She implores him not to pick up. He must as it is the hospital calling. Dr. Love is on his way! Abigail is disappointed. He puts on his jacket and explains he likes her but cannot keep doing this. Next time they ought to meet in a public place! Abigail is exasperated. Cam is later at the hospital, getting changed for his shift and remembers kissing Abigail. He places a call to her. She is glad he called and is sorry but he drawls he should apologize. He does not wish to pressure her. It is all good even when they are like friends. He enjoys being with her. She starts to say she did not feel pressured. He concludes he is the problem and woefully ends the call. Sonny stammers he was not looking for Kate and Rafe and takes off, not sure how to react to what he witnessed. Kate goes after him. Rafe rubs his head and gets anxious. Downstairs at the pub, flustered Sonny bumps into Sami, who asks if he is alright. He pretends he was here to see Gabi. Kate comes downstairs, and states she was looking for Nick and Gabi. Rafe appears. Sami is surprised he was looking for them too. Rafe angrily tells Sami he wants to talk to her! Why did she not tell them what Will had done! Sami claims it was not their concern. Rafe recalls finding her in the evidence room. Kate is curious about that. Rafe wonders if Sami caused this mess and Will just wanted to stop the madness. She admits she made things worse but Will should not have signed that document and she is doing everything possible to help her son now! She implies Gabi is at fault. Rafe insists his sister does not want to keep the baby from Will. Sami quips she is busy and needs to unpack. Why? She informs him she has moved into the DiMera mansion, haughtily adds that is where she shall be, and flounces off. Rafe is dismayed. Kate decides to go after Sonny and do some damage control before all hell breaks loose. Will is at the coffee house seeking Sonny. Justin explains he went looking for Will. They spoke and he wonders whether he now wants to talk. It is all confidential. Will comfortably replies the situation has been settled for the time being, thanks him for the offer, and exits. Sonny and Will now catch up at the town square. Will heard he was looking for him. Sonny tries to play it cool but Will notices he is not quite himself. Did he see something that shook him up? Sonny flashes back to catching Will's grandmother and former stepfather kissing. Will wants to know what is up. Pause. Back at DiMera mansion, Stefano solemnly reminds Brady he shall be family and family to the phoenix is of course everrrything. Brady promises to love and protect his daughter and be part of the family. They shake on it. Brady emerges and updates Kristen on how he assured her father he would love and honor and protect her. "All the Days of Our Lives," she giggles and they kiss. She wants a bite to eat and hands him back his phone! They exit together. Stefano grumbles he hopes she knows what she is doing. John sits and is almost reduced to tears as he flashes back to the birth of his boy. He reminds himself he swore he would always take care of him and by God he shall! Meanwhile Marlena gets to the hospital but she cannot concentrate. How to fix this mess? Both John and Marlena receive a text. Marlena goes to the elevator. John and Marlena arrive at the town square, assuming Brady texted them that he wanted to talk. Brady, who has arrived with Kristen, snaps he certainly did not text them. Kristen innocently states she did, so they could break through the big barriers and perhaps compromise. Brady growls it cannot be. Kristen adds the situation must be very dire. More dire than she was led to believe. Marlena glares daggers at her and rages it is her doing! Kristen sweetly smiles, then pretends to be afraid. Marlena tries to appeal to Brady’s common sense but he becomes even more furious and warns both his parents to stay out of his life! He ushers his fiancee away and John’s eyes narrow. Marlena explains she was trying to help but John has had enough and walks away from her, in no mood to talk. Kristen and Brady return to the DiMera doorstep. She pretends to be sadly sorry and he embraces her reassuringly. They don’t realize that someone with bad intentions is watching them through the bushes ...!
