| Monday, September 19, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! THE ACCUSED - Part 2 - Justin informs Will and the anxious teens that the paperwork from the university is not so dismal. It is just the typical paperwork needed when one goes into business. Sonny soon realizes he has tried on the same suit Justin wore when he married his mother. There is an old wedding invitation in the pocket. He hands it to Justin, who later shows it to Adrienne. She gets misty-eyed. "You are as handsome today as you were on that day!" Justin murmurs he loves her even more and they kiss. - The teens do a mini-fashion show as they try on outfits for the big party. Chad kisses Abigail. Gabi kisses Will, who gives her a peck. Dario, Adrienne, and Maggie watch. Mel emerges in her dress and Dario stands up. They embrace. Maggie gets choked up. Mel is in tears. Dario emotionally closes his eyes. He soon murmurs it is time for him to go. He thinks Mel should stay. She cries she can drive him to the airport, but there is a car coming for him. She walks him to the door, numb with sorrow. - Back at Chez Rouge, Abe asks Lexie if she is sure about her decision, given that she is head honcho at the hospital. Lexie takes his hand and declares she is sure. He remarks they must now decide when and how to announce he is running for re-election. Lexie suggests Bo and Hope's party. Abe realizes the press will be present, but would they not mind him stealing their thunder from the big event? Lexie will check with Hope. Ring ring! Abe gets some news over the phone that shocks him. "You've gotta be kidding me!" He fills in Lexie that Tay is connected to the accused attacker. He must get to the station now! Exit Abe. - Back at the station, Tay insists her arrest had nothing to do with Quinn's business choices. Bo explains they were both arrested for a protest that time. But Quinn had more arrests for prostitution and drug dealing. Viv angrily dismisses it. Hope now accuses Tay of coming to work for the cops as she wanted to feed her boyfriend information. Bo agrees and snaps he was the one committing the attacks. Tay insists he is not the attacker. Vivian wants to see her son in his cell. Gus tries unsuccessfully to talk her out of it. Rafe leaves with Viv. Gus follows. Tay reminds Bo and Hope that they have no proof of their unfounded accusations. She admits she and Quinn were lovers, yet denies she was feeding him any information. Hope coldly informs her that they have enough to hold her for 24 hours, as they are certainly not satisfied with her answers! - Viv is taken to Quinn's cell. Gus stands nearby as he swears from behind the bars that he is innocent. Viv is in his corner despite his rap sheet. They need to find out the real story. Quinn does not know why someone would want to set him up by planting the nightstick. Gus quietly listens. - Mel is outside with Dario and they say their goodbyes. He promises not to disappear from her life and kisses her one last time. Mel wipes the tears from his face. He tells her goodbye in Spanish and wistfully walks away. Mel stares after him. Maggie comes out the front door to offer her support. Mel cries on her shoulder like a lost child ... Next on Days of Our Lives Chloe is awake in her bed and tells Brady "I remember it all. It was Vivian's servant. GUS!" A lone shot of Nicole is shown, as she is about to walk into a dangerous situation! Roman quietly addresses Bo, Hope, and Rafe as Viv and Gus stand off to the side "The suspect is unbalanced and violent, so take every precaution." Gus suddenly pulls a knife on Abe, Bo, Hope, and Roman as Viv is shielded by Bo. "Don't some any closer!" Gus yells. Roman tries to calm him down. |
