She wonders since when. Will explains he has long known but it took him a while to accept it. He was in a relationship with the sweetest most beautiful girl in the world, but they could not make it because of him. She realizes he is telling the truth and asks how he feels. It is no longer a big deal, yet she fears it is her fault! There was another guy in school she liked who was gay. There must be something wrong with her since two guys could not love her back! Will gently explains there is nothing the matter with her. Except needing her gaydar tuned. He is truly sorry if he made her feel bad. Gabi is glad they can be friends. He promises her she will find her Mr. Right ... - A couple of groupies swarm Chad at the town square for a picture. The trashy brunette kisses him as the trashy blonde snaps away. Mel walks up and forces a smile. Chad stammers he can explain. Mel stares down the brunette and wants an explanation from her! The blonde defends her pal. Mel snaps no questionable lady with a tube top gets to put her tongue down her boyfriend's throat. The bimbos leave in a huff. Chad teases he is scared and turned on at the same time. He hugs Mel and kisses her. - Brady enters Madison's office. She is losing her temper on the phone. Afterwards, he drawls he loves watching her do biz. Madison snaps now she will stick it to Sami, just in case he wants to change sides. He insists he is there for the long haul. She notes they have no food. Everyone is gone for the night. They get closer and recall the sexy time they ate out of vending machines and ended up making love. Ian walks in and coldly points out that such nights are behind them! He wants a word with his wife. Brady tries to intervene. Ian calmly assures Brady he knows good business and approves of their association for the good of the company. Brady agrees to exit. Ian now wants to talk to Madison about this man she loves. She suggests he make it quick. He suddenly acknowledges she loves Brady and who is he to stand in the way of true love? "I come bearing gifts ... divorce, darling, freedom." Anything she wants. She wants to know the catch. He drawls he has his pride and will therefore release her from this doomed marriage. Madison suspects this is a trick and he will only hurt Brady. Ian, however, already has a lawyer and has set things in motion. Madison is flabbergasted. He declares he is sad to say, but this is officially the end of them. She smiles like sunshine and notes he reminds her of the good man she once loved, who taught her about life and business. He praises the girl she used to be, the woman she became, and says he will always love her. She promises not to forget what they shared, though he is right. The time has come for them to move on. He suggests she go find Brady and share the news. She hugs him in gratitude and rushes out. Ian frowns. He is up to something ... ! - At the mansion, Stefano is not fussed and refuses to discuss his private business in the presence of his new enemy. Kate insists she is his wife. He turns to her and remarks that will be soon taken care of, then accuses her of still being in the hooker trade. Kate is stunned into silence. EJ demands to know why his fatha keeps sabotaging everything he does. Stefano's answer is simple, but complex. "Because you're not the man I thought you were!" EJ is perplexed. Stefano now informs Kate she is dead to him and kicks her out. EJ sits and sulks. Kate emotionally assures Stefano she came to love him more deeply than anyone. Stefano nurses his drink, along with his wounded pride, and blames her for making a mockery of him. She would like to explain. He growls to go and lie in the bed she has made! EJ watches. Kate insists he cannot stop her from loving him. He slams down his glass and snaps they are over, finished. She warns she will not lose her livelihood. He was the silent partner only in the two companies. Stefano taunts how tragic when a partner betrays you. She gasps he is leaving her with nothing. "GET OUT!" he bellows. Exit Kate. - Giggling lovebirds Chad and Mel walk into the Coffee House and Gabi stares. Will points out Chad is not into her but she thinks she could still have a chance with his help! Chad and Mel cuddle as they wait for their coffee. Will notes they are not joining them. Mel giggles to have fun and they approach the counter. Gabi mimics her, then insists to Will there is something still there between herself and Chad. Will thinks she just wants to be in love, like she was with him. Love for the sake of love. He feels she should give up on Chad and urges the girl to stop fooling herself.Gabi tries to convince him to help her get Mel out of the picture. She is acting desperate for a chance at happiness ... - EJ stands up and announces it is high time that he and Stefano had a conversation about what he found in those files. While he was setting up John Black, he was working to undermine him and now the money is all gone. "C'est la vie!" airily states the phoenix. EJ bitterly adds he rigged the election for him to lose. But why would he wish to ruin his own son? Stefano is not willing to explain anything and wants to pass. EJ refuses to stand aside. "Not until you tell me everything I want to know ...!"
