The prof's phone is on airplane mode while hers is not there. He assumes it will be a great night and gives her a kiss. She suggests an outdoor movie for later and they enter the pub. Rafe is standing there and greets them with a grin. He is holding a big bowl of ice cream for Nicole, who waves from their table with a smile. Austin chuckles it should be pickles and ice cream. Rafe gets back to Nicole. Austin informs Carrie when she is pregnant, he too will wait on her hand and foot. She thinks they should go elsewhere, but he insists on remaining. Rafe and Nicole appear to be having fun. Carrie and Austin are at their own table. Nicole diplomatically offers to go elsewhere so they will not be near Carrie and Austin. Rafe claims there is nothing left between him and Carrie. Nicole praises him for being honorable towards her, but seems to doubt his feelings for Carrie are gone. Meantime Carrie agrees to spend some time alone with Austin. They will head home for dessert. Rafe soon overhears their romantic plans as they kiss and walk out together. Rafe is glum. Nicole tries to make him feel better. - At the Coffee House, Will gets free concert tickets for a job well done. Gabi walks up and hopes her luck will change too. Will notes she seems interested in his current job. She explains she likes how it made him more confident and confesses there is something she wants. She hopes he can help. Will is curious, but hopes he is not going to regret it. Gabi explains Chad is not meant to be with Melanie. He belongs with her. Therefore, she wants Will to help her break them up. Will gets sarcastic. She calls him mean and pouts. Will is baffled by this kind of behavior. The Gabi he knows is not like that. She laments she is alone. Will, however, will not stab his friends in the back and lectures her about dreaming up such a scheme .... - At the town square, Chad and Mel are together with Abigail. Chad asks her to stay and be Cameron's double date, as he promised to show him around town. She smiles they already met. Cameron teases she must have wanted to ask him out but was too shy. He goes on to joke about how she literally ran into him already. Abigail gets miffed and starts to leave. Cameron promises to stop with the wisecracks and wants her to come to the movies with them. Chad and Mel get the popcorn and she worries this will not work out. - At the mansion, Harold the manservant coldly informs Kate that all of her things have been removed and no, she may not enter the premises. EJ arrives and forces his way in, wondering if he too is to be kicked out. Kate walks in after him and wonders what his father is up to. So does he! Kate asks what he did. EJ pours himself a stiff drink and grins about Samantha getting Countess W. Kate concedes this is the worst day of her life and calls Sami a bitch. EJ reasons she is a beneficiary and not really an enemy. Kate begs to differ. EJ suggests she keep her wits about her and try to figure out what is going on. He now explodes he must be out of favor, as fatha was supposed to run that decision by him. The only reason he would elevate Samantha, whom he loathes, would be ... "To hurt me," sighs Kate. EJ now wants to know what Kate did to anger him, a glint in his eye. Did she lie or steal? His eyes widen. "Did you cheat on him?" No answer. EJ gasps and then laughs. Kate would rather not talk about it. EJ remarks fatha must hate her the most! But he is convinced something has changed for him as well. He updates his stepmommy on making certain discoveries. Kate wants the juicy details. EJ will only say that fatha has been actively undermining him for months! - At the hospital, Bo wants an update on Stefano from John, Marlena, and Hope. He knows he set him up to be attacked by those thugs and wants to know where the son of a bitch is now. Marlena thinks that is a good question. The nurse enters for a blood sample. Hope kisses the Salem patient and promises to keep him in the loop. She walks out with John and Marlena and wonders what Stefano really wants. The phoenix emerges and grins she should just go to the source! They have something that belongs to him and he now wants it back. John and Hope deny it. He demands the original item that was in the egg. John innocently wonders what it was. The phoenix warns them no games and he mean business. Bo steps out in his hospital gown and growls he will have to go through him first! Hope holds him back. Bo refuses to let him utter threats at his loved ones. Stefano makes a comment about his state. John drawls his money is still on Bo! Hope urges Stefano to leave but Stefano still wants what is his and dangerously reminds John that his wife's luck might not hold out like before. John stands by the blonde and stares him down. - At the outdoor movie, Cameron watches Abigail watching the film. All of a sudden, she starts to choke on popcorn. Cameron to the rescue! He rushes up behind her, grabs her, and pops it out! Abigail gasps she was not choking and gets mad he grabbed her. He insists he saved her life. Abigail storms off. Mel goes after her and calls her crazy! That cute guy who happens to be a doctor saved her. Abigail is still miffed he wanted a thank you. She was embarrassed about coughing up popcorn in public. Mel notes he seems to like her but Abigail thinks he considers her a klutz, which she knows she is. She is still trying to understand who that person was who lied to Austin and Carrie. Mel calls that a mistake. Abigail sighs what she did was intentional and terrible. Mel realizes she does not believe she deserves a new guy. She points out that one cannot hide from life forever. - Gabi sits with Will and reasons that he too is doing shady things. Not against his friends! She argues Chad and Mel might not last anyway. Will explains it would be wrong. She complains being right was not good enough when she was with him. She was not pretty enough or else he would not have lost interest. She needs to try harder with men. She is tired of losing! In addition, he made her feel bad about herself. Will is sorry to hear it. Gabi confides she was hurt after he turned away from her following their lovemaking. She gets up to leave. Will stops her and assures her the problem with their relationship was never her. He did not know who he is, though he now does. He holds her hand to lessen the blow. Gabi does not understand what he means. Will decides to come out to her right here right now ...
