She dreams of shirtless Bo, bringing her champagne. He whips off the towel and joins her in the tub. They kiss and he toasts to them. Back to reality. Hope unhappily whimpers how could he marry Billie??? - Bo has harsh words for the Interpol agent who has betrayed him. He felt King’s offer was more lucrative and leers Bo could have had it all! King leers his entire family will meet their end. Bo implores them to leave his family and Billie out of it. Billie suddenly jumps out and orders them to freeze or they are both dead! - John stares in horror. “Susan!” Vivian now realizes it really is her. Ivan wonders where Kristen is. Vivian whispers Susan the loon must have locked her in the secret room with Marlena. John solemnly states this is the work of DiMera and demands Susan tell him where Kristen is. She claims not to know. She only saw Stefano yesterday. Lexie gasps Celeste was right. Viv and Ivan decide to flee. He assumes Stefano is long gone. Abe springs into action, ordering his cops to seal all exits. No one leaves or gets in! Inside, Stefano the waiter is ready to go, but a stern cop tells him he is not going anywhere, not realizing that this is no ordinary waiter. Stefano stammers he is off to the nursery to pick up trays, and then he has another wedding. The cop drawls that he will need an okay from Commander Carver to go up the stairs. He will find him in the garden. Stefano quietly tells himself nothing will stop him from taking his fair Marlena to the island. There must be a way out of here! - The gas is seeping in. Marlena and Kristen are unconscious still. - John confers with Abraham, who assures him no one is getting in or out. John wants someone guarding John Junior (this was EJ's name as a baby, before John found out he was really Susan and Stefano's biological child). Abe explains that is done. In addition, his entire team is searching the house high and low for Stefano. Once they have him, he will be forced to reveal where he has hidden Marlena and Kristen. Shawn Sr. explains he is going back to the pub to check on the kids. There is already a cop there. - Laura is confused. Who is that woman? Carrie explains she is John Junior’s baby nurse. Carrie wonders if Kristen was kidnapped too. - John now warns Susan to tell him where Kristen is. She slurs they do not need her as they will live happily ever after with baby Elvis. John has no idea she is referring to John Jr. He presses her to tell him where Kristen is. She is also asked about Marlena. Susan babbles and cries and moans they would have locked her in Graceland and burned it down. John asks if she saw Stefano yesterday. Yes, and he was a vampire! John wants to know if she saw him today. She now implicates Vivian and Ivan as his partners in crime and also vampires. The pair attempt unsuccessfully to flee. John grabs Ivan and menacingly growls where is Stefano and what the hell has he done with doc and Kristen! - Hope is sitting on the counter in her bathrobe. Franco knocks at the door. She assures him she is feeling much better and thanks him for his friendship. She flashes back to Bo warning her that his gut told him that guy was no good. She now looks at herself in the mirror and decides Bo was wrong. Franco has been a wonderful friend. She sighs and opens the door, where Franco has lit the candles on his surprise romantic dinner. He gives her an eerie grin. She blinks and smiles naively. - Billie stands with her non-gun as King taunts her. One of his other thugs suddenly grabs her and notes she is not even armed. King leers Bo and Billie are both as good as dead now! - John turns on Vivian. “Start talkin!” His illustrious aunt suggests the woman is insane, blabbing about vampires and other such things. She does admit they saw Stefano, when he was disguised as a waiter, but then he vanished. Ivan insists they are innocent. Susan slurs about the dungeon in the house. John wants to know where it is. She explains the vampires put her in the house. They are meeeeean creatures! Ivan snaps about John ruining his tie and blurts out it is true, Marlena is in there! Downstairs! Vivian plays innocent but John wants ta get ta doc! He orders them to lead the way. Now. - Hope is in her white bathrobe and asks what all this is. She now sees there is only a setting for one. Franco smoothly explains it is for her alone, even the champagne. He will leave her to dine and offers her his pajama top. She is grateful and wishes Bo had gotten the chance to know him. She apologizes for all the pain his accusations may have caused. Franco hopes she did not believe them. She thinks it is obvious he had no ulterior motives and thanks him again for being a good friend. He gives her a brief kiss and they bid each other goodnight. Hope sits down and laments Bo is not here with her. Franco pauses outside her door and muses he will make her forget about Bo and fall in love with him! - Billie is shoved toward Bo, who is very sorry she is in danger. King tells them the plan. They will unload the drugs, put the two hostages on a boat, and dump them at sea! - Caroline and Maggie escort unsteady, sloshed Susan inside the DiMera mansion, where she falls onto the sofa and cries like a loon about almost being happy. Outside, Laura thanks God for proving she was not losing her mind. Lexie is amazed that Laura was right. Celeste whispers she still feels Stefano’s presence. “Dahling he’s in the house at this moment!” She knows not which part, however. - Inside, Stefano hides as Sherriff Abe combs the area with a cop and orders her not to miss a room. He wants Stefano found! The phoenix conceals himself in another room and checks out the window, but another cops lurks below. He takes a deep breath. “There’s no way out!” Is it possible this is the end for him? Might he be done for? His crafty eyes scan the room ... - Vivian and Ivan take John down to the wine cellar but the bottle they need to open the secret door is stuck. John yells to Kristen and Marlena that he is coming. He is informed that the room on the other side is soundproof. He deduces there would be a window. Viv removes the wine bottle which enables him to look in so he does. He now perceives Marlena and Kristen lying on the floor unconscious. "Oh my God! They're dead!" But of course they were not and the rest, as they say, is history ... Kristen was denounced by John, after Stefano was discovered to have given her his own baby with Susan, to pass off as John's baby, which Kristen had lost. John and Marlena then lived as happily ever after as a soap couple can, at least until Kristen came back to town ... Stay tuned! END |
