THIS EPISODE WAS TWEETED ONE HOUR AHEAD BY DAYSCAFE :) LET'S MAKE A DEAL Episode 12,073 - Cosmetics diva Kate is with employee Nick at the town gate, admiring his formula for their new product for women. Clad in her stylish blue leather jacket, she reminds him she still cannot stand the sight of him! Suited Nick calls that harsh. She says he is far more than harsh with her grandson. She goes on to remind him that he only serves at this job at the pleasure of the queen. If he pushes Queen Kate or Will too hard, he can go find himself a job in the soprano’s section of the Vienna Boys Choir. Nick suggests they stick to the work at hand and the welfare of the baby. Once she is born, he wants to work at home. Kate does not care where he works and hopes he is respecting her code of secrecy concerning the cosmetics product. Nick gets a faraway look in his eye and assures her he knows what it means to keep a secret. He now mentions the Chicago dancefest and who the dancers were, including Rafe. He departs as Queen Kate stares into space. - Colorful Gabi giggles at the pub as Rafe stares at his phone and growls he is on Caroline’s social media page from the other night! Gabi is amused. He asks how she is. She is looking forward to meeting her baby. She also noticed Kate was not in any of the Chicago club pictures. He airily states it was all last minute. But Gabi knows Sami was there and without EJ! He drawls she was there to see her grandma home probably. Gabi feels responsible for their breakup. Rafe feels that relationship was not meant to be. Pregnant hormonal Gabi will not let up. If not for her, they would still be together! Rafe doubts it. Besides, she is marrying EJ. Gabi is stunned she would attempt marriage with a DiMera again. Rafe notes they are living at the mansion together. And he does not give a damn what that Sami does! - At the grand DiMera mansion, EJ gets off the phone with fatha, whose return is imminent. Sami enters and he hugs her, assuring his nervous fiancee that everything will be fine. - Sonny, Will, and T enter the coffee house together. Sonny and Will tease T about his terrible kayaking skills. Will now gets an urgent call from Sami. Today is the day they deal with Stefano! EJ has an idea on how they can put him in a good mood. Then Will should drop by and confide in him about what Nick is doing. Will has reservations but Sami insists they must deal with Stefano to get Nick out of the way! Will explains he needs to shower first as he and Sonny just got back from the lake. He hands Sonny the phone when Sami asks to speak with him and goes to shower and change. T asks Will if all is well on his way out. Will grins things are finally looking up. Sonny plays it cool as he takes the next part of the phone call. Sami has a favor and it is a big one. She needs the exact location of Nick and Gabi’s room at the Kiriakis mansion, as well as their schedule. He is on it right away! Sami gushes Will is lucky to have him. Sonny gushes he is lucky too. Will comes running back to get the phone. He gasps Stefano is back! He is curious about what Sami said to him. Sonny is vague about what Sami asked him to do and Will takes off. T approaches Sonny and wonders what changed in the last few minutes. Sonny plays it cool, his mind already focused on his secret mission. - At the town square, sneaky little Ciara boasts to Brady that she knows his girlfriend has a lot of money. She knows she gives it away to people too. Meanwhile, Hope tries without success to reach Bo, of delayed flight fame. Brady patiently explains to Ciara that Kristen helps others and lists some examples. Ciara grins she did not mean the church and offers to show him what she has. She places the envelope in his hands and Hope returns, assuming she was gossiping about Kristen. Ciara exclaims she was not gossiping! Brady agrees she was not. Ciara now wishes she could talk to daddy, for she feels he loves her the most! Hope steps away from the table with Brady and is sorry about her daughter’s meltdown. It breaks her heart that Bo was delayed and she cannot reach him. Brady regrets teasing the poor kid, and must take his leave. Hope walks back to the little girl in the purple dress and explains daddy is on a plane and cell phones will not work. That is why she cannot reach him. Ciara fears she told on her and daddy does not wish to speak with her. Hope insists there is nothing to tell and he knows she misses him. They love her so much! She hugs her and Ciara sighs maybe not when she talks too much. Hope compliments her on her outspoken personality. They talk breakfast. Ciara wants chowder at the pub and so it shall be, via the shortcut. - Kristen stares at John, who has her spellbound for a moment. She asks him to let her go, though her eyes betray her emotions. She breaks free and gets a cold glass of water. John gives her a seductive look and wonders whether she is alright. Frazzled Kristen claims she is and promptly kicks him out! He picks up the fallen jersey and reminds her she was the one who summoned him. The spy in him yearns to know why. He recalls the day he gave her the jersey. Kristen remembers it well. He praises her for helping one of the kids practice. It reminded him of what an incredible woman she was. Kristen laughs as she too remembers. John sighs that day was when he realized he was falling in love with her. He cannot help but wonder if she could be that woman again. Kristen blinks back the tears and pouts. John continues. This is his simple way of saying he has faith in her. Kristen laments he was the one who killed that woman she once was! - EJ assures Samantha that fatha will be happy for him. He is marrying the mother of his children, whom he loves and adores. Sami smiles and they share a romantic kiss. Within seconds, Stefano appears in a black suit and expensive purple tie.
