Episode 12,086 - Kristen feels like she is walking on sunshine and it is reflected in her yellow outfit as she admires the wedding flowers adorning the DiMera living room. Brady appears and announces he cannot wait. He wishes to wed her now! She teases the guests have their invitations. They must therefore wait another day but the groom is impatient. Kristen happily points out they will soon wake up together. The love birds hug. He notes she always has everything planned out. They kiss. Kristen becomes strangely silent. No one has ever loved her like this. Brady tenderly asks why the sad look. Ring ring! She suggests he take the call. Tis the office. Brady is shocked! His secretary has updated him on Rafe’s attack. A frown creases Brady’s brow as he rages Rafe has two enemies who reside in this house! Alas the romantic mood has been broken. - John and Marlena meet at the town square. They sit by the red roses and he appears emotional as he greets her. She has been thinking and sadly admits she is giving up. She is officially done. John raises his eyebrows and wonders done with what. Tears are in her eyes as she whispers she is done with him. John weeps. The love of his life cries she has tried hard and he appears hell bent on punishing her. Is it his way of telling her what he wants? If it is a divorce, at least it would be easier to bear than this intolerable torment. It cuts like a knife through the heart. For both of them. - At Horton house, Abigail stops JJ from continuing his violent video game. He asks what her problem is and she tells him to play in his room. He snaps Parker the rug rat has occupied his room and gets back to the game. Jen appears in a little black dress and sternly hands her son a form for the summer semester at Salem High. It is the least he can do, considering he wasted the tuition she paid for his expensive school in England. JJ wonders what is really the matter. Jen righteously retorts he is busted! She has heard from the prefect of discipline at his U.K. school. JJ diverts his guilty gaze. Abigail listens nearby. Jen goes on. She knows that he tried to prevent her from talking to the school and snaps it seems he was the one dealing pot, not the roommate! Abigail cannot believe it. Jen wants to speak with him privately so Abigail leaves. JJ argues his roommate is from a rich family, hence the unjust blaming of the innocent American student. Jen exclaims he could have ended up in an English prison. How could he do such a thing! This is not the son she raised! JJ retorts he is not cos that son had a father! He now glumly apologizes and she wonders if he is only sorry he lied and got caught. JJ admits he did put a friend in touch with the drug dealing roommate but was not involved in any drugs or dealing himself. He now accuses his mother of acting like he cannot do anything right and complains his whole world changed. Jen admits they all miss papa Jack. JJ complains at least Jack understood him. She and Abigail have each other, but he no longer has Jack. This is not easy. Jen hugs him and sighs she too still misses his dad. JJ the manipulator appears pleased with the outcome of the exchange. - At the rectory, love struck parish secretary Nicole lectures herself about her forbidden feelings for a priest when said priest bursts in and gasps she must come with him right now! - At the hospital, Dr. Dan informs comatose Rafe that his vitals are holding. They will get him back. Exit the doc. A police guard has been stationed outside the door. EJ now asks how he is doing. Dan snaps he is alive and implies EJ was involved in the attack on his friend. EJ sarcastically states the Bradys always blame the DiMeras for their misfortune, though the fair Samantha is now on his side. Dan reminds him of the history between EJ and Rafe. He is sure he knows what he means. EJ reminds him they helped Nicole hide her pregnancy until his baby was dead and that was months ago. Dan suspiciously suggests he might have wanted to give Rafe a false sense of security. EJ drawls in that case, he must wonda who is next on his list! Dan is not worried. However, Rafe is in a coma and the cop is out there. There is no one around to talk to. EJ asks about Gabi. Dan drawls he sent her home to rest so he is wasting his time here, though he could not care less how he passes his time! Exit EJ. Dan soon updates Kate on the phone, then comes face to face with Nicole and Eric, who are there because of Rafe. The priest has his bible in hand. They spy the bloodied and battered patient through the window and Nicole almost faints. Eric explains Gabi called and said he might need a priest. Dan admits they are waiting for the swelling of the brain to go down. But their Rafe is stubborn and it is a good sign that he got through the night. The priest deduces he must perform the sacrament and enters the room to do just that. Nicole sadly asks Dan if EJ did this . Dan explains EJ is claiming innocence, though Hope begs to differ. He goes on to tell her Rafe will likely have retrograde amnesia, with no memory of the attack! She wonders who was with Rafe earlier. He tells her, then laments his friend is fighting for his life. Nicole laments he is her friend too and begs to see him, her blue nail polished hand on her breaking heart. He agrees, but warns not to make a scene. Eric comes out and Nicole goes in. Meanwhile Rafe sleeps on. - John gasps "Doc" and appears ready to make an emotional admission ... until Marlena receives a shocking text from Sami about Rafe! - Kristen cannot believe Brady is actually implying her father or EJ could be responsible for the tragedy that befell Rafe. Suited EJ enters and smirks he should answer that one. Cowboy Brady demands to know if it was him or Stefano. EJ drawls he would not believe him anyway. Brady leers he does not believe his new, improved image. EJ assures him that he and fatha have more important things to do with their time. Suspicious Brady decides to go get answers from a more reliable party. Kristen, her hands on her hips, glares at her notorious brother. "Did you do it ...?!" Read Part 2 of Feud plus Spoilers ...! |
