He wants Nick outta the way and tells Sami! She wonders what changed. Will flashes back to Sonny informing him of his punch up with Nick, who used the F word. He explains he knows who Nick really is now and no way will he be raising his daughter! When can she talk to Stefano? Sami stammers and hesitates. Will, however, wants specifics and time is of the essence. Sami mentions the importance of strategy with Stefano. Like what? She suggests he come over and make nice with Stefano, then complain what has happened and what an injustice it is. Then Stefano will come up with an idea of how to help and Nick is not going to know what hit him! Will is fully committed to getting his arch enemy out of the picture. - At the town square, spring is in the air. Marlena runs into Brady, clad in her leather jacket and stylish red scarf. She wants to explain something but so does he. He stares her in the eye and defiantly announces his engagement! Marlena is stunned into silence. He gets sarcastic about her opinion of his beloved. She warns him that woman is a narcissistic psychopath who is out to get her and John. Brady refuses to listen to anything against his fiancee. Marlena insists Kristen is only getting started and he is but a small part of her mission to destroy their family. John appears and announces his son cannot marry Kristen. He should tell her ta go ta hell instead! Brady gets huffy. He decides if they do not accept his Kristen, then he no longer accepts them and storms off. John now wishes Marlena would have stayed out of it and also storms off. - Kristen is a diva in bright blue at the mansion, where she flashes her engagement ring to a stupefied Stefano, as he tries to enjoy the morning paper in his armchair. He drawls the idiot proposed. Kristen corrects him that would be the man of her dreams. Stefano is not as interested in champagne as his daughter and shares his doubts about her having the gumption to dump the boy wonder when the vengeful time arrives. She concedes she does have some feelings for Brady, but she has proven she sees through any mission. Besides, she would be doing Brady a favor, since his father is dismissive and his stepmother treats him like a child. He is better off without the likes of them. The phoenix now states "Salut" with his usual Mediterranean flair and they clink their expensive champagne glasses. - The temperature is rising at Horton house. Cam suggests brunch can wait and gets hot and heavy with Abigail. She unbuttons his shirt, then decides they cannot do this! He puts back his shirt with a sigh. He agrees her first time should be more special. Abigail flashes back to witnessing him handing money to a thug and suddenly exclaims this is not about her first time, it is about HIM! - Kate slaps Rafe, assuming he lied and deceived her. Where is his lowlife brother-in-law too! Rafe has no idea what her issue is. He asks her to back up as she fumes and he insists he is not playing games. They discuss Will signing away his rights and Rafe assures her he is suspicious too! Kate frowns. She wonders if he considered this situation win win for himself and his sister. Rafe, however, believes father and child should not be kept from each other. Kate wonders why Will gave up his rights. Rafe does not know. Perhaps Sami was making noise again about Nick’s past leading any judge to give Will full custody. Kate sighs Will would understand the pain it could cause his child to lose a parent. Rafe agrees. Kate is sorry for lashing out at Rafe. He teases she should prove she means it. She gets down on her knees and they start to kiss passionately. - Justin assures suspicious Sonny he is meeting a client at the coffee house, Adrienne did not send him. But he does have time to talk as he came early. Sonny wants help for Will with the custody fiasco. They sit at a table to discuss. Justin needs to know how Nick was able to coerce Will into signing the document. Anything they say here will remain confidential. Sonny will only say that there was something in Will’s past that has come back to haunt him. Legal eagle Justin needs to know what Will did. Sonny explains it was complicated. Justin becomes concerned it might be dangerous or risky. Sonny now decides he will not let the one he loves go through this alone and jumps up to go be with him. Justin is unable to stop him. - Brady joins Kristen at the mansion, where she is going through fabric samples to redecorate their area. She flounces out and Brady bitterly takes a call from John, who drawls he hates this. He wants to meet to work things out. Kristen craftily listens behind the door as Brady accuses his father and Marlena of trying to break him up with the woman he loves. He does not want him to be happy! He loves and will marry her so he must deal with it. Click. Brady sits down in a huff. Kristen smiles a crooked smile and steps away. Meanwhile John is exasperated. Kristen returns to her fiancé in the living room and gets an update. She pretends to hope things will get better. Enter the phoenix. He extends a powerful hand. "Congratulations, Brrrrady." Brady thanks him and Stefano asks for a moment alone. Kristen peels herself off her boy toy and waltzes out. Stefano folds his arms and explains his duty as a fatherrrr is to ensure her chosen mate shall keep his daughter’s best interests. Brady solemnly states he loves her very much and will do right by her. - Sami is outside the pub, peering in. She suspects Nick did something terrible to her son, and reminds herself that she sort of promised to stay away from the ex-con and Gabi ... - Kate and Rafe turn around from their passionate kissing. They gasp. OH NO! Someone has stumbled upon their passionate scene ...! - Back at the mansion, Kristen demonically decides she has one more nail to seal John and Marlena’s coffin and takes out her phone ...
