They have Abigail on their minds. Jack is relieved she did not sleep with a married man, but complains she did lie and wreck his marriage, about which she had no remorse! They wish they could do something. Jack believes the situation needs fixing. Jen thinks they first must fix themselves. Jack walks over to the tall coffee pot to help himself to more caffeine. Jen emtionally explains that their daughter needs them. Jack suspects she was looking for a father figure and found it in Austin. Jen believes she was seeking attention and stability, that's all. Therefore, they must convince her they are solid and end this distance between them. Jack sighs if he gets too close, he will only hurt his family all over again. Jen wonders if they are just too afraid to try. Jack gets choked up but is unable to tell her what she longs to hear. Jen storms off ... Jack races after her. They soon find themselves standing outside the pub. He confesses he is scared he will never be the man they need him to be. "You are that man," insists Jen. She just wants him to move forward instead of moving backwards for a change. He declares as of now, he will officially go forward. He is tired of being scared and alone. She does not want him to be alone either and they start to kiss. - The handsome stranger stares at the cracked frame Abigail caused him to drop. She is sorry and wants to fix it. He is dismal. She has already done quite enough! She offers to get him a new one. He is angry about the original photo being ruined. She suggests he have it digitally fixed. He grumbles despite her attempts to smooth things over, it is not okay, and leaves in a huff. Abigail blinks. - Abigail ends up sitting alone in the pub when she spies her parents kissing outside. She rushes out and hopefully asks if they are really back together. Jack wonders whether he was too late. Jen smiles he was not too late to win her back. Family hug! Abigail's eyes are shining. - In the land of Alamania, Hope, still believing she is Princess Gina, is all glammed up. John is unable to convince her that she too knows Marlena and her names is really Hope. He drawls the real Gina is dead. She testily doubts it and just wants to sell the egg and run away together. They hold all the cards. He exclaims Stefano is controlling her and will do so as long as she does not remember who she is. She cries she wants to go for a walk. He sits her down and suddenly ties her to the chair, determined to save her from herself. Exit John. Hope, still thinking she is Gina, calls after him in her European accent ... - Meanwhile, Stefano's flunky has an update on Kate. Turns out she received the package containing Marlena's file, as per the plan. Stefano wonders what she will do left to her own devices! His flunky does not get why he wants to make his wife jealous and arranged for her to receive the file in the first place. The phoenix takes a drink and drawls he has his reasons. - Back in Salem, Kate stands up to leave the café and runs into Ian, who does not want to let her get away. She tells him to go to hell. He suspects she needs someone to talk to and remarks they should go somewhere more private. "Whatever you need." Kate flounces off, Ian hot on her heels. - At the hospital, Dan drops a bombshell on the Carver clan. Poor Lexie has an advanced stage brain tumor!Abe argues there were no signs before today. Lexie calmly asks about the exact location. It is in an inoperable part of her brain. She gets tears in her eyes and hastily excuses herself. Celeste and Abe are frozen in shock for a few seconds. Celeste regrets they let her leave like that. Abe wants more details. Dan sadly states they are dealing with a worst case scenario. Abe tries to keep his composure and goes to find his wife, who is now in tears and in some pain. The once mayor is outside a patient's door. Lexie is inside, checking up on the comatose woman. Abe has read the woman's chart. Lexie desperately keeps busy. Abe enters and calmly points out the patient would not have noticed if she were a few minutes late. Lexie gasps she did not leave for any other reason but to make her rounds. Abe consoles her with a hug. They exit the room together. Abe assures her they still have hope and their faith and their love. He takes her hands and insists he will not give up. They exchange I love yous and hold each other tight. Now it is time to return to Daniel's office ... - Ian has escorted Kate to his elegant lair, though she coldly refuses to sit down and will not be patronized! He notes it is tearing her apart that she knows not what Stefano is feeling. She deserves better. Kate laments she left her husband so many unanswered messages. She takes out Marlena's file and complains this is who has all his attention. Ian quietly examines the contents. Kate insists that she is not here because the other night he claimed he would be waiting when she was ready, but Ian begs to differ! Why else would she be here, he arrogantly suggests ... - Back in the land of Alamania, John returns to Hope with the copy of the front page of a Salem newspaper. The clerk printed it out for him. He holds it up and makes her read about Bo's coma, look at the picture. He urges her to go to the part of her that Stefano cannot reach and to allow herself to remember! She quips she loves John but he drawls her heart in reality belongs to Bo. She must not let DiMera keep her away. "Bo and Marlena, they're waiting for us to come back to them. You can feel that pull ..." - Jack has taken his two girls to visit Bo. Abigail gushes she will catch up with them soon. She now runs into the cute guy, much to her surprise. She charmingly offers to show him the right way, as he appears lost. He appreciates it, though he has yet to divulge who he really is.
