He cannot get out of the room and security thinks he is drunk. He curses that Brady is not answering his phone, which is lost at the town square. He needs to save him from the clutches of the she devil! Roman to the rescue! He heard about the disturbance after he landed in Salem. The commissioner wants answers. John flashes back to his attempted seduction that fell flat. Roman suspects he wanted to prevent the she devil from marrying his son. Did it work out? John is not forthcoming. His lawyer arrives on scene and suggests he say nothing. Roman discovers Kristen has not filed a complaint against him. John snaps that is because they only argued and the whole thing was a bust! - Kristen waltzes into the mansion and finds Brady with Marlena. The almost groom glares at her, the damning photo in hand. She has LOST! He saunters toward her and demands she come clean about who she really is. It is a loaded question. He informs her that this man in the photograph, the one she paid off, attacked him. "You set me up! You played me!" Kristen denies the charge and accuses Marlena of orchestrating such a lie! She must have fabricated this with photoshop but, as Marlena points out, she is no photographic expert. She recalls how Sy came to her with something in an envelope and wanted a meeting. Kristen remains in denial. Brady asks for a moment alone with his fiancée. Marlena is sorry. Kristen screams she is a lying bitch. Once they are alone, Brady points at Kristen not to come near him. She now lies it could have been Hope’s set up ...He rages at her to stop. He knows she has played him from the start and set him up to be attacked as part of her plan to win his trust and affection. She sadly shakes her head. She loves him and even had an epiphany. They made it too! He demands she answer the question. Did she pay the man in the picture to hurt and attack him, to get close to him and thus destroy his father and his marriage? YES or NO? He knows it is true and rages at her to answer with her sick mouth. She gasps YES. Brady turns away and she feebly reminds him he was very tough on her when she first came to town. He turns back and observes her in disbelief. She whimpers she did some bad things and used tricks and lies to get revenge on John and Marlena but then in the end they found each other. He coldly notes Marlena was right about her all along. Kristen cries about their love. No one ever loved her like him before. Brady sarcastically wonders what changed and how this epiphany of hers suddenly happened. She confesses John came to her cos he wanted her! In bed. Brady shakes his head. She insists he wanted her tonight. Brady appears upset and wonders why his father would do such a thing. Because he planned for Brady to find them in bed together. However, she let him know that she loved Brady. He is all she needs. She cries she needs no revenge, only him and his love! Brady gives her a strange look. - Sami and Adrienne are in Gabi’s room looking for baby. So is she cos the bassinet is empty! Meanwhile, Nick has woefully brought sleeping Will his daughter. Will’s eyes flutter open and he watches through the haze. Nick turns around but Will says his name so he turns back, Nick slowly walks to him with the baby. A flashback of Nick’s homophobic blackmail is shown. Back to reality. Will blinks up at him with kind eyes. Nick continues to approach, staring with remorse. He asks Ari to say hello to her dad. Will looks at his daughter with tears in his eyes. Back in the room, Gabi is panicked. Nurse Maxine enters. Maxine assumes there are tests being run and goes to check. Sami tells Gabi to relax. Gabi asks about Nick, who was holding the baby before when he was here. Sami gets tense and excuses herself. Adrienne assures the young mother it will be fine. Out in the hall, Sami snaps to Maxine that crazy Nick took her granddaughter. They head off together. Nearby, Maggie embraces Sonny and muses luck was on all of their side. She realizes Gabi and Nick have much to thank him and Will for. Sonny politely smiles and gets himself coffee as the optimistic redhead suggests this could be an opportunity for a fresh start for the two couples. Sonny feels that he and Gabi have changed towards each other, but cannot say the same about Nick and Will ... - Marlena finds Hope in her office and gasps she needs her help. It concerns Kristen! She soon identifies Sy’s mugshot and Hope asks about the circulating photograph. Marlena explains Brady now has it and she got it from Johnny, who stole it from Ciara’s pink backpack. Hope stares. - Back in the hotel room, Roman notices the wrinkles on Kristen’s wedding dress. He goes on to suggest John has feelings for her. John growls he knows exactly what his game is. His eyes flashing with jealousy, he accuses Roman of wanting him out of the picture so he can make a play for his wife, the fair Marlena! - Tired Will half sits up and emotionally greets his daughter. He thanks Nick, who apologizes. He is so sorry and hands him his baby. Such a highly charged, symbolic gesture. Sonny appears and helps, fussing over the baby he delivered. Nick steps back. Sonny touches the baby’s head as Will holds her in his arms. Meanwhile Sami is raging to Maggie in the hall about Nick abducting her granddaughter. Maxine returns and explains all is well. Sami soon enters the room and admires Will admiring his beautiful daughter. She informs an amazed Will that the baby was not born in the hospital. Sonny delivered her! Sonny is his usual modest self. Nick slips out and runs into Maggie, who wonders what is the matter as he quietly weeps. He keeps on walking. She goes after him. He is going to drop a bombshell ...
