Will and family agreed she and the baby take top priority. Now not even Sami will be able to bother them! Gabi is curious. What has he done? He did what he had to do and smiles he now wants to marry her as quickly as possible. Gabi uncertainly bites her lip. Sami is trying to keep busy at her desk. EJ enters in his elegant coat and tries to convince her this can wait. She needs to go home and rest. Sami moans she will only ruin her other kids' lives. EJ asks her to let him in, let him help. She stares into space. Sonny takes Will home and he stares at his baby's picture. Sonny wishes that he could say something to make it better. Will sits on the bed and whispers it is over now. "My little girl ..." His voice trails off. Sonny places an arm around him and Will cries on his shoulder. Gabi thinks Nick's wedding talk came from out of the blue. Besides they promised Rafe they would wait. Nick gushes they have already waited a month and begs her to marry him. The wannabe bride impulsively agrees and throws her arms around him. Chloe informs Dan that Nancy is coming tomorrow. Dan thinks that is good and proceeds to lay down the law, He reminds her to stay far away from Jen and Abigail. She coldly replies she will keep her word. He sighs he is exhausted and will see her tomorrow then. Exit Dan. At Horton house, Abigail assures mama Jen she is fine now, but hates she is breaking up with Dan all because of her. Jen unhappily explains they are trying to work things out and it is really just one person's fault. Chloe! She truly hopes he will manage to get her out of his life. Proud grandma Nancy calls Daniel and exclaims how excited she is about seeing Parker. He thanks her for helping. She also has something to say. "Entre nous," which means "between us" en francais (French). Fancy Nancy announces she loves Chloe to distraction but believes she needs to let go and move on. Dan is surprised to hear it. Nancy also hopes she can help Chloe get through this and wants to talk to Dan all about the matter when she arrives. Dan is grateful and relieved. He grins. Fancy Nancy now calls Chloe and laughs she stayed on script and he bought it. Everything is going according to plan! Chloe purrs yes, just like she planned! Dr. Cam exits Gabi's room after reminding Nick that she needs some sleep. Gabi the almost bride is excited and loves Nick. He loves her too and promises to make her happy. They kiss. Rafe and Kate are getting hot and heavy under his blue blanket. Ring ring! If only he did not have to get it but alas it is work calling! He takes the call, apologizes, and then promises the lady in his bed that he will not take long. He will be back if Kate wants to stay here and er ... wait. He kisses her and she watches him get out of bed in the darkness, with her cat eyes. Sami stomps around the room and cries she does not need EJ. She suddenly cries yes she does and he holds her crying blonde person in his arms, assuring her it will be fine ... Sonny and Will lean against each other like bookends. Will woefully blames himself. Sonny thinks Nick is to blame and urges him to talk to his dad, lawyer Justin. Will continues to excuse Nick. He can understand why he did it and feels he is just trying to protect what he sees as his family from his mom and his family. Sonny explains that is an excuse. After much consideration, he has pieced it together. "Nick played you and Gabi and everyone!" Sonny elaborates. He did not accidentally stumble on the evidence, he went looking for it and waited for something to happen so he could justify using it against him. The whole drama was staged. And the reality is he is not doing this cos Sami was pushy. "Will, he's doing this because you're gay!" A frown creases Will's brow. Sonny now has his full attention ... Ahead on Days of Our Lives Nick discusses his stint in the slammer. Kate questions what she means to Rafe. |
