SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY - Part 2 - It turns out the divorce paperwork must be filed in Alamania land in person. Bo agrees it can be done. Carrie explains John and Hope would have to remain in the country for two weeks, pending the review after the paperwork was filed. John snaps she must be kidding! Bo scoffs. Marlena agrees this must be properly handled, as Carrie has stated. Carrie later has a relationship update for Marlena. She and Austin had a long talk. Marlena is relieved to hear they are going to try and make it work, maybe soon take a vacation. That is wonderful. Carrie is sure they will make it. Marlena now questions her on her feelings for Rafe. She replies she was confused. Besides, she and Rafe are not even working together anymore. Bo overhears and wonders what happened. He was looking forward to working with the terrific team of Rafe and Carrie. - Rafe suggests Will get upset with him, and not Sami. Sami asks for a moment alone with her son. Rafe goes to get his charger. Will's face turns red as he quietly rages at Sami for kicking him out. She explains she saw him kissing Carrie, who is after the man she loves. Will reminds her she did worse. She had sex with the devil! What Rafe did will never be as low and disgusting! Rafe returns and asks if things are okay. Will is upset she is treating Rafe this way. Rafe woefully states she is right to be mad, as he broke her heart. He promises her this will never happen again, then picks up the envelope he left. She admits she has read his letter. He emotionally states he meant every word. He quit his job with Carrie and begs to know what else he can do. Sami quietly cries and asks him to leave. She cannot talk about this now. Rafe blinks back the tears, tells her he loves her, and departs. Will's eyes widen. "I can't believe what just happened here!" He accuses her of making an innocent man feel like cr*p. "God you are so sick!" Exit disgusted Will. Sami has no words and stares numbly into space. - Brady lists what he loves best about Madison. He is sure she is the one. Austin suggests he go tell her all this, to help move things along. Euphoric Brad decides to do just that He pays for the beers and thanks Austin for the advice. - Meanwhile, Ian raises his voice to Madison, who pretends she was just discussing business with the man. He calls her an intelligent woman and leers how could she make such a stupid mistake. Madison is crying and cringes in terror. She begs him to let her go to bed. He yells and accuses her of lying. He leers she must have found a local Joe. He stands close and demands she answer him, his eyes flashing with cruelty and jealous rage. Is someone warming her bed?! Madison is terrified. Knock Knock! Ian regains his composure and opens the door to none other than Brady. "May I help you?" Brady appears confused. - At the pub, Mel thinks she and Abigail are ready to tell Madison they are true blue BFFs again. Abigail laments her mother did not approve of the modeling offer, then decides she will do it anyway, as she wants this job! She has plans to meet her guy for dinner but he has not called her back so she will go look for him. Mel wants to come along and meet him. Obsessed Abigail gushes maybe later. - Carrie meets Austin at the Town Square Café and they catch up. She has been thinking of their situation and does not want their marriage to be ruined. Austin insists it is not ruined so long as they work at it every day. Carrie smiles he is amazing for forgiving her. Austin vaguely admits he made mistakes too. He reminds her they already agreed on a fresh start. Carrie is almost glad things happened as now there are no secrets between them. They are just two people giving it their all. Austin's eyes flicker. He suddenly suggests they move back to Zurich. She reminds him he loves teaching. He loves her more. What about her business? Austin remarks it is her decision, but given how slow things were, maybe it would not be hard to give up. Carrie agrees to give it some thought. It could be good for them. He grins it could and tells her he really loves her, then leans forward for a kiss. Abigail approaches and stops dead in her tracks as the couple share a public passionate kiss. - At the loft, Sami is reading Rafe's letter. Johnny rushes out of his room and exclaims there was a monster. She cuddles him on her lap and the lad laments he wants Rafe. She wistfully whispers so does she ... - At the pub, Rafe is drowning his sorrows. Will joins him and is sorry his mom kicked him out. Rafe assumes he deserves it. Will disagrees, after everything she had done. Rafe senses there is something he is not telling him. He also suspects she was not as upset about his kiss with Carrie as she acted. Something else is going on. He implores Will to enlighten him. - Back at the condo, John declares to Bo, Hope, and Marlena that it is all settled. They must go to Alamania! - At Madison's door, Brady tells Ian he is sorry for the interruption and asks if he has the right room. He is looking for Madison. Ian lets him in and informs "darling" there is someone here to see her. Brady notices he called her darling and wishes to know who he might be. Madison sits teary-eyed, saying nothing. Ian extends a hand and graciously introduces himself. "My name is Ian. Madison's husband!" Brady's face falls ... END |
