Wild Hearts and Homeward Bound ... - Replay of Sami handing EJ his shirt, which he puts on, them shaking on their new neighborly platonic only relationship. He pauses outside her door. She stands alone inside. EJ grins and walks to his door. Sleepy Johnny has just toddled out and wants daddy to say goodnight. Sami gets EJ to come back and he happily lifts up his son. Meanwhile, Rafe and Nicole are in the hall, having decided this would be a better building for her than that hotel! The door at Sami's is open and they soon spy Sami, EJ, and Johnny sharing a family moment. Rafe mutters it is just their luck! Or bad luck! EJ turns and sees Nicole. Johnny runs to Rafe and says he misses him. Sami coldly explains EJ was about to tuck him into bed. EJ and Johnny disappear into the boy's room. Sami wonders why Rafe and Nicole are there. Nicole was looking for an apartment but has now changed her mind. Nicole notes she wasted no time getting close to EJ. Sami snaps the pair of them sure didn't waste any time either! The three quietly bicker. EJ returns and wonders why Rafe cares, given he is divorcing Samantha and claims to have gotten his wife pregnant. Sami accuses Nicole of going after her almost ex-husband. Nicole and Rafe stare and shake their heads. Nicole bitterly reminds Sami that her and EJ's marriage was ruined after Sami had sex with him. Sami refers to it as accidental sex. It just happened. Rafe sarcastically states that changes everything. Nicole thinks they should have told the truth. Sami angrily points out it would not have made a difference. Nicole laments she and EJ could have had it all. He assures her they still can. Nicole gets upset and holds her tummy. Rafe asks if she is okay. She thinks so, but now is convinced EJ never loved her. She gasps she is a fool, given how he moved Sami across the hall so fast. Sami counters that she only got Rafe to impregnate her out of spite. Nicole suddenly blurts out she might not even carry this child to term. Why, look what happened the last time she was carrying EJ's baby. EJ's eyes widen. "MY baby?" Rafe smoothly adds it is his. He explains she was referring to stress not being good for the baby, like with his baby. Sami mutters some people like to play the victim. Upset Nicole takes off. EJ goes after her. Sami now informs Rafe they need to talk too. Out in the hall. EJ urges Nicole not to walk away. There is something he has to tell her ... - Replay of Stefano ordering his people to stop John and Hope the deceivers from boarding the plane. John and Hope are about to board at the airport. A phone rings and the uniformed employee picks it up. - At the pub, Mel and Chad sit with Gabi after a movie. He laughs he would rather not see any more chick flicks. Gabi exclaims she loved the last one, especially when the guy left his fiancée for the best friend. It is nice to see true loooove win in the end. Mel asks Chad to order her a hot chocolate and flounces off to the ladies room. Chad announces to a thrilled Gabi that he wants to know what she is doing later tonight. He wants an evening of romance planned at his place. Gabi assumes he is referring to a romantic evening alone with her! She soon realizes he just wants her to make things special for him and Mel, for tonight is the night they will make love for the first time, hence his request for champagne, petals, and candles. Unsuspecting Mel returns. Gabi excuses herself and glares daggers at her before departing. - Stefano is relieved to hear that John and Hope have been detained. He wants them brought back to him pronto! He orders his man to make sure he also gets back what is his! - John and Hope argue with the Alamanian airline employee, who quips they cannot board. He implies he is open to a bribe. They oblige and he takes their passports, offering to help get them clearance. Hope gasps she must simply get home to Bo! They approach a uniformed pilot for assistance. The pilot turns out to be none other than agent Spencer of the ISA. He sternly states they are going nowhere! What the hell have they been doing! John wants a flight home. Spencer is all business. Intel first and then the ISA man gone rogue just might get a ride home. Hope gasps the plane is about to leave. Pilot Spencer hears out John as he explains they had to pretend to be Gina and the Pawn. Spencer mutters Stefano is probably onto them. He turns away. The airline employee appears and asks the pair to go with him. John refuses. The Alamanian pulls a gun. Spencer steps up and asks if there is a problem. The airline employee calls them unruly passengers. In the blink of an eye Spencer overpowers him. He now wants to know why Stefano pressured them to become Gina and the Pawn. They tell the tale of the Faberge egg containing the gold coin. Spencer is interested. Hope hands the mysterious coin to him and he notes it is solid gold. He will have his people check it out. Perhaps this will help them nail DiMera. The ISA intends to bring him down once and for all. They even have someone investigating another angle in Salem. John is intrigued ... - Sami calls Rafe a liar and a hypocrite. He reminds her of her own sins. Sami thinks even if he is lying for Nicole, he is a hypocrite. Rafe appears offended. Outside, EJ tenderly apologizes to Nicole for all the pain he has caused her. Being with Samantha and lying about it was the worst thing he has ever done. He has never been sorrier. Her eyes are filled with tears. She is very emotional. EJ is terribly sorry he broke their vows and shattered her trust in him. "But I love you so much!" In all the madness, he believes there is a part of her that loves him too. She shuts her eyes and cries she hates this. He promises to do anything for her.
