| Monday, March 4, 2013 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! THIS EPISODE WAS TWEETED ONE HOUR AHEAD BY DAYSCAFE :) DOWN BUT NOT OUT! Episode 12,035 - Jen has just told Dan they need to take a break. The medicine man does not take the news well. He gasps she cannot mean that. Well, she cannot imagine how they can go on unless he ceases all contact with Chloe. She understands he needs to be with his son but Chloe will only get worse. He does not deny it. She does not feel Chloe will win him back but she will destroy them. Dan argues she cannot kill their love. Jen wants a line drawn. Dan is concerned about his son and wonders what changed her mind. Jen complains that Abigail was dragged into the drama when Chloe taunted the memory of her deceased father. Dismayed Dan offers to talk to Chloe. Jen suspects it will accomplish nothing like usual. She cannot travel down this road of delusion with him. Chloe has an agenda and it is crystal clear. Now the rest is up to him! Dan excuses himself, then comes back and grabs her in a passionate kiss. - Chloe gets a call from excited mama Nancy, whose bags are all packed. Chloe complains everything is complicated. The redhead wants to hear all about it. Chloe is worried Daniel will give into Jen's demands. Fancy Nancy promises they will find her a way to win him back ... - Abigail takes a look at Cam, turns away, and says she is sorry. The boy in the boxers wonders why. He explains he spilled something on his scrubs and pulls on his pants. He perceives something bigger than shyness is troubling her. Abigail sighs and turns around, lamenting something terrible happened today. She updates him on her fight with Chloe, which may have messed up her mom's life. He consoles her with an embrace. - Rafe gushes Arianna Grace is a beautiful name. Gabi gushes she even asked Ari to watch over her. Stylish diva Kate waltzes in and asks how she is. Rafe gets a bashful look on his face. Gabi snaps at her to just go! Kate leaves the gift bag and starts to do just that. Rafe suddenly defends Kate, who just wants to be nice. Gabi suspiciously wonders why he is defending her! Rafe points out she was tough on her. Gabi admits she is tired, upset, and remembered Kate was hard on her Nick. Kate patiently explains they were in negotiations at the time. She adds she would do anything to be part of that baby's life and teases she would buy her a new car even, a trip to Europe. Rafe is amused. Kate smiles and hands her the gift bag, suggesting she open it. Gabi thanks her for the spa day gift certificate. It is purrfect. - Nick has just handed Will the document. Will accepts it, and then takes the pen. Sami urges him to wait and think this through. Nick warns him he knows his choices and talks prison. Will notes at least in prison his daughter could come visit him. Then again, she might be better off without him. Sami stops Will and asks for a moment alone with Nick. Sonny and Lucas step out of the room with him, their faces long. EJ steps forward and asks Samantha if she is sure about this. She whispers she is. He is the last to go. Nick makes it clear he has no intention of backing down but Sami insists she can make him an offer to make sure Will does not lose his daughter. She will take an oath and swear or sign she will stay out of the baby's life Nick appears surprised, yet steadfast. She insists she would not fight an injunction either. She implores him to punish her but not Will. Nick reminds her he took Gabi to get an abortion and claims he does not keep his commitments. Sami argues this is his child. It is Will's. She cries if he promises Will can be in his daughter's life, she will stay away from said child forever. Nick purses his lips and notes she seems to mean it. - Cam puts on his shirt as Abigail admits how and why she attacked Chloe. He laughs he hopes she lost some teeth. Abigail starts to doubt herself. Cam tries to reassure her. She becomes emotional about papa Jack being so determined to save her and cries she should have been the one to perish on that elevator. Cam consoles her with another hug. - Will asks lawyer EJ whether there is any way he could serve time without dragging anyone down. EJ explains Nick has quite a solid case and there could be fallout for Roman the cop commissioner, cops Bo and Hope, not to mention Lucas. Lucas expresses his willingness to take the heat. Will does not wish to hurt anyone but Lucas snaps his daughter would be raised by a blackmailing murderer! Is that what he wants? - Nick calmly claims Sami believes what she is saying now but like everything else she does, she will change her mind, perhaps even by morning. Therefore, no deal! Sami tries to convince him she means it. He reminds her she recently threatened Gabi and meant that too. She exclaims she was desperate. He notes she still is desperate and would never be able to stop herself from interfering. He provokes her with ease until ... Sami starts to scream at him. He does not deserve anyone's child as he is a blackmailing murderer. She accuses him of trying to steal Will's child, then stops and apologizes. Nick does not accept her apology and goes to get the notary and the signature. Sami is left in tears. - Will suggests Nick is right in that what his mom did demonstrated the depth of the dysfunction of their family. He believes he was driven by his desire to protect Gabi and the baby from her. EJ scoffs. Lucas and Sonny listen in dismay. Nick appears and declares Will is right. - Cam murmurs he is grateful that Abigail is alive. Jack would not want her to feel guilty. She thanks him. He thanks God she is alive and kisses her in that supply room. She now feels better. He wants her to always feel good about herself. She does when she is with him! He grins and asks to see her tomorrow. She accepts with a flirtatious smile. - Dan gasps to Jen he will not give up on them. He will prove to her they can make it work his way. "I love you!" The fair widow loves him too. Exit emotional Dan. Pause. Emotional Jen decides perhaps love is enough after all and throws open her door. But alas Dan is gone and does not hear her calling after him. Only the cold wind hears. - Sami admits to EJ she played right into Nick's hands. Sonny urges Will to talk to his dad. Nick sniffles they cannot wait. Will thinks Nick must know this is wrong on some level. Nick coldly states he only knows what is best for the baby and hands him the document and pen for the second time. Will hesitates. Sami cries as EJ caresses her. - Dan returns to the apartment and Chloe bitterly asks for his final decision on Jen's ultimatum. He would rather say goodnight to Parker, who is already asleep. She adds he was waiting for daddy, asking after him. Dan implies she is not being honest. He agrees to let her mother come right away until they have a nanny. Once they hire someone, decisions will have been made. Chloe hisses the Jennifer Horton plan will no doubt be in effect. Dan growls he did not say that. Chloe goes on to say if they cannot get along, how will it affect their son's life! She storms out of the room to call Nancy. Dan crouches by the playpen and vows to do right by his son, though he remains at a loss. What would be best for Parker anyway? - The notary now has the signed papers in his possession and hastily exits to deliver them to Nick's lawyer. Nick mentions the importance of discretion to the glum group. Will looks ready to cry. In order to protect Will, Nick claims they should not tell anyone anything except this was Will's decision. Lucas growls he is no Horton and Tom Horton would be disgusted! Nick is ready to go to Gabi but EJ has something to say. He leers he belongs to a family he does not want to mess with! Unshaven Nick claims he does not scare him. EJ stands up and adds then he is more stuuuuuuuuuupid than he looks! Sami hugs Will and apologizes but Will blames only himself. He asks Sonny to escort him home and so they depart together. Sami gasps to Lucas that Nick cannot get away with this. Lucas sighs he already did and saunters out. EJ places his strong arms around Sami, who cries about the cruelty. - Meanwhile Nick the notorious is about to enact the second crucial part of his devious plan ...
