Part 2 Will exclaims he wanted to enlighten Gabi that Nick is a son of a bitch she should not marry! Nick leers he is dumber than he thought. Will explains he has known Gabi for years and she would have a big problem knowing what a homophobic blackmailing idiot Nick was. Nick warns him his loved ones would suffer the consequences. He claims he is only against gay people raising children and is not a homophobe. Will scoffs. Nick goes on to warn him not to push him. The only reason he is not reporting him to the police right now is because it happens to be his wedding day. Will coldly wonders if they are done. No! Nick sighs and advises him to be pleasant whenever they run into each other. To keep up appearances. Will gets sarcastic. Nick claims he is only keeping this from Gabi to protect Will. He walks off. Will mutters he is unbelievable. He now summons Sonny to the town square, where he updates him on Nick the unreasonable homophobe who cares not about anybody, not even Gabi. He only cares about what he wants, so this is a losing battle. Sonny silently shows his support with a hug. EJ stops Sami at the town gate and points out her memory seems to have eroded. He continues. She wants to ask the phoenix a favor and yet he could do the same to William as Nick with the blackmail. Desperate Sami confesses she hates Stefano but he could still be Will’s savior. EJ thinks her desperation will make Stefano’s day. Sami wonders what if EJ spoke to him. He flat out refuses to be sucked back into his world. Sami pouts. EJ assures her that her happiness means much to him. She promises to make sure he is not sucked in. If they are together as one unit, then surely Stefano will listen. Unless he hates them being together. EJ’s eyes flicker. Fatha has claimed that he does indeed accept them being together. Sami is ready to go to him. EJ explains his fatha would want something from her too and would she be willing to pay the price? She would do anything for her kids, even sell her soul! EJ warns her they will not speak to his fatha until they have exhausted every other option. She asks what option would not involve him going over to the dark side. EJ talks legal action after the baby is born. Sami agrees to wait. But only for now. If all else fails, she will seek out Stefano for that favor. EJ pauses. There actually could be another way to enlist Stefano’s assistance. Sami wants to know what. He grins and naughtily shakes his head. EJ agrees Samantha could be right about fatha being the most effective option for Will. There is a way ... Sami quips she will do anything. EJ suggests she wait with her enthusiasm. He now suggests she and the children move into the DiMera mansion with him! Togetha. Sami stares. Back at the mansion, Kristen greets Chad warmly. He admits he decided to welcome the old man home and is still considering the big move. She teases they could sit around the fireplace talking. He makes a comment about DiMeras discussing who to whack next and asks how Brady likes it here. Kristen cannot claim it has been a bed of roses. Chad now enters the living room and greets the excited phoenix, who grins he looks terrrrrrrific! He is sympathetic about the rough time he had in Salem. He is deeply sorry he was not here when he needed him. Chad smiles and retorts he was never there for him before anyway. Stefano does not get why he came. Chad admits Kristen got through to him and made him decide to give the family another chance. Maybe. Stefano’s eyes shine with hope. It pleases him that he is keeping an open mind. While in Europa, he missed his family, whom he would love to have under his roof. He alludes to not having much time left. Chad chuckles about his recent funeral. He admits he has not made up his mind about the big move just yet. Stefano dramatically declares he is his son and that is all that matters! Rafe and Kate greet Gabi at the pub. Rafe wanted to check up on her and Kate bears a gift. Gabi gushes she has already done much for her and Nick. Kate has the something blue for her wedding. The girl thanks her for the blue earrings. Kate praises her dark eyes and muses one day she might even give the earrings to her daughter. Rafe is pleased as the two women embrace. Glamorous Kate heads out. Gabi then asks about Kate and Rafe arriving together. He uncomfortably admits they are friends. She asks why! They got to know each other and he finds her interesting. Nick returns and ushers his bride to be upstairs. Outside, Kate remembers Rafe’s words about Stefano being back and goes on her way. Brady reminds John of his doubts about Kristen using him. Does he still believe that? He is either lying now or he was lying then. Which one is it? John smoothly states he might have been initially overreacting. Brady reminds him he had claimed Kristen said she was actually using him. Why would he tell such a lie? Kristen appears and the hope fades fast from John’s face. Brady explains he invited her to join them and mutters he was not done with his alone time. Kristen feigns regret. Brady must now step away to take a call. Kristen smugly sits down, sips some coffee from a blue mug, and demands to know what John is really up to! She butters her bagel as John plays it cool about the innocent father-son breakfast. Kristen suddenly strokes his hand over the table and seductively murmurs the only way to Brady is her. Can he handle it? John the expert game player meets her gaze with a knowing grin...
