Sami calls her precious. Gabi cuddles and admires her baby. The nurse now enters as she requires her signature for the birth certificate. She gives it to Nick, who wipes a tear from his eye. Sami wants to see. Nick announces it must be redone for the father’s name is not correct. Gabi agrees. It should read WILLIAM HORTON. Sami emotionally nods. Sonny takes it all in. Nicole teases Eric for obsessing over the words of a child. He should get over himself! She turns away and stares. He is staring too. They both try and make light of it. She now suggests he is uncomfortable being around someone as sensual as her but her desires can certainly be met elsewhere. Eric diverts his gaze. Embarrassed Nicole suddenly decides he owes her an apology by tomorrow and storms out. The tormented priest later kneels down to pray in his dark bedroom. "Heavenly Father, please bless Nicole, whatever her needs. I also want to pray tonight for my stepbrother Brady ..." Hope asks Brady for the photo back and he gives her the evidence. She wishes him luck and departs. Brady still wants that answer from John, who cryptically drawls at least he now knows the truth. Brady becomes peeved about the non-answer and storms off. John is unable to stop him. Back at DiMera mansion, the melodrama continues. Marlena accuses Kristen of yet another fabrication. Kristen dares her to ask John cos he wanted Brady to catch them together and end things with her. He merely convinced himself seducing her was the only way . However, the truth is he has desired her for a long time. Marlena snaps she is fooling herself but Kristen repeats he was on top of her. Marlena calls her disgusting. Kristen adds it is basically only a sexual attraction but those sparks linger. They will never die! Marlena calls her sick, like the day she tried to kill her. She remarks she is ranting and out of control. Kristen suddenly smashes her glass onto the floor and leers she could have destroyed them all by letting Brady catch her and John in the act. But she did not. She changed because of Brady’s love. No revenge would ever give her the joy she gets from loving Brady. She cries she told John she was done. She chose the love of a wonderful man. She chose love and then Marlena came waving the photograph, ruining everything. Marlena leers back at her that she brought the sad little story on herself. Kristen screams to get out and rubs her hands on her face, hair, and body, crazily taunting that Marlena must live with the knowledge that John’s hands were aaaaaaaaaall over her! When Hope later arrives Kristen is standing silently. Marlena muses she actually believes she is the victim. The blonde feels terribly for Brady. Hope assures her she did the right thing. Exit Marlena. Kristen is in no mood to talk but Hope holds up the photo, which is in a sealed evidence bag, and demands she start talking. She already knows much, thanks to the one who gave this to her! The nurse promises to correct the administrative error and scurries away with the form. Sami cries thank you and follows. Sonny appears moved and follows. Gabi and Nick look at each other as she holds the peaceful baby. Out in the waiting area, Sami and Lucas sit and talk. She thinks their kid is better than them. Hr agrees and puts an arm around her, kisses her hand. Their kid being better than the pair of them is just the way they should want it! Meanwhile Sonny talks at Will’s bedside. All is well and they are going to make this work. "You and me together." He holds Will’s hand as he sleeps on. Meanwhile, Gabi concedes she and Nick have much to consider. He cries to get some rest and walks out. She cries to her baby that mommy will always be here for her and she will always be loved. John approaches Marlena at the town square, handsome and triumphant. Thanks to her, they have won! They can now put things right! Marlena looks him in the eye and wants to know what he did. He drawls it was complicated. She quips it always is, then declares she would rather not think about this tonight. In fact, she does not want to give it another ounce of her energy to wonder what he did or did not do with Kristen and coldly walks away. John appears caught off guard by the icy reception. Brady walks alone in the dark park. Along comes a seedy character with a sniffle. He offers him some dynamite stuff in the happy little bag. Brady is not interested. The dealer thinks it is his loss and vanishes. Brady sits down on the bench with a sigh. Nicole comes around the corner, surprised to see him in such a downtrodden state. She touches his face, wondering what happened. She suspects it has to do with evil Kristen and urges him to confide in her. Brady laments it is officially over. He calls himself a fool for believing in a joke. Sympathetic Nicole suggests they go somewhere to talk until they get kicked out. He sighs. She feels he needs a friend at the moment, just like her. She knows he is acting like he is fine, but she sees right through it and holds him close, resting her own weary head against him. Brady sighs again, emotionally spent. Kristen wishes Hope would call Brady for her, to tell him just how much she loves him. No luck. The detective is there to take her down to the station, where she might be charged with the felony of conspiring to commit aggravated assault. And this time the charge will stick, as Brady, her almost groom, is ready and willing to testify against her ...! END Ahead on Days of Our Lives The DiMeras stand by Kristen.
