Abigail is sorry she overreacted and laments she cannot think clearly since Jack showed up in Salem. And now she cannot study well for her history test! Chad eagerly offers to help. - Mel interrupts Victor and Maggie kissing at the mansion. Victor leaves the room and she wants to talk about the caterer. Maggie asks how her father is doing. "Not so great," sighs Mel. The redhead is sympathetic. She meant what she said when she assured him she would give him as much time as he needed. Mel grins she does not need time. She loves her GRANNY. Maggie hits her with a pillow and they burst out laughing. - Back at Horton house, Dan is amazed that Jen always remains positive. He hopes she realizes this is not about Maggie, but this whole thing has just thrown him off. Jen sagely states that sometimes even the most wonderful news is hard to take. He thinks she has Jack on her mind but thanks her for her support at this time. She whispers there is no other place she would rather be. They kiss. Dan wonders if Mel might be onto something. Perhaps Victor could know something. Jen suggests Dan's father might have mentioned something to him. Dan does not remember any closer friend his folks had than Victor. Jen notes there have to be people out there who could have answers. Surely Victor could at least tell him who they were. Surely he would want to help ... - Nicole and EJ sit at the outdoor café. Quinn soon arrives and informs EJ that if he is elected, all the small business owners in the area will appreciate his incentives. He could be one of them, as he has an idea for a new business across the town square. Nicole talks hookers. Quinn, however, has reformed. He informs Nicole he in fact has a background in martial arts and had a idea for a wellness center, which would be a spa, fitness center, and martial arts studio rolled into one. Nicole coldly points out he would have trouble getting the financing. Quinn grins the money will not be a problem, thanks to EJ! EJ casually adds it would be good for the revitalization he intended. He suggests he send him the info and Quinn departs. Nicole knows the bastard is blackmailing him and says so! EJ claims he thinks the fellow has a good idea and it could be a lucrative investment. Nicole does not buy it and she insists he tell her what Quinn Hudson has on him. EJ assures her he has this situation under control. Elsewhere Quinn is sending a text message. "I'm back and we need to talk. I think there's a way we can both help each other!" - At the pub, Chad helps Abigail study and they get close. He suddenly gets an idea and promises to be back soon. He returns and announces he will cut up her history book and make flash cards so she can see history instead of just reading it. She stares and hopes she will get a preview of what she is working towards. They start to kiss verrrry passionately. - Back at the Kiriakis mansion, Victor is sitting and playing online poker. Henderson approaches him and notes he is upset. After all, he was the one who arranged for Mrs. Jonas to receive Mrs. Horton's eggs. Perhaps he wants to tell Mrs. Horton. Just then Mel and Maggie enter the room. "Tell me what?!" wonders the redhead. Victor stands up and fibs he was saying how happy he was, to be marrying the love of his life. Henderson agrees that was it. Mel and Henderson now go out to make a catering call about the kitchen appliances. Victor is glad he and Maggie have arrived at this point together. He hugs her and vows he will not allow anything to spoil what they have. - Back at Horton house, Daniel emotionally shares his feelings with Jen. He is so glad she is there for him. He realizes she has to sort her feelings out with "that guy," but simply must tell her he wants her to be in his life forever ... Next on Days Of Our Lives Brady is by Madison's desk and notes she thinks he is attractive. She quips she did not say that. He gets closer and teases she is blushing! Moments later, Sami enters, carrying files. "I'm sorry! I’m sorry if I was interrupting something!" "Please leave Madison alone!" Sami snaps at Brady. "Brady breaks women’s hearts," Sami warns Madison. "He'll break yours!" |
