| Tuesday, October 4, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! DIRTY DEALINGS - Part 2 - Marlena has just heard a message about someone wanting to stab John, and more. Bo and Hope explain they are receiving many like that. It is getting ugly. Marlena insists he is innocent. Bo and Hope believe it. Bo points out in the meantime, people are angry and upset. They are therefore assigning more guards, to keep him safe. Marlena becomes sarcastic. Safe like last night?! - Back at the outdoor restaurant, the Greek tycoon wants Brady to do the honors. Brady welcomes Madison to Titan. They have a deal! Vic compliments her. She mentions her bad PR. Vic thinks only jealous people would dare criticize her. They are out of coffee so Madison suggests Brady get a fresh pot from the hostess. He drawls he will do better. He will get it himself! When he saunters off, Madison stares after him and admits she is very impressed. - Back at DiMera mansion, EJ argues to Nicole that he needs someone brazen, who is not afraid, and will be able to help him win this election in a landslide. Someone who can convince people that the DiMeras will do things a better way, as they are better themselves. Nicole wonders if he is changing. No, but he wants people to believe that and so she shall convince them! He grins roguishly. She calls him a dirty rotten scoundrel. He pulls her hand and flirts he is still charming, though. Nicole realizes she should run far away from him, and yet she cannot. However, she has questions about her past. What will happen when her own sins come out? Sly EJ has a story for that as well. She wants to redeem herself for him. After all, the public loves to believe in redemption. Nicole snaps she does not want to be with anyone, not Brady or him. He grins that must be a yes. - At the restaurant, Brady and Victor talk locations for Madison's Salem office. She is most interested in the town square. Victor mentions Kate. Madison knows who she is and plans to crush her competitor. Brady explains Kate is opening her office and showroom there. Madison smirks that now she knows she will have her offices there, too! Brady stares. Things are evidently going to get dirty ... - At the station, Marlena loses her cool, protective about John, then apologizes. Bo understands. Marlena tells them how John was trying to get back on his feet in Switzerland. There were no mysterious calls, faxes, or dirty dealings. - Madison is looking through her briefcase at the town square. Kate walks up and muses so it was her in the picture online. What brought her to Salem? Business. Kate stares as Victor and Brady now approach Madison. They are all together and the CEO of Countess Wilhelmina does not like what she sees! - Nicole is exasperated by EJ's arrogance. If she takes this job, it will be business only. "Of course," he murmurs. Is she his new PR genius? She retorts she will consider it and get back to him. EJ smiles knowingly. - Back at the station, Bo gets John suited up in a bulletproof vest. The prisoner thinks that is not necessary. Marlena warns there have been threats. Bo and Hope assure him they believe in his innocence. Marlena has informed them he had no business dealings all the time he was trying to walk again. John suddenly flashes back to working at his computer, accessing numbers for Basic Black sales, profits and expenses. Many numbers do not seem to add up. Back to reality. John blanches. Marlena asks if he is alright. He pretends he is fine, though his eyes are filled with dread ... Next on Days of Our Lives "And these two, they mistake cleavage for a little business plan!" Kate leers at Madison. "I'm gonna kick your little butt right out of the square!" Madison warns Kate . "This is no longer business. It's personal!" Kate declares to her rival Madison. |
