The clerks must lead her to him! Meanwhile, Eric wonders what just happened and stares with red eyes at gasping Kristen. SPLAT! He falls onto the bed face first, out cold. She quips she is sorry and closes her little camcorder which was recording the unholy event. Chad steps outside for a moment. Abigail assures Cam it is not what he thinks. He sighs he saw her touching Chad’s face. He believed they were an item, not her and Chad! He accuses her of keeping two guys on a string to avoid getting serious and physical. She accuses him of throwing her virginity in her face. He decides to return to the hospital and leaves his cold coffee as Chad returns. Chad notes the long faces. He has a surprise for Abigail to raise her spirits. She is interested. Gabi is having trouble with the diaper. Sonny helps. She thanks him for letting her and Ari move in with him and Will. Three’s Company plus baby! Sonny marvels it will be just great and fusses over Arianna. Kate brings up the knife Sami claimed she saw. Sami now claims it was a razor. Kate warns it is unwise to change her testimony. Sami explains she said it was a blade and now has realized it was a razor. Bernardi was not there to just shave Rafe! Kate offers to look out for Will and baby in case she gets locked up. Sami insists she will not lose and snaps Kate is to blame for the whole mess anyway! Kate points out Sami was the one who shot him. Sami hisses she threw her affair with Rafe in Stefano’s face, which set things in motion. Kate is reduced to tears for hurting the one person she never wanted to hurt. She sits down, an emotional wreck. Sami realizes she is actually human and her feelings are real. Will and EJ reappear. So do Sonny and mama Gabi. Sonny thinks they are good to go and carries the baby as Will chuckles he is moving in with Mary Poppins. The happy gang depart, homeward bound. Sami asks EJ to take her home and so he does. Alone again, Kate whispers she does feel sorry for Sami, though perhaps some time in prison would do her and all of them a world of good ... Nicole accuses the female clerk of taking her money and giving wrong information. George, however, found the school story touching and gives Nicole the correct room number so that she will be able to connect with her priest. Meanwhile, disguised Kristen emerges and callously apologizes for making Eric pay for his mother. She coldly whispers goodbye and exits. Eric shivers under the blanket as the drugs start to wear off. Abe and glum Cam run into each other at the town square. Abe is sorry if he seemed rude earlier. Cam understands he is a busy commissioner. He was just wondering if he could spend more time with Theo. Abe and the lad would love it. Cam starts to go. Abe stops him and notes he seems upset. Cam quips he is fine and saunters off. Back at the coffee house, Chad has a stuffed panda for Abigail that he was unable to win at the amusement park. He assumes she was upset about the video issue. The girl in pink would rather not discuss what had her upset and suggests they remember their roller coaster ride. He wants to pick up where they left off and places her hand on his cheek. She blushes. Sonny, Gabi, and Will enter Apartment 14 with baby Arianna. Will is amazed he already decorated. He loves it. Sonny welcomes them home and they all hug, standing around the baby they love. Home at last! EJ has surprised stressed Sami with a candlelight spread at the mansion. He pours her a glass of red wine but refuses to divulge the details of his private conversation with Will. She admits Sonny was right, she does tend to blurt things out. He now takes his beloved on his lap, says to stop worrying, and declares he will not let anything happen to her. It is a promise. She believes him. They kiss and kiss until ... Ding dong! The staff were given the night off so the master of the manor opens the door to a messenger, who promptly hands Sami a subpoena. Master EJ takes a look. She must appear before a grand jury tomorrow! Nicole has her file in hand when she knocks on Eric’s door. He is shaking and sweating on the bed, writhing in pain. He accidentally knocks over a lamp with his foot, gasping, shivering. Nicole gets the door open with a card and rushes in. Kristen is in the hall, strutting away in her dark sunglasses. Nicole finds her shaking unconscious priest, wonders what happened, and prays he will be alright. She holds him in her arms and gasps "Oh My god!" raising her eyes to the heavens. Down in the lobby, Kristen is confronted by George the pro-Eric clerk, who warns he knows what the she devil is up to and she is not going anywhere! She stops and calmly stares as he grabs her arm ... END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Gabi talks to Nick about the future. Nicole saves drugged Eric! |
