| Tuesday, May 14, 2013 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! THIS TV EPISODE WAS TWEETED ONE HOUR AHEAD BY DAYSCAFE :) SHOCK TALK! Episode 12,085 - Sonny stands at the door to stop Nick from fleeing. Will warns him he is looking guilty. Nick calls the accusation insane. Will wants an answer. "Did you attack Rafe?" Nick starts to say something but stops. Sonny wonders whether Nick is baiting them, to excuse his bigotry. Will demands to know where Nick was at the time of the attack. Nick laughs like a loon that he was nowhere near Rafe! Sonny and Will deduce he is lying and start to leave to expose him. Nick says to wait. He proudly presents Will with a parking receipt with a time stamp indicating he was across town at the time of the attack. Will quips it is convenient. Nick becomes indignant. Sonny solemnly reminds him he was on his way to the pub to prevent Rafe from confronting Gabi. They want answers! Suspenseful music plays. Unshaven Nick stares for a moment. He flashes back to his phone call with Vargas, explaining he was taking the money to a place that would make it grow. He now demands the parking ticket back, asserts his innocence, snaps the guilty party could be halfway to Canada, and storms off. Will and Sonny discuss. He is acting strange about his alibi, but it could be for another reason. Outside the door, Nick checks the foreign markets on his iphone. - A cop gets an update from Hope at the scene of the crime. Rafe was on his way to deliver the FBI jacket to EJ DiMera when attacked! It is unclear whether he may have met him here too. She takes the flashlight and finds a footprint. She orders a mould. - At the mansion, Stefano the great blanches. Kate suddenly realizes he did not know about her and Rafe. Sami exclaims it must be a joke! Kate explains it is not and decides to go to the hospital. EJ elegantly calls the hospital to find out Rafe’s condition. Sami turns on Kate and yells it cannot be true for Rafe would not be idiotic enough to get into bed with the likes of her! No man would! Diva Kate points out both men in this room did. EJ grimaces and tightens his hold on the phone. He later thanks his contact and will be getting news soon. Kate is further confronted by Sami, who demands an explanation. Kate claims they ended their affair, which meant nothing, but rages she is going to the hospital. Exit Kate. Sami now turns her rage on Stefano. Did he make someone hurt Rafe? Stefano gives her a murderous look and walks form the room with his dignity intact. EJ drawls Stefano was not involved She wonders why he is so sure about that. They sit and he informs her fatha was caught off guard. He could read him and also Kate, who realized she just opened a Pandora’s box. Sami now cannot imagine who attacked Rafe. EJ gets a call and solemnly says thank you. He ushers Sami out. - At the hospital, a drama unfolds. Gabi cries for Rafe to fight. Cam zaps the patient. Nothing changes. The desperate doctor exclaims they are losing him. Maxine and Kayla want distraught Gabi to step out, as she is getting in the way. Maxine exits with her and helps her calm down. Screaming is not the solution. Gabi cries and watches through the window as the docs press on Rafe’s heart. Maxine urges her too take care of herself and the baby for Rafe needs them both. Kate comes around the corner and sympathetically agrees. She is dismayed to learn her former lover’s heart stopped beating. She embraces the distraught girl, her cat eyes filled with fear. She cries and tries to be upbeat by listing all the things he has to live for. Rafe bought his new niece a christening gown already and there is more to do. Gabi is grateful. Nick returns and she throws herself in his arms. Sami and Rafe come out of the elevator. The crowd gathers round as the doctors emerge. Cam notes Rafe is strong. Kayla adds they got him back, unconscious, though he remains critical. Gabi is crying. EJ stands behind Sami, who is speechless. Will and Sonny look serious. Kayla elaborates. There is swelling of the brain. They must await the test results before deciding how to treat him. Nick consoles Gabi and takes her elsewhere for a glass of water. Sami gets tears in her eyes and gasps who would do this to him! EJ holds her. Kate stares at him. He stares back. Nick escorts Gabi into a room, gives her some water, and assures her all is not lost. She cries and wonders who did it. Nick airily claims it might have been a mugging or perhaps he was caught in the middle of a robbery. There is no need to assume he was targeted! Gabi nods. Meanwhile, EJ suggests Sami go see Rafe. Will says the same about Kate. EJ now tells Kayla that Sami might be able to help. Kate woefully watches as Sami is the woman who enters Rafe’s room. The machines are loud. Sami touches the Salem patient’s motionless arm and gazes down at him. EJ observes from the window, arms folded. Sonny and Will approach Dr. Cam, curious how Rafe got his injuries. Cam sighs he did not have a chance to defend himself. There were blunt force blows and the attacker was beating to kill! Sonny gives Will a nervous glance. - At the coffee house, pretty Abigail arrives, surprised to find many angry waiting customers. Chad is overwhelmed as Sonny is not here today and an employee called in sick. Perky Abigail offers to help and puts on an apron. Chad grins. Abigail does her best with a sweet smile, but proves to be a bumbling barista. Chad teases the customers are not mad despite the mistakes cos she is so hot! Abigail blushes. - "Oh Rafe," gasps Sami. He sleeps on. She laments she cares about him and so does everyone outside the room. She cries and teases he is not a good patient, as he hates the fussing. She notes Gabi is worried sick. And he has done so much for her kids. Johnny considers him a hero. Matter of fact, once upon a time he was her hero! Sami wipes away her tears, begs him to get better, and walks out into EJ’s arms.
