The dumped doc is desperate to forget his breakup with Jen. They take it to the couch. He suddenly sits up gasping he cannot. Chloe bats her dark lashes and insists they were meant to be. He gives into temptation and kisses her again. She starts to undress him but he stops, for this is not right. She reminds him they had Parker out of love. Dan stands up and gasps he will not take advantage. She is the mother of his son. Beautiful Chloe takes his hands and emotionally calls him the best man she has ever known! He should not be alone. Dan considers going to New York to sightsee with Parker and fancy Nancy. Chloe decides her mom should bring his son back. Tomorrow morning she will return for the rest of her things. She assures him he has not lost Parker. Dan dramatically breathes thank you and she steps out. Chloe now calls Nancy, and gloats the deed is done! She can come home with Parker pronto! - Cam - code name Apollo - is on stage, moving up a storm for those screaming women at the strip club. Abigail and Chad assume he left and also start to leave, but alas she forgot her purse and goes back in to retrieve it. Chad sighs. Abigail the virgin walks into the crowd and looks up with her now found bag in time to see Cam moving suggestively in skin tight shorts as wild women shove bills at him. Abigail freezes. He gyrates with bills in his shorts. Chad impatiently goes back in to find her. Abigail remains frozen in shock as Cam happily lets the ladies stuff his shorts with more cash, the dance having ended. Their eyes lock across the crowded room and the smile fades from his face fast. He gathers up his clothes and the cash and runs backstage. "WOW!" laughs Chad. They both saw him! Abigail is shocked. Chad makes a joke. Abigail needs fresh air but the bouncer stops her and tells sweetheart she is going nowhere! Chad intervenes as the now dressed Cam comes running and takes her by the shoulders. He had asked the bouncer not to let her leave as they need to talk. The bouncer steps away, grumbling that no one should upset the talent. Cam accuses Chad and Abigail of violating his privacy by following him. Chad continues to poke fun and calls him doctor by day, Magic Mike by night. The truth is, they were concerned and wanted to help him. He questions if they really are friends. Abigail raises her head and tells him what she really thinks. - Nicole is surprised to see handsome Father Eric at the rectory office. She had assumed he would be at that religious conference. He laments he is still going but might not be coming back from said conference! She does not understand. He explains only Father Matt knows so far and shows her the transfer papers which were attached to his holy email. The bishop has given the order to move him elsewhere. Nicole snaps they need him here and the bishop is an idiot! Eric reminds her he is the chief. Nicole wonders what all this means. That he will be moving out of St Luke’s. Nicole gets even more upset and tears up the papers in an attempt to prevent his move. Eric sighs they cannot fight this. Nicole lists all his good deeds for this parish and community. Eric suspects it may have been frowned upon that he demanded Kristen and Brady resign from the board. Nicole insists she will not let him go but he reminds her of his vow of obedience. She stands up in tears. He stands up too and wishes he could make her feel better. Nicole demurely cries what she will do without him and curses Kristen DiMera. This must be all her doing! - Vixen Kristen is on the move! She arrives at John Black's room with a box of photos of them as a couple, which she found at the mansion. She purrs she wanted to share them and smiles a crooked smile. She holds up a photo of the happy couple years past and calls them an illusion. She wanted to be in love so desperately and implies Brady is the real thing. John drawls what she finds real and exciting is that she is using Brady for her own purposes and folds his arms. She taunts him to enjoy his trip down memory lane and makes a comment about his former mullet. John is not amused. Kristen now walks through the town square in her tight leather pants. She overhears a pair of gossiping nurses excitedly rehashing what happened between Dan ad Jen, the ever so scandalous public breakup. - Jen answers her door to Hope, who just learned she quit her job after her fight with Daniel She asks what happened. Jen admits she was not exactly demure about it and folds a blanket. Hope senses something is not right. Pink sweater girl Jen agrees. Hope hopes she can work things out but Jen just claims that is not possible! She repeats her Jack excuses. Hope, however, suspects this is related to Chloe. Jen quips it is about her and Daniel only, cries for her cop cousin to go, and looks out the window. Hope is later gone and Jen lovingly puts a photo of Jack back on the mantelpiece. Ding dong! Kristen calling and she is not going until she knows her good friend Jen is alright! She assumes it is about Jack and can relate about hanging onto the past. She knows Jen was not herself to dump lover man Dan in public. Jen laments Daniel was the one who got hurt. Meanwhile. Dan is ready to console himself with a drink. He pulls Jen's sapphire necklace out of his pocket and then tosses it in the cabinet. The booze is about to win ... Knock knock! Tis glamorous Maggie. She is so sorry for how Jen treated him. Dan would rather not discuss her and hugs his mother. - John impatiently goes through the old photos in the box and wonders what Kristen's agenda was. Why did she really bring these to him? She had a reason and he needs to figure it out fast ... - Abigail suggests Cam cut the moral high tones cos she saw women stuffing bills into that skimpy thing he was wearing. Cam lectures them for following him. Abigail argues she had a good reason to be worried as she saw him giving that guy money at the hospital. Cam thinks this is his business only. He does not need their help or owe them any explanation. Abigail assures him they were trying to help cos they feared for his safety. Cam snaps she does not trust him, never has. There is no need for her to worry about him anymore. Chad questions whether he can take really care of himself as he claims. They both saw that gun he was carrying ...! - Heart broken Nicole decides she will call the bishop and explain he cannot do this. She searches frantically for his phone number and Eric patiently points out it is not a good idea for his personal assistant to contact him on a church matter. Nicole laments she is a lost sheep and what will she do if he leaves her? Eric whispers she will go on and they will be thankful for their time together. She is not so sure she was good for him. He tenderly takes her hand and assures her she was. She helped him with his nightmares, made him laugh, and turned things around. He thanks her. Nicole cries she cannot cope with him leaving. He woefully insists they save those goodbyes, for he has packing to do. The priest now pauses at the door and asks her for one last favor ... Read Part 2 of Rumor Has It plus Spoilers ...! |
