Abigail gushes she likes his dance moves. Theo smiles and places their hands together. Kayla comes to take the lad to the pub for the next party. Cam walks them out. Jack has high praise for Abigail and concedes she is no longer a kid. She promises she will always be his little girl and they embrace. Madison arrives with her white bouquet and wonders whether Maggie and Victor have seen Brady. Ian drawls he might have decided not to attend. Mad faces him and tearfully insists her groom will be there. John steps in to stop smug Ian.“Why don’t you take a hike, pal, before I get angry!” he threatens. - Mel staggers through a tunnel and runs into Brady, who holds her close. Meanwhile Gabi tries desperately to help unconscious Andrew but the loud pop pop pop of the electric box starts again. She cowers in the corner and covers her ears. - Dan is exasperated as he exclaims to Nicole he does not want to eat or rest or anything. He wants to go off and look for his daughter. Nicole is disappointed he does not want to be with her tonight. He realizes that he should go probably go and give Brady and Madison his regrets. - John tries without success to reach Brady on his phone. Marlena notes no one has seen or heard from him. Madison cries he should have been here an hour ago. They were to go to the church together. Ian leers it must be a case of cold feet. Marlena offers to call father Tim about the delay. Madison weeps he is not coming and walks off. Ian goes after her. John and Marlena exchange a worried glance. - Sami calls and whispers for Will to get a car for EJ right away. He is at the gala but will arrange for a cab, EJ whispers to Sami they can climb out the window and down the fire escape. He slowly starts to stand up. Lucas stares in disbelief as Roman draws his gun, aims it upward, and barks “One more step I will shoot!” EJ slowly turns around to face the law. Sami sighs. - At the gala, Hope feeds Bo more appetizers and tells Abe it has been a lovely evening. He is sorry about Brady and Madison’s non wedding, then decides to check on Theo at the pub. Hope offers to accompany him. He suggests she stay and have fun. Glam Doug and Julie graciously walk Abe out, all smiles as the evening continues. Disheveled Daniel saunters in, mutters to Abe and company how sorry he is, but they are still searching. He asks Maggie and Victor to let him know what happens with Brady, adding he intends to keep searching for his daughter but will be in touch. He glances at Nicole in her blue dress, states he is taking her home, and warns Victor not to say one word. The Greek tycoon agrees. Dan first tries to reach Chad on his phone. No luck. Nicole steps away from the party with a cramp and takes a deep breath. - Abigail has promised proud papa Jack a dance after she returns. Theo has forgotten his book so she and Cam will take it to him. Cam goes to get Abigail's shawl. Jen muses to Jack how lucky they are. Ian catches up with Madison and apologizes for his harsh words. She suspects it was his sick game that kept Brady away. He denies it. She insists Brady loves her and would have come if he could. Ian reasons if he loved her, he would have at least called! - Down in the tunnels. Brady holds frightened Mel tight and comforts her. She exclaims they must go back for Gabi, who is injured! - Gabi tries once more to wake up Andrew. Enter Chad with a flashlight. Where is Melanie? He realizes this is the maniac who kidnapped her and moves the beam with ease. He shakes the stalker, raging to tell him what he did with her. “Where’s Melanie?” Andrew opens his eyes and indicates Gabi. “Ask your friend!” Chad turns around and observes Gabi with surprise. - Roman repeats not to move. Sami pushes in front of EJ before he can stop her. Lucas yells Roman’s daughter is up there. Roman, still aiming his gun, advises Lucas to stay back. He does not know what Sami is doing up there. He asks the officer for more backup, then orders Sami to move out of the way. She whispers for EJ to run! He is flabbergasted. “Wot?” She repeats RUN! - Brady peeks around the corner, Mel behind him, and asks where Gabi was. She gasps it was that way. Pop pop pop. The next KABOOM is the CLIFFHANGER. Flames erupt as Brady shoves Mel to the side. Above ground, windows are blown out, glass is shattered. At the gala, the force and wind knocks the stunned guests across the room, to the floor. Cameron cries out for Abigail but she is trapped all alone in a dark elevator. The cable looks ready to snap. - EJ hangs onto Sami, to prevent her from falling off the platform. - The earth continues to rock. - Explosions and fires swirl around the hellish gala. Fireballs blow through the windows. One slim man is enveloped. - Dan tries to get to Nicole. She screams to look out as a chandelier comes crashing down. The guests scream amid the chaos. - Down in the tunnels, Brady covers Mel with his entire body to shield her from the massive cave in. Chad is knocked off balance. Gabi tries to protect her head. - The warehouse is rocked again. EJ holds onto Sami for dear life. She screams as she starts to lose her grip … END Note: Days will return in 2 weeks!
