Kate is impressed she is still working and remarks she is due in approximately a month. Both are looking forward to the baby’s arrival. Kate gushes when the baby is born, Gabi and Nick and Will are going to be thrilled! Gabi thanks her for all she has done and confesses she has something to tell her. Kate already knows about Will signing away his custody rights! Gabi explains they wanted to make sure Sami would not be involved. Kate gets her to confirm that Nick was the one who orchestrated it. However, she will not keep Will from his little girl. Kate purrs she is relieved, though she questions whether Nick is truly on board. Gabi insists he is. Kate coos that is wonderful, then asks whose name will be listed on the birth certificate as the father! What is the name Arianna Grace will see on it when she grows up? Will she see the truth? Gabi insists she would not fight Will on it if he wanted her to list his name. Kate points out she is sweet but Nick is a wild card, hence these papers she had drawn up. Kate is ready to get down to business. "Do you have a pen?" Gabi stares in surprise. Dan rejoins Chloe and Parker at the town square and acts like nothing has changed. She talks dining together but Dan explains he would rather hang out alone with the little lad for now. She understands, assures him she is there to listen anytime, kisses Parker, and walks away in her tight pink dress. Dan now asks his little man if he had fun in New York. Coached Parker repeats "New York." Rafe soon arrives and Daniel takes him aside. Rafe wonders what is up. Dan murmurs that is what he needs to know! Nancy claims she took Parker to New York, yet she clearly used her passport and there was a visa inside. In addition, Nancy took no pictures of their holiday. Dan suspects something is very wrong! He asks his buddy to use his FBI contact to verify where Nancy flew with his son. Rafe agrees to see what he can do. He owes him from keeping his and Kate’s affair a secret and will be in touch as soon as he has something. Dan is most grateful and gets back to Parker, who has finished the app game. Dan sits him on his lap and declares they are gonna take this to another level. Maggie is off to run some errands. She kisses the Greek tycoon, teases to stay out of trouble, takes her white handbag, and waltzes out wearing a smile. Sy now calls back, hoping he and the powerful Greek can continue. Victor growls he is not interested. Sy urges him to at least look at what he has. Victor suggests he email it to him, though he will have to find his email address himself, resourceful fellow that he is! Sy curses when he hangs up. Hope and Maggie run into each other at the coffee house. Hope mentions the Jen incident. Maggie is still upset but Hope feels no one knows the whole story about Dan and Jennifer and what happened. Something in this story is missing! Chloe flounces back to the apartment. Fancy Nancy is all packed and updates her daughter on Dan standing too close to her passport. She is certain he did not see it, however. Knock knock! Tis Nicole and she wants a word alone with Chloe. Chloe is not in the mood and says so. Nicole warns her to get in the mood or pay the price and walks on in. Nancy is sent to the other room. Nicole now updates her former friend on what she learned. Chloe notes Jen’s inner bitch came out. But Nicole begs to differ. She recalls Chloe telling someone to do what needed to be done. And she admitted she was making a play for the good doctor too. Then Jen mysteriously broke up with Daniel. How did that happen! Chloe tries to kick her out but she is no match for she devil Nicole, who refuses to go anywhere! She already knows she caused the breakup of love birds Dan and Jen and pressures her to admit it! At the house of Kiriakis, Victor updates Brady on Jen breaking Daniel's noble heart. He now wants to get to work on those art proposals for Titan. At that very moment, Kristen calls Sy and tells him of the APB on him. He had better be far far away at some exotic destination. Sy promises not to bother her again, he does not linger where not wanted. He then places the damning photo of their meeting in an envelope for Titan Industries, thoughts of revenge dancing through his head. Rafe comes back to Dan with what he managed to discover. Nancy and Parker were not in New York. Dan sighs. "Oh God!" Where did they go? Rafe explains that as per Homeland Security, the pair flew to and from Brazil.
