| Friday, November 30, 2012 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! Up in the afternoon of November 29 LOVE AMONG THE RUINS ... - At the hospital, Dan is ready to proceed. He stares at his hands and the doctor acknowledges he would be ruling out any other treatments, should he need more time to decide … Jen asks for a moment. The diplomatic doctor steps away. Jen wonders whether Daniel is having second thoughts. It would be fine with her and she urges him to tell her what he is thinking. He admits he is having hesitation, due to the side effects and especially the fact that he would lose other options. He is not sure how he would advise a patient on such a case. However, if he succeeds in getting back his surgical career … Jen holds his hands. He decides to bring Dr. Lewis back, his eyes filled with hope. “Let’s do this!” exclaims the risk taker in the surfer medicine man. Jen smiles as she squeezes his hand. Dr. Lewis places on his gloves and injects the first hand, then the second. Jen grins. Dan gives her a trusting smile. Dan’s hands are rather numb. Lewis remarks that is normal and should pass. If it was a success, the patient will feel no more tremors and experience the effects as soon as an hour. Lewis excuses himself to check in with his office. Jen and Dan are now at the nurse’s station. She shares that she said a prayer for him. He gushes he has a good feeling. Nurse Maxine quips so does she and hugs him, teasing they are lining up to assist him when he is back in OR. She then adds a message from Maggie, who had a restaurant emergency. “Give him all my love!” Dan and Jen are excited with anticipation. They choose to go somewhere and come back in an hour. - Sonny is hard at work at the coffee house, clearing tables, when Will returns. He pleasantly asks how things went with Gabi and Chad. Will frets as he flashes back to Nick urging him to wait a little while before telling anyone their secret, including Sonny! Will woefully mutters it was great. Sonny asks if he is sure. He seems upset. He hopes Chad did not say anything … Will would rather not think about it. He explains he just wants to be with Sonny NOW, so the pair walk off together, leaving Lauren in charge. Sonny is beaming. - Nick arrives at Gabi’s bedroom door with his own version of room service. Pretty Gabi smiles she is feeling better and had a good sleep. She is sorry she did not initially tell him she was pregnant. He is sorry for what he said as well. The lovebirds kiss in their bliss. - At the pub, Father Eric is worried his grandma does not know him. Caroline giggles she remembers when he was a newborn and a little boy who always found the hidden presents. She turns away with a frown and he wonders what is the matter. She sighs some things would be better to forget! He would like to know what is bothering her. She had an unpleasant reminder. Was it him? Negative. He presses her to share. Caroline cries that the news of Nicole’s loss reminded her of how she once hurt Daniel Jonas. Eric is sure all was forgiven but she gets choked up as she tells him the whole tale … - As Brady sneakily listens, Kristen continues her confession to the priest. If she commits the same sin, then she is not repentant and cannot ask God for forgiveness. Brady almost knocks a picture off the wall and she turns around in her chair, spooked by the noise. “What was that?” Brady tries to be as quiet as a mouse. The priest explains that would be the rattling radiator. He encourages her to continue. She muses it has been a long time and she believed she had come a long way but perhaps it was all in vain. The town hates her and she thinks she has only herself to blame. - Shirtless Will sits on Sonny’s bed, playing a war game. Sonny, in his undershirt, gives him a quick kiss and asks if he is okay. Will glumly explains only as long as he is here! Sonny stops him from playing the game and urges him to tell him what is the matter. Will stares numbly. Meanwhile. Gabi is nekid in her own bed with Nick. She thanks him for being there. He promises to be there as he loves her and is relieved the abortion did not happen. She is too and admits she was scared. Nick now announces he wants them to be together and touches her tummy. “The three of us. You, me, and this baby!” Gabi is moved and would like him to elaborate. Nick excitedly states he has been thinking and it all comes down to the fact that he loves her. She loves him too. But what do they do next? “I want to marry you Gabi!” He adds he wishes to raise this baby with her and give him or her an amazing life. “I want us to be a family together.” He kisses her and begs her to say yes. - Will laments he cannot tell Sonny the problem as he made a promise. Sonny suspects the promise was to Gabi. Will