She wonders how things are going. He claims things are now under control. He wonders about fatha. She notes he will not be found as he does not want to be. EJ is not so sure about that. He might be getting sloppy with age. Kristen repeats he does not want to be found so he will not be. He notices the glint in her eye and gets suspicious. She gushes it would be fabulous if they soon both had reason to celebrate, kisses him, and waltzes off. EJ watches her walk away, her footsteps purposeful. Adrienne wonders what it feels like when Will holds his child. Will gushes he wants to love and protect her and keep her safe from unhappiness. Adrienne solemnly states he would do his damnedest to protect his child. So would she. She knows he loves Sonny and that is why she is here begging him to do the right thing and break up with him! Will stares. Sonny is staring intently at the video clip on his phone. Chad half grins he would still consider it humorous had Sami not shot the guy! Sonny feels lawyer Justin needs to know about this. Chad disagrees. There was no one else around and there are no other copies of the evidence. Sonny now wonders why Sami went after the cop. Chad explains EJ said it was a misunderstanding. Besides, he does not believe Sami would have shot him in cold blood. Neither does Sonny. Chad now announces he needs his help ... Cameron follows upset Abigail, though she would rather not reveal what is bothering her. JJ spies them, assures her sister he is here for her, and goes on his way when she claims to be fine. Cam wants to know what is going on. She will only say she promised a friend she would keep a secret and she does not feel it was the right thing to do! Cam wonders and agrees with her that if she felt a knot in her stomach, her feeling was right. That is as far as their conversation goes. Her phone rings, so she thanks him for the words of wisdom and takes off in a hurry. Sami meets lawyer Justin at the station and she is upbeat. Sami informs him that Marlena hypnotized her and she remembered the weapon Bernardi was holding was a razor. Justin finds the development rather odd, rather personal. A razor? He wonders whether Sami has a theory. Sami, however, is more concerned that the change in her story will not look good, as that is what brother Eric warned. A frown creases Justin’s brow. Her brother was right. It would not look good at all! Juries look for consistency. Is there anything she has not told the police about the case? Justin peers at his client with his intelligent eyes. EJ, who has since arrived, slowly shakes his head at his fiancée. Sami insists she told the police everything. EJ readily agrees. He sits by his beloved and tenderly takes her hand. Justin notes there seems to be no motive and juries always look for that. In this case, they will not find one. It makes him dare to be optimistic. JJ and Rory are at Horton house admiring all the samples until they realize they have a bunch of samples for sinus infections as well as laxatives. JJ curses. Father Eric goes to Washington! He checks into his hotel and the businesslike front desk clerk is pleased to hear his name. His parents are Salemites who are also St. Luke parishioners. He is sympathetic about the new school. Eric requests a quiet room where he will not be disturbed. He has preparing to do for his presentation tomorrow. Adrienne is sorry that Will already heard her once claiming he was not good enough for Sonny and goes on to say she was right so he broke up with him. Then he came back and did as she feared. He lied to him and broke his heart! Will patiently explains they got past that. Mother hen Adrienne notes he almost got Sonny killed plus his own mother was accused of murder. Will sighs he is not to blame. Adrienne insists his family is bad for her son! Will disagrees. In fact, the opposite is true. He is not concerned about what she thinks and insists he and Sonny will be living together. She calls the living arrangement with Gabi and the baby another sacrifice her son must make. Will wishes she could accept their relationship. He warns they are going to spend the rest of their lives together and she cannot change that. Adrienne laments he will break Sonny’s heart and then they will be done. She implores him to save people from pain, then snaps it seems he will not, as he is just as selfish and self-destructive as his mother. She walks out in a huff. Will woefully tells baby Arianna that woman has no idea what she is talking about. She is wrong. Abigail joins Sonny and Chad to discuss the video. She admits she has no answers. Chad thinks it is a big deal. Sonny implores her to keep her silence. He is certain it is the right thing to do and urges her to let it go. Abigail blinks. She cannot believe they think it is irrelevant that Sami ended up shooting the man she fought with. Chad argues her own mom was unfairly accused of pushing Nicole only because they had fought. If Nicole had not decided to tell the truth, the outcome would have been different. Sonny notes Jen might have been sent to prison for a crime she did not commit! Chad wonders if she wants to make that happen to Sami. The girl in pink is apprehensive about withholding evidence in a murder investigation. They reason they are deleting said evidence so why make Sami’s defense more difficult than it already is? The three musketeers now agree they are in this together. Chad and Sonny delete their videos in unison. JJ and Rory are excited to find a drug sample they will be able to sell. The stoner boys are back in business! Justin advises volatile client Sami to remain quiet and do as instructed when they have her bail hearing in an hour. EJ stays behind to make a quick phone call. He calls Chad, and hopes he has things under control. Chad assures him the matter was settled. EJ orders him to delete the video from his phone, computer, everywhere. Chad promises he is on it. However, he fails to mention that Sonny also had a copy. For all practical purposes, it is settled. So he thinks... Kristen enters Eric’s hotel with a dark wig, sunglasses, and a strange accent. Eric has just settled into his room. Kristen has a reservation under a false name and insists on changing her room number. The clerk stammers it is not possible. She has removed her sunglasses and stares at him with her darkly made up eyes. She starts to argue that room was meaningful to her and her deceased husband. The clerk does not think anyone should be beside the priest’s room, given he is preparing for an important presentation. She snaps to fix the problem. Eric comes up behind her and asks if he can help. Kristen freezes, fearing exposure ...! END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Kate is disgusted with Nick. Nick gets fired and reaches out to Vargman ... |
