| Monday, October 10, 2011 - PART 2 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! TURMOIL - Part 2 - Rafe warns Austin it is not good to let work and family collide. And he speaks from experience. Austin gets it. They were happy to come back for family, now look what is happening. He is not sure how he can make the stress less in his marriage, but Rafe thinks he already knows. Austin realizes he means he should turn down the case. Then how could he and Carrie make a living? She is not being paid for her work at present. Rafe reminds him that money does not always make things easier so he should think about where he and Carrie will be once this thing blows over. Rafe now gives him his space so he can think. Austin considers. - Carrie warns Sami about the press wanting to get close to John's family members. Sami will not say anything and will be very careful. - Meanwhile, John remembers Roman’s words about the seriousness of the situation. Marlena asks if he is alright. No. It troubles him what this is doing to their family. Carrie, Sami, and Marlena all assure him they are alright, though he cannot help but blame himself for turning their lives upside down. Eventually, the girls leave and John thanks his guardian angels for being there. Marlena sees her girls to the door. She appreciates them all spending this precious time together, in spite of the difficulties. She tells Sami to knock them dead, reminds Carrie how Austin loves her, and then they are gone. Marlena returns to John and smiles they are in good hands. John, however, noticed the strain Carrie's support is already placing on her marriage. Marlena insists they are all there for him but he declares he has made his decision. - At Horton house, Jen blasts both Dan and Jack for speaking for her. Now she wants to have her say! She thanks Dan for being there for her and Abigail. But she needs to work some things out for herself. Jack appears pleased to hear it. Jen retorts he needs to go too! She quietly explains they both need to go. She understands where they are both coming from, but it is not helping. The guys agree to stop. Jen adds she has a lot to think about on her own. Dan hugs her and promises he is there for her. Jack starts to say something. Jen silences him and tells them both goodbye. They walk out together. Jen woefully sighs. - Sami and Carrie have stopped by Carrie's room to get some court files. Now that they are alone, Sami asks if she thinks John did it. Candid Carrie believes he is innocent, though proving it will be no easy matter. They are in for the fight of their lives ... - Back at the townhouse, Marlena worriedly wonders just what decision John has made. He does not think they will be able to deal with this. He asks her forgiveness, for he has made up his mind. "We need to file for divorce." Marlena's pretty eyes widen in horror ...! Next on Days of Our Lives "You're telling me my daughter is dating a DiMera?!" Jack gasps to Adrienne and Justin. Chad appears to be giving Abigail a massage on the sofa. Jack yanks him to his feet from behind. "You get up! Up! Get up!" Chad is still in the Horton living room ... JACK You're not gonna see him again. I forbid it. ABIGAIL You can't forbid me to do anything! |
