Mel cannot conceal her surprise. Abigail would like to talk about something important. They get coffee at the pub together and Abigail brings up Chad. Mel babbles she will not date him if it bothers her. Abigail knows she did not cross any lines and refers to her as her best friend. She is sorry she has been unfair and asks for forgiveness. She has changed her tune about them being together and now gushes her own mystery guy could be the one. Mel is stunned to hear her also say her BFF and Chad would make a great couple. - At the town square, Austin frowns at Abigail's text about meeting for dinner. He sighs, evidently at a loss what to do about the persistent girl. He settles on the big white sofa alone. Brady shows up and invites him for a celebratory drink. He just proposed to Madison, the woman of his dreams! Austin congratulates him. Euphoric Brady is convinced she will say yes. They enjoy a glass of beer together and Austin wonders what if she does not accept, since she did not say yes on the spot. Brady remains convinced she will accept. Austin is sorry he is taking it out on him that his own life is a mess. He and Carrie are having problems. Brady is sure the supercouple will make it. Austin decides they will and quietly deletes Abigail's text message. It is not the last of her on this day, though ... - In Madison's hotel room, she nervously asks what mean mogul Ian is doing there. He has been waiting for her! He coldly states he is hurt at her reception and demands a hug. She cringes as he holds her in his arms, drawling they are finally reunited! Madison wonders why he did not warn her he was coming. She assumes he is tired and offers to go get some takeout. Ian grabs her arm roughly and warns her not to be a silly girl. She is not going anywhere! She flinches. He orders her to tell him what is new. She stammers she only works all the time. He asks if Victor found a CEO after she turned him down. He calls her irreplaceable. Madison now thinks she should take the job, as she wanted it. He scolds that does not make it right and warns her to do as he says, in order to avoid getting in trouble. He notices she is different and cut her hair. She pretends she is tired and would like to turn in early. He agrees she needs her beauty sleep but before he goes, he dangerously demands she tell him who she was talking to in the hall. Was it a man?! Madison freezes. - At the loft, Will carries his last belongings in a box. Sami begs him to stay. He retorts he will never forgive her for sleeping with EJ. She asks him to keep his voice down and reminds him the kids are in the next room. Will leers she does not want them to hear that she is a lying slut. Sami blocks his path and insists they talk. Will snaps he hates her, what she has done to the family, and it makes him sick just to be near her. She hates what she did too and thinks she can make it right. Knock knock! Tis woeful Rafe. He explains he is looking for his cell phone charger. Will is stunned to hear he has moved out. He looks at Sami. "You told him about EJ?" Sami stares. Rafe wonders what he means. Sami hastily answers that Will was referring to the fact that he has decided to get an apartment and EJ is paying for it, which she does not approve of, given what he has done to their family. Rafe asks if this is true. Will casually admits it is true, then sarcastically adds his mom is leaving out some very crucial details. Like why he got the apartment. He earned the apartment by working at his internship for team EJ. Rafe remarks it might have its perks, but he should not trust EJ. Will assures him he does not trust him but he is relieved to be able to leave this place. He asks why he moved out. Sami snaps that is between her and Rafe. Rafe laments he messed up and betrayed Sami's trust so she asked for some space. Will yells he cannot believe she kicked him out after all SHE has done. "Oh my God, you are unbelievable!" - At the condo, John, Marlena, Bo and Hope impatiently await Carrie's verdict on the annulment. She wants to see them all in person. Knock knock! Tis Carrie. John thanks her for coming. Marlena hugs and thanks her. Bo and Hope anxiously wait. Carrie is sorry to say the news is not good. Legally the marriage cannot be annulled! John and Hope's marriage was consummated in Alamania, as per a witness who was there. Hope insists they were brainwashed. Bo suggests they bend the truth. Marlena fears they would be found out by Stefano. Carrie explains it is possible to file for a divorce. John becomes optimistic. Carrie warns them that there is a catch, however ...
