The two brothers assure their sister she has their love and support and she goes to shower. She has also asked EJ to keep Sami out of this. Meanwhile, Brady has ventured to the house of Kiriakis, where Victor and Maggie offer their full support and dramatic hugs, no I told you so. Brady thinks he should attend a meeting. Maggie offers to accompany him but he would rather go alone. He recalls this place feeling like home. Victor assures him he is welcome to stay as long as he wishes. Brady is grateful but has one request. That they not contact his father, whom he does not want to see! Victor stares. Marlena wants to see Brady at the Kiriakis mansion. Nicole points out he wanted to avoid her and John for the time being. Marlena decides to honor his wishes, says thank you, and exits. Eric feels badly for and appreciates Nicole was there for his heartbroken brother. She promises him she will make sure he is fine and stay that way too. The stoner boys are on a bench, gleefully counting the money Jen gave JJ as he cashed both checks. JJ’s pal gushes they will never have to pay for their own weed again. They are soon approached by jogging Dan. Meanwhile do-gooder Jen leaves a heartfelt message for Kristen. She wants to be there for her. At the pub, Hope speaks with Ciara about the picture. Ciara quips she tried to tell her about it but she never listens to her. Hope promises she will be a better listener in the future. Ciara promises to be good. Hope calls her an angel and assures her she can tell mommy anything. Ciara asks for the picture back, to give it to Kristen and Brady. Hope replies they already saw it. Ciara wonders whether they liked it. Maggie and Victor come across Brady snugly sleeping on the couch. The Greek tycoon growls he could just strangle that Kristen DiMera! Maggie would like a piece of her too. She covers sleeping Brady and suggests they leave him alone for a while. And so they head for the hospital to see Will and the new baby. John runs into Marlena at the town square. He wants to know if she has seen Brady. No but she saw Nicole, who was with him last night He evidently wants nothing to do with them. John starts to say something to his beloved doc but she abruptly stops him. She has decided she would rather not hear another word about what happened between him and Kristen! Johns implores her to allow him to explain. Marlena emotionally states she has fought hard for them. He is about to embrace her but she sadly shakes her head and tells him goodbye. John is at a loss. JJ lies to Dan that he and his friend were on their way to buy textbooks. Dan is friendly and explains he was in the middle of a run. JJ quips he will be getting more since his car is in the shop. Dan turns and stares. He is picking his car up soon and says it is as good as new though his eyes mirror his suspicion. He runs on his way. JJ snickers the car will not be good as new for long. Back at the rectory, parish secretary Nicole informs Father Eric she is going to be busy with Brady and might not be around much anymore. The priest pouts and wonders whether this has to do with their conversation. She gets sarcastic about his notion that she had any impure thoughts toward him. Her focus now is Brady. Exit Nicole. Eric keeps pouting. EJ gets off the phone with dahling Samantha and Chad returns. He has an idea and orders his brother to roll up his sleeves. Time to get rid of all things related to the wedding in the room. Chad feels sorry for their sister. EJ grins he has a funny feeling she will bounce back. Little do they realize ... Brady stirs on the Kiriakis couch. He opens his eyes, only to discover devil with the blues dress Kristen eerily smiling down at him, her engagement ring shining bright on her delusional finger, as though the last 24 hours never happened ...!
