He asks parish secretary Nicole why she pushes him away. Their eyes lock. She covers that she is having trouble coding for the computer, that is all. He thinks she is a smart cookie and then talks Kristen. He wishes she had told him what happened and hopes she realizes there is nothing she cannot say to him. Nicole sits at her desk and implores him to leave her alone. He perceives she is upset and suspects Kristen said something. If she threatened her …. Nicole refuses to discuss. She does admit, however, that Kristen did say something that got to her and flashes back to Kristen referring to her unholy attraction. - At the town square, papa Lucas is on the phone, telling daughter Ally to have a good time. Stylish Chloe notes he is a good father. Still. Lucas is less than pleased to see his ex and gets sarcastic. She asks about his brother Phillip. He wonders how she thinks he is, given what happened. Chloe replies she did not do this. He accuses her of knocking guys down. She had assumed they could have a civil conversation. Lucas insists he is over her. She reminds him of Daniel being the father of her son. He snaps she and Dan deserve each other, even though she does not have him. He wishes she did cos then he would leave his sister the hell alone! - Dr. Dan is at his bachelor pad. He admires Parker the toddler’s picture on his phone and answers the door with a grin. Tis the fair Jen, who grabs and kisses him as her girlish ponytail hangs behind her. He wonders what this is about. She gushes she is just picking up where she and the medicine man left off! She assures him she is happy for him about Parker and understands Chloe was concerned. But they are free tonight, as he is not on duty and Maggie is helping with Parker. She called Brady! She tells him of Brady’s double date idea with them and him and Kristen, who has clubbing connections in Chicago.He drawls that would be a long drive back. Jen whispers there is a romantic hotel by the lake with a one room reservation. He murmurs she has been a busy girl. She was motivated. He agrees they are on! First he will go see Parker. She has a few errands too but then they are good to go. Nothing will stop them now! They kiss. - At the coffee house, EJ is having a post skating man to man with Johnny and his hot chocolate. Johnny assumes Rafe will be at mommy’s when he gets back and is looking forward to him getting him an even bigger FBI jacket, cos the one he has is too small. - At Sami’s stylish apartment, she warns Will that Gabi could change her tune and put Nick’s name on the baby’s birth certificate instead of his. Will doubts it, for Gabi and Nick want him to be in the baby’s life. Sami still wants him to get the paternity in writing, just in case. Will would rather wait. Sami warns it would take long for him to accomplish anything if Gabi put Nick’s name as the father. There would be legal paperwork. Nick could talk Gabi into anything! She at least asks him to talk to the attorney EJ got for him. The custody expert. - Nick listens at the door as Gabi gets upset the baby could even be taken away from her. Does Rafe mean she should not marry Nick? Nick’s mouth hangs open as he hears the woman he loves question their future. Rafe suggests she face reality. In a custody battle, Will could use Nick’s past as a weapon. Sami would convince him. Nick sighs. Gabi talks about the positive changes in Nick. Rafe talks his violent past that is on record. Nick flashes back to Lucas raging he went to prison for Will. He takes off. Meanwhile, Rafe assures Gabi he has no problem with Nick but Sami will not let up. Mom to be Gabi is most troubled by this disagreeable development. - Johnny and EJ return to Sami’s place, inadvertently interrupting her intense discussion with Will. Johnny exclaims he is baaaack and wants to play space avengers. Will promises soon. Sami will get Johnny cleaned up. The tyke hopes EJ is staying a while. He is. Sami takes Johnny in the other room. Will updates EJ on his mother’s absurd idea that he get a paternity test. Attorney EJ agrees she is right! Will is not surprised he is siding with Sami. Attorney EJ explains they do share the same passion concerning the children. Will needs the facts and a legal document would be equivalent to a suit of armor. Sami returns and joins EJ at his side. EJ suggests he meet with the attorney. Will quips he does not want to push his friend into a paternity test. EJ feels he should not necessarily trust Gabi. Will wishes he would share what he knows about her. No one ever does! EJ can only say if he knew what he did about the girl, he would reconsider. Sami thinks it would be better for Will to ask her now for the paternity test. Instead of a judge later. Will sighs he will do it in his own way and departs, determined to keep the peace. - Nicole closes her computer and confesses Kristen did indeed threaten her. Eric is all ears. “How?” Nicole shares that Kristen warned she would come down on her if she did anything against her again. She laments it felt good when she tried to help Eric and Brady. The priest presses her to give him the details so he can understand. She does not. Eric is hurt and departs. The door opens. Nicole is surprised by the appearance of Jen, who is there to talk Chloe. This is the last visitor she had expected. - At the house of Kiriakis, Dr. Dan plays with baby Parker and his stethoscope The little guy is listening to his and daddy’s hearts. Chloe comes in and smiles at the scene. She asks if their son is a natural at medicine. Dr. Dan holds his boy and admits he could not stay away. He knows Maggie was planning to watch him tonight. Chloe assures him they will always have time for Maggie. She is surprised to hear that Dan and Jen have big plans for tonight! - Pregnant Gabi laments things are a mess for Rafe and Sami. He sighs he deluded himself with a version of Sami that did not exist. She is now with EJ and those two certainly deserve each other! - Meanwhile Nick the notorious goes shopping … Oh oh!
