THIS EPISODE WAS TWEETED ONE HOUR AHEAD BY DAYSCAFE :) Lovers and Haters Episode 12,031 - Nicole is alone on a bench outside, asking God to deliver her from Eric, at least to save his holy soul … from her! Roman stops and asks if she is alright. Yes. He asks her to ID the guy who tried to attack her and Eric. She will do it and hopes he is caught before he hurts anyone else. Roman is relieved she was there. She muses his ex does not share his view. Busy Roman must now step away to take a departmental call. Alone again, Nicole asks God to make sure Eric is not alone when she returns to the rectory. Little does she know … - Father Eric is at the rectory and picks up a joint from the floor. The crazy junky is back like a bad guy in a movie, trying to choke him to death with a cord around his neck! Eric gasps he will help him but he is crazy from the drugs and believes if he finishes him off, nothing will stand between him and the collection cash. Eric’s face reddens as the oxygen is cut off. He eventually breaks free. The addict grabs a letter opener from the desk and warns the priest to stay away from him, his eyes wild. Eric assures him he will be okay. The addict threatens to cut his own throat, his hand shaking. Eric tries to talk him down. His voice hoarse from the attack, he gasps this is not necessary. The fix he wanted will not help him. He believes he held up a holy man for a reason. The junky claims to hate what they stand for and places the sharp point of the letter opener closer to a vein. He hates himself too. Eric explains he once felt the same way but then found God. He realized he could not do it alone. No one can. Nicole opens the door and stares at the dramatic scene unfolding. Eric offers to help the desperate soul and promises he will help him get through this. The letter opener is lowered and a man collapses in tears. The priest touches his head and assures him it will be okay. Nicole blinks back the tears. - Nick interrupts Sonny and Will’s love fest. Will opens the door as he puts on a shirt and hopes Gabi and baby are okay. They are not! Will is worried. Nick saunters in, ready for a showdown, and glances at Sonny getting dressed. He sternly states they are fine now, mom and baby, but it was all Sami’s fault. If Will does not control Sami, then he will! Sonny stands by Will’s side and returns Nick’s glare. Will calmly explains his mom feels badly and will not do it again. She will back off. Nick snaps she does not know how. Sonny snaps what makes Nick think he knows about them. Nick gets ruder. Will tries to remain civil but Nick sinks to a new low when he demands Will do the right thing and relinquish his parental rights forever! Sonny watches Will and waits. - Kristen has just gotten off the phone with Stefano. There stands Brady, livid she played him and he fell for it like an idiot! His sweetheart tries to explain herself. He angrily reminds her that she also lied about Marlena’s note. He should never have trusted her! He suspects she made up the story to make him move in and warns it is bad karma to wish death on a relation. He demands she fess up about all her other lies too! She retorts she only lied about her father being ill. But Brady is all done with her manipulations. She reminds him he wanted to live with her too. Yes, and not in her father’s house. His eyes are now open to her! Her game must have been that she wanted to torment John and Marlena! - Stefano smugly calls John, who is surprised he found him. The master reminds him he taught him everything he knows. He wonders why he is still there as those he loves are thousands of miles away. John is about to hang up. Stefano taunts he will want to see him face to face, to hear what he has to say! - Abe the good walks into the Brady pub and spies Marlena sitting alone at a table, unhappily reading the newspaper with her coffee. He greets her and she stands up to embrace her friend. Abe states she should know that John is coming home! She notices the anxiety in his voice. Abe admits he has spoken with him. He wanted an update and for him to keep an eye on Brady But he believes he will soon come home as he loves Marlena far too much to stay away. - John appears at Stefano’s favorite restaurant and drawls to be fast. The phoenix muses he still can make him jump, just like the old days. He knows John wants to know whether he has done something against that love of his life, Marlena. In fact, the big news is that his son Brrrady and his beautiful daughter will be living together, under HIS roof. John gives him a hawkish look. “Brady would never …” The phoenix reminds him they had an affair and laughs he should call his son. He goes on to taunt him that he will be returning home and offers to provide Brady with a father figure. John is ready to explode … - Brady’s lover follows him to the town gate and implores him to give her a chance. She is prepared to share the whole truth. She admits she shaded it because she loves her father, who is sick in the head and ageing. He is sick with grief over Lexie dying. Brady snaps how would his moving in under a false premise make things better? He questions if her father is happy about this. No, but he does not wish to lose another daughter, nor does she wish to lose a parent. That is all. Brady calls her a liar. - Will reminds Nick that is not going to happen. He is not giving up his daughter. Nick reminds him he wanted to give her up before so he and Sonny could be free. Will explains he was not ready to deal with it and adds he is now and is not changing his mind. He had thought they were all on board. Nick coldly insinuates Sami and her criminal tendencies will wreak havoc. He will take action. Sonny sarcastically wonders what.Nick stares them down and brazenly announces he will take Will to court and have him declared an unfit parent. Sonny steps forward and accuses Nick of implying that Will being gay makes him unfit. Nick claims to have the best interest of Gabi and baby at heart. He goes on to say when he is done with parole, he might want to move away with his little family … Will is not gonna let it happen. Sonny comes from a legal background and warns Nick he is a convicted murderer. There is not a judge who would rule in his favor! Nick gives Will an ominous look and plays his trump card. He paid his debt to society. On the other hand, Will did not pay his debt to society, for someone else paid it for him. Is that not right? “It was you!” gasps Will. - Nicole enters and Eric assures her and the simpering addict that now everything is fine. He informs the man she is someone else who was given a second chance. He finds out his name is Kevin. Eric now quietly asks Nicole to call the police, adds his dad is the cop boss, and promises he will not break his word to him. Kevin cries he is sorry. Eric feels he will be able to turn his life around and God will be there every step of the way. Nicole soon ends her quiet call to the cops and priest and junky stand up. - John drawls that is not gonna happen. Stefano gushes it is a done deal. “You’ve already lost your son … and your wife, my ungrateful pawn.” He toasts with his red wine. “May you stay this miserable for all the days of yourrrrrr life!” He now stands up to prepare for his return home, bids him ciao, and exits in his expensive Italian suit. John closes his eyes and tries to control himself .... - Brady wonders why he would need to move into Stefano’s big house. Kristen explains he asked her to go live there and if she does not do it … He wonders whether she is afraid of her father. He warns to tell the truth or else he walks! Kristen is ready to talk. She raises her pretty blue eyes to him … - Back at the rectory, a police officer has handcuffed Kevin as Roman observes. Father Eric argues he had promised the fallen soul he would not have to detox in jail. Roman agrees to let him detox elsewhere. Eric appreciates it and tells Kevin he is in good hands. Exit Roman, Kevin, and the cop. Nicole now flies at Eric for being kind to someone who wanted them dead! - Kristen explains it is a long sad story so he must listen well. With her, father has been good and caring and understanding. He would never physically harm her. Ominous music is heard. Brady sits down beside her. Kristen continues. When she left Salem 15 years ago, she was his sworn enemy and she had to do much to regain his trust. If she turned him against her again, life as she knew it would be over for her! Brady is not sure she needs to be scared and yet she almost collapses in his arms, her heart pounding like a frightened rabbit. She wants to go somewhere safe so he decides to take her home, where they will continue … - Will is about to lunge and Sonny stops him, He steps between Will and Nick the notorious and warns that Nick just wants to provoke him. Nick wonders if Sonny knows the truth, about Will trying to kill EJ DiMera. Sonny says it is a lie. Will scoffs he does not know what he is talking about but Nick drops a Salem bombshell. “I know everything …!” Read Part 2 of Lovers/Haters plus Spoilers ...! |