confirms it was and he is sorry. He assures Sonny it is not about Sonny though. He also grins and tells him what Lucas told him. “That I love you?” Sonny now wants to tell him direct. “I love you, Will. I really do!” - Caroline and Eric are drying and shining glasses at the bar together. The priest has donned the Brady pub apron too. She unburdens her soul to him about deceiving Daniel about the paternity of that child. Eric is soon paged by Sister Margaret and he must get back to the rectory. He is very pleased Caroline opened up to him and promises to see her shortly. But Caroline remains upset - with herself, that is. - Kristen confesses to Father Tobias that she does not blame John’s wife Marlena for mistrusting her and admits she gets satisfaction from getting under her skin. However, Marlena loves to vilify her as she is convinced she came back to Salem only to ruin her life. John gets she has changed. Then today things got out of hand with Marlena. The priest tells her to continue. Kirsten declares she would be right to strike back but then someone made her see it was not the right path. The priest assumes it was John. No, but it was indeed an amazing man whom she never imagined would have such an effect on her. Brady takes it all in. The priest asks what kind of effect this man has on her. He touches her heart … She has changed and knows John believes it but she is afraid. “Why is that my child?” wonders the kindly priest. Kristen exclaims she is having feelings for someone and knows not what to do! Brady’s eyes are filled with emotion as he realizes what she is saying. - At the pub, Dan happily sits at a table with Jen and holds out his now steady hand. He hopes it will stay this way and he gets his life back. Ring ring! Jen steps away to answer Abigail’s call. Caroline now approaches Daniel. He smiles it is good to see her. She teases she has a few good years left and asks what she can get him. He is not ready to order yet. She suggests he take his time and sits down in the chair across from him. Caroline believes it is no coincidence he is here. After reading what he went through in the paper, she remembered what he went through before. She gathers she will never be able make up for what she did - but she wants him to know she will try for the rest of her life. She blames herself for him losing Parker. Dan assures her that is ancient history. He is now looking forward. She is sorry for having revisited those painful memories. Dan assures her he really does forgive her. Caroline closes her eyes. Jen observes from the bar. - Sonny regrets not telling Will before his dad. Will murmurs it matters not for he loves him too. Sonny assumes he is just saying that. Will insists he means it. He goes on to emotionally explain he has felt this way for a while and held back as it might have been too early. He wants Sonny to come back to bed. Sonny is getting his shirt on but kisses him briefly. He must get back to his coffee house. He now refers to the secret he is keeping for Gabi and adds he would never be able to keep anything from him, no matter who was asking. Will’s eyes are filled with torment. - Gabi reminds Nick that she is presently carrying Will’s baby and it will be complicated with Rafe, not to mention Will’s volatile mother. Nick points out no one knows it is Will’s baby and goes on to suggest no one needs to know! Gabi gets out of bed and cannot believe he wants them to lie. It is Will’s baby! Nick reminds her that Will is with Sonny and does not seem to want to raise the baby and take care of them both. He declares HE will do all those things but would Will? Gabi stares. - Will follows Sonny back to the coffee house. He thinks they still need to talk. But a troublemaking DiMera lurks at a table …Chad the drunk bitterly stands up from his table and demands to know what Will and Gabi were plotting with Nick. Will claims they were discussing how what Chad said about Gabi upset Nick … Chad doubts that. They were all scheming! Will thinks Chad is confused. He suddenly remembers he has to be somewhere. Chad slurs that is convenient! Will and Sonny will talk later. Exit Will. Chad calls after him they too will talk soon. Will snaps maybe when he is sober, not acting like a complete idiot! Sonny now asks Chad what he was getting at. Chad informs Sonny he is not the idiot and points out how fast Will bolted when he pressed him for the truth. He decides he is gonna figure out the secret himself. Sonny raises an eyebrow. He too has got something to say ... - Kristen tells the priest she wants to confess for something she has not yet done. But how? He starts to list the ten commandments. Kristen interrupts. She means she is having feelings and does not think she can fight them. "What feelings my child ...?"
