Picture Perfect Part 2 At the town square, Marlena starts to take out the picture to show Brady, but he stops her, not interested in anything against his beloved Kristen. He huffs he already chose his dream girl over John and Marlena and he will not tolerate anything against her. He saunters off. Marlena blinks. This is far from over! Father Eric plays with Johnny at the pub and calls him smart. Enter Nicole. The lad is thrilled to see his once stepmom and brings her to the table. Eric chuckles nervously. Nicole pleasantly explains she is just here for some coffee. She is glad to see Father Eric, who is glad to see her too. He adds he is watching Johnny as a favor for Marlena, who left in a hurry. Johnny grins she was furious on account of Kristen. Nicole and Eric wonder. Johnny comes clean to the priest and the parish secretary about stealing Ciara’s picture. Nicole praises him for admitting the mistake. Eric usually forgives her. Eric assures Johnny he also forgives him. Johnny thinks Nicole is fun and tells Eric he should marry her! She nervously laughs it is time to go and does just that. Eric wants Johnny to get ready for bed. Matchmaker Johnny now blurts out he knows Nicole likes him cos she looks at him just like how she looked at his daddy when she liked him! The priest does a double take. Nick continues to hold little Arianna, not uttering a sound. Gabi stirs and notes she is beautiful, they will all be happy together. Nick looks up at her with red eyes, then back down at the baby. Kristen has had an epiphany. It matters not that she hates John and Marlena, for Brady’s love is the best thing in the world and she loooves him too. John growls she is not even capable of love as she has no heart. She smiles she does indeed and adds she knows that he came here to do to her what she had wanted to do to him. He puts the pearls down and scoffs he does not follow her gibberish. Kristen holds up her wedding dress and smiles through her tears that she is finally free! Free to move on with Brady for her happily ever after! He gives her a strange look. Meanwhile Brady arrives at DiMera mansion and walks past the pretty white wedding décor. He is a man in love. He pauses and picks up a matchbox, engraved with Brady and Kristen forever! The wedding of his dreams. So it seems ... Sami joins Sonny and Adrienne, who are on their way down to get some food. Sonny decides to let Sami and Adrienne talk and steps away. Sami thinks Adrienne should be proud of her son. Adrienne gushes she is glad that Will is alright. Sami intends to find out how the bad guy got out of prison. Adrienne offers to get Justin involved. Adrienne longs to meet the baby and so they return to the room where Gabi sleeps. She opens her dark eyes and asks about Rafe. Sami explains he is stable. Adrienne sweetly suggests they take her to see him later. They now look into the bassinet, but alas baby is not there! Gabi starts to panic. Meanwhile, Nick stands in Will’s room holding the newborn, who makes a gurgling noise. Will groggily opens his eyes and closes them again. Kristen gets dressed in a hurry. John refuses to let her leave and holds the door with a powerful hand. Suited security arrives on scene, having heard the commotion, and Kristen begs then to stop the insane man from following her! She takes off and John tries to leave too, but the burly men block his path. He will not be able to stop the wedding! He tries to call Brady and his phone rings and rings, still lost at the town square. Marlena crashes the DiMera wedding room, insists Brady the almost groom have a look at what she has, and promises to leave once he sees it ... Moments later, Kristen is back! She gushes her beloved Brady’s car is home and goes into the prettily decorated living room, her eyes filled with love. "Brady?" There stands Marlena, beside the almost groom. He looks up from the damning picture he is holding and glares at Kristen with loathing ... GAME OVER! Ahead on Days of Our Lives Kristen is in big trouble! Nick realizes the truth is his only option. |
