Chloe calls her selfish and cowardly not to do the right thing for Dan. Jen calls her sadistic and delusional. Chloe hisses she can catch the next flight to Brazil. Jen stops her and sadly agrees to do it. Chloe warns if she blows it this time, lover man Dan will never see his son again! Jen shuts her eyes and closes the door. She raises the sapphire necklace to her lips. Marlena is surprised to get a call from her receptionist that Sy cancelled his appointment. EJ approaches her at the town square and politely requests a moment of her time. He has something important to discuss. It is Samantha. He assures her that he loves her daughta and is in this for the long haul. It is wonderful for them and the children. Marlena admits she is pleased for the children. EJ charmingly grins and hopes she will not stand in the way of their happiness. Marlena replies Sami's happiness is important to her. EJ now hopes she will stop by the mansion and wish her well. Marlena flat out refuses! Only because his sister Kristen is there. She excuses herself. EJ muses that should have given Kristen the time she needed! Meanwhile Sy has entered Marlena's office for his appointment, only to discover Kristen sitting at her desk, claiming the doctor is out but she is in! He demands to know where Marlena is. She demands he stop trying to mess with a DiMera and hand over those photos. He is not calling the shots! Neither Dr. Evans nor the police would be able to protect him from her big bad daddy Stefano. She threatens him with death and then insists they settle this now! Five thousand dollars in unmarked bills right here right now, for all copies of the photos, including the hard drive. Then he can keep his mouth shut or she will shut it for him permanently. They make the exchange and he departs. Kristen knocks over John and Marlena's pretty wedding picture and walks out. Rafe follows Will outside. He understands this is unexpected but it is much more than that. Will is upset about his former stepdad sleeping with his grandma. Rafe assures him that no matter what happened between him and his mom, he still cares about him. Therefore, he wants to know what really happened between him and Nick and Gabi. How did Nick make him sign away his parental rights to the baby? Will points out that Rafe is Gabi's brother and she is his priority. Rafe assures him she would never keep him from his child, regardless of any papers he signed. Will certainly hopes so. Meanwhile, Kate wonders why Sonny is so preoccupied with her every move. He explains he was hoping she would be more focused on helping Will. Kate now understands. When Will and Rafe return, Kate insists she still wants to help, but Will's discretion is crucial, as Stefano is back. Will promises to keep his silence. Rafe decides he and Kate should get goin. And so they do. Sonny is sorry about the secret. Will now confesses he too has been keeping something from him. What? Sonny soon cannot believe he went to Stefano for help and deduces it is because of what Nick called him. Will believes he would have done this regardless to be a part of his child’s life. Sonny notes Nick could get hurt. However, he gets that Will seems to have no other choice. Meanwhile, Rafe assures diva Kate he is confident Will can be trusted with their secret. They stop at the town gate and she laments Stefano probably already knows about their affair! Abigail and Chad walk and talk. She too worries Cam could be in trouble and is determined to find out what, so she can help him! They soon spy Cam hurrying through the town square, destination unknown, and proceed to follow him. Marlena is now seated at her desk and puts back her wedding photo. She gets a strange feeling. Sy is counting his money. He needs more! He must find another way, hound someone else ... Kristen waltzes back into the grand DiMera mansion and EJ wonders wot is going on. Why was it so important for her to get close to this patient of Marlena's? She purrs all will be revealed in time. He hopes it will not affect his relationship with the fair Samantha. Kristen teases him it will not. EJ chuckles she is hysterical and gives her a kiss before leaving. Kristen is ready for the next round of her crazy plan and opens a box. Back at the hospital, Dan is on the phone discussing Chloe and the keys, pleased the first step in getting her away from him is a fait accompli. He gets off the phone and there stands Jen. Dan declares he is not giving up on them and kisses her passionately. Jen gasps his name as Chloe glares and waits around the corner ... END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives Lucas tells off Sami.
