Episode 12,060 - Dan wakes up in a sweat and Jen asks what is troubling him. He had a bad dream that she did not love him. She whispers they are real. Their love is real. It was a dream. They kiss. Now Dan wakes up for real all alone on his black leather couch, fully dressed. He sighs. Knock knock! He tries to ignore it but Chloe will not go away! He opens the door and she has a little surprise. Parker! Dan is elated and holds his son close. Chloe admires the sweet scene in her stylish mini. Nancy arrives, out of sorts about the parking. Dan asks about New York City. Nancy and Chloe gush that can come later. Dan lifts up Parker and reminds Chloe to finish packing. Nancy wonders why she has to move out and acts concerned about him. Daniel ignores mother and daughter and talks to Parker about his toys. Nancy proceeds to criticize Jen. Dan stands up. She stops. Dan decides to take Parker out for some alone time. Meanwhile, Nancy can help Chloe pack and then they can both be gone when he and his son return. Nancy notes his mood. Chloe is sure she will triumph. Nancy nervously reminds her that if Jen talks, she is in trouble! Chloe is confident she will not, there is too much at stake. Jet lagged Nancy is now desperate for aspirin and cannot find any in her handbag. Chloe has some and apologizes for making her rush back on such a long flight. Nancy is relieved for it was not easy to pretend they were in New York. She remains concerned about Jen talking. Chloe doubts it and decides to follow Dan and Parker. They are family after all! - At the rectory, Abe is going over the facts for his update. He is surprised that Vargas is handy with tools, as it was not in his resume. Nicole boasts he was hired as a handy man by the church. Abe wonders how Nicole is dealing with the former felon. Vargas is listening at the door, intrigued! She muses she is not exactly innocent, but had misgivings about the program. However, Vargas is great. He really wants to change his life and make something of himself. She offers to go get him. Moments later, Vargas joins Abe for a chat. Nicole returns, surprised to see him. Abe is pleased with his progress and gives him his number should he need to call. Vargas plays the role of the polite reformed man. Abe must leave for an important meeting. Vargas tells Nicole he seems like a nice guy. He now casually wonders if Father Eric received those plans from EJ. He pretends to be surprised when Nicole laments she was married to that EJ DiMera twice! He knows the name well. - At the mansion, Brady in black gets off the phone. Kristen flirts, then asks who he was speaking with. To the doctor and as per the MRI, he is fine, no lingering problems from his violent mugging. Kristen flashes back to the cash deal she made with Sy the mugger to get all the proof he had that connected them. Brady starts to kiss her. Ding dong! She intends to get rid of the visitor, but it is Detective Hope Brady, who smiles she bears good news. They may have caught one of Brady’s muggers! She steps in and adds they caught a mugger who fits the description of one of Brady’s attackers. Brady emerges in his black t-shirt and is up for identifying him to bring him to justice. Hope wants to see them at the station soon. She walks out. Brady gets his car keys and insists Kristen accompany him. And so she must. - Jen is in blue to match her mood at Horton house and starts to stretch for her jog. She opens the door to Lucas, who is thrilled she dumped Daniel. He hugs her, congratulates her for coming to her senses, but the fair widow is not smiling. She is still not smiling when he proposes a nonalcoholic toast and continues to happily talk. He offers to set her up on a date with Rafe, who happens to be available. Jen cannot believe it. Lucas gloats that she left Daniel to bleed on the street. Jen gasps and spills her drink. Lucas gives her a pep talk about being strong and informs her she did the right thing. Daniel Jonas was not the real deal. He shows her a picture of the late Jack. Jen remarks reality is not always what one wants it to be. Lucas can relate. Jen refuses to let him trash Daniel. Lucas now suggests they catch a movie. She has things to do and would rather run to clear hear head first. She assures him she will be fine and walks him to the door. They kiss, exchange I love yous, and her brother goes. Jen stares at the beautiful flowers from Dan for a moment, then exits to clear her head. Easier said than done ... - At the Kiriakis mansion, Master Victor has just returned. He hands butler Henderson his bag, storms into the living room, and demands Maggie tell him what the hell Chloe did to Daniel now! He pours himself coffee from a silver pot as Maggie updates him on Jennifer’s shocking cruelty. Victor blames himself for promoting that bitch! Maggie explains she was not over Jack. Victor growls she should not have led Daniel on and dumped him like garbage. Maggie shakes her crying head, her expensive earrings trembling with her. The Greek tycoon consoles her with a hug. - At the town square, Parker cutely chatters about the cows in a game. Dan asks about New York. He is glad his boy is back and kisses his head. Parker smiles and keeps playing. Chloe arrives in her hot pink dress and charmingly points out she did the right thing by bringing Parker to Salem, to make their family complete. Dan invites her to sit on the bench with them. She admires Parker playing the new app. Jen jogs by and stops when she observes the happy scene. After she jogs away, Dan realizes he left his phone at the apartment. He kisses his son on the head and departs for his place, where he is about to discover a most inconvenient truth ...! - At the police station, Hope steps out of her office so Kristen steps in and rummages through the files on her desk. Hope comes back and wonders where Brady is, and just what she thinks she is doing. Kristen replies he is still parking and is sorry, but she was anxious to see the mugshot of the man who attacked her beloved Brady. Hope quips it has not arrived yet. They can wait.
