Episode 12,056 - Outside, Nick has just sat down hyperventilating about big bad Vargas, remembering his own screams of terror. Will appears and asks what is the matter. He gasps nothing and snaps to leave him alone, his face now so close to Will that it unsettles Will. Nick turns away and gasps some more. Will does not want him to pass out. Nick accuses him of wanting dirt and staggers off. Will goes after him and explains he does not give a damn about him but wants to know anything that might affect Gabi or his baby. Nick calls him a drama queen and pretends he is merely under pressure. Will presses. He adds blackmailing people to his list of things that are keeping him busy. Nick righteously insists he is doing what he must to keep Gabi and baby safe. Will, however, knows he is freaked out about something. Nick is secretive, stressed, and sorry. He also owes Sonny an apology for using the F word. He is very sorry for that. So he says. - Sy the mugger for hire calls and confirms his 3 pm appointment with one Dr. Marlena Evans. The receptionist then tells her about it at the hospital. Marlena notes he also called her private line. She will simply have to let him know in person that she is not accepting new patients. Little does she know that Sy will find her today regardless ... - Lovers Kristen and Brady walk hand in hand through the prettily decorated town square. He is unusually casual, while she is clad in an expensive dark blue spring jacket, shiny black pants, and boots that click with every step she takes. She gushes about getting wedding bands for their oh so simple wedding. He teases her, then explains he must go to Baron’s. Kristen teases she suspects he is leaving her with their wedding to do list. He kisses his beloved, promises to make it up soon, and departs. Sy suddenly appears before Kristen and leers he has something she would want to see! She tells the bad penny to follow her so they can settle this once and for all. He follows her lead and they end up by some bushes near the town gate. She sternly lets him know she found out he has no daughter. It is not wise to play a DiMera. Sy responds by smugly whipping out an envelope and handing it to her. She left him no choice! Kristen accepts said envelope but does not open it. As far as she is concerned, their business is done and that is her final answer! Sy threatens to do what he must. She says the same. - John has invited Sami to meet at the pub. She assumes he wants to convince her to move out of DiMera mansion, but far be it from him to try and change her mind. He drawls that since she is there, perhaps she can do some spying on Kristen and Brady. Sami, however, does not want to make any waves. He frowns then she will sit back and watch the train wreck that is Brady's life. Before Sami can respond, unshaven Brady enters and suspiciously wonders what they are discussing. John suavely sips his coffee and drawls Samantha wanted to talk about her mother. As though on cue, Marlene enters in an elegant red scarf and black leather jacket. Brady and Marlena stand by the family table. Sami suddenly excuses herself. So does Brady but John exclaims to hold it right there! And so Brady turns around. - Elegant Kate notices Chloe’s airline ticket on the café table despite her denial. She demands to know what she is up to. Chloe claims she is going to New York to see Parker. Diva Kate does not believe a word from her lying mouth! Chloe snaps it would serve her right if she kept Parker away from her and all her negative influences. Anne seconds the motion. Chloe decides effective immediately, she is cutting Kate out of Parker’s happy little life! Kate thanks God at least the boy has a good father. She sarcastically wishes her a bon voyage and waltzes off. Chloe worries what is taking Dan and Jen so long. Anne hopes they are done so she can get Jen’s prissy rear end fired! She promises to keep her posted and creeps off to snoop around. - At Horton house, Dan is baffled that Jen has just realized he will never be Jack. He points out he would not want to replace Jack. She insists they should end the affair as she is not ready to move on. Clever Dan has noticed the look in her eyes and tells the girl in pink he does not think she means it! Jack was a great man and he would never try to be Jack. Jen whispers he never could be Jack. He agrees. However, only hours ago, she was insisting Jack would want her to be happy. He implores her to let him know what happened to change things so drastically. Jen’s blue eyes widen. Dan inches closer and she informs him she could not help but notice Jack’s pictures when she came home. He is the only man for her! Dan gets closer and suggests he would not want her to be alone. Jen feigns feeling guilty over the past. Dan murmurs he is not here. Jen exclaims they moved on too fast. He reminds her she said she loved him. She fibs she felt she would miss Jack less by saying that but alas she does not. Dan talks time. Jen, however, is sure this will never change. Dan offers to take their relationship slow. She exclaims she is ending this, for that is what she needs! Dan unhappily shakes his head. He reminds her she had gushed that it was perfect when they were together for their romantic time on Smith Island. Jen admits it was wonderful, yet after the lovin, she felt empty and lonely inside. Lover man Dan growls he does not believe a single word she is saying! - At the coffee house, pretty Abigail wishes to Sonny it was spring break. Sonny is upbeat and she teases him about being in love as she reaches for the sugar. He does not deny it. She is glad he and happy Will worked things out. So is he. They are working through stuff about the baby still but they are together on it. Abigail concludes the secret to their happiness is that there are no secrets between them. Sonny agrees. Abigail is glad they had this chat and departs. Sonny now flashes back to walking in on Kate and Rafe passionately kissing. He realizes he is in fact still keeping a secret. That will have to change! Outside, Nick claims to Will that he knows he was wrong and does not blame Sonny for wanting to beat him up. Will suggests he apologize to Sonny himself. Abigail emerges and wonders for what.
