Maggie notes they were both very worried and she is sorry she could not take his call last night. Madison now learns that Brady has in fact come here to talk to the redhead. Maggie, however, thinks they have much to discuss first and discreetly gives them their privacy. Brady would like to hear Madison’s answer to Maggie’s question. She replies all her messages spoke volumes, then demands to know where the hell he was! He emotionally admits he went to a bad place but it is behind him now. His love for her brought him back to her. Madison impatiently wants answers. He is evasive. She snaps this is far from over. Brady confesses he got the craving and so he went and bought some coke but he … Madison becomes upset and loudly cries he claimed Ian was drugging him. It was not true, was it! - Rafe is at the station, where he updates ISA Spencer on Billie’s intel. EJ did not know a damn thing about the arms deal and Billie suspects Stefano was setting him up. They remember the new will that Stefano did not execute. Rafe is not sure whether EJ killed his father or not, but he is determined to gain access to the mansion, plus he wants that lie detector test! Spencer is curious what he is working on now. Rafe explains he is working backwards regarding the weapon, checking the inventories to see if he finds something. Spencer suspects that the real murder weapon would be at the bottom of the river. Rafe accuses him of being negative. - Will is thrilled that EJ is listening. He teases he is in charges and so he must do it. He hands him his phone and grins to call Rafe. EJ snaps regardless of whatever control he thinks he has over him, he still makes his own decisions! His dark stare appears to make Will a tad nervous. - A lawyer arrives seeking information on a case so Spencer leaves. Rafe is at his computer when Carrie enters. She flashes back to her dream of making love with him and clears her throat. Rafe gazes in awe. They are surprised to see each other. She is Hamilton’s lawyer and had not even realized Rafe was the lead detective. She is there for the report of the undercover cop who busted her client. Rafe opens it and notes it was a routine drug bust. Carrie claims it was entrapment and would like to talk to the cop. Rafe is all business as he agrees to make the appointment. Carrie, who, is clad in a blue dress, thanks him. Rafe wonders how they will be able to steer clear of each other when they keep running into each other like this. What to do? She has no idea. He suggests they go for coffee to discuss the situation. - EJ gives Will a stern look. “You are out of your league!” Will warns he could still cause problems. EJ brings up his motha. He will be watching him and if he dares use the information, he will retaliate and it will be DEADLY. - Dan is at the pub, calling the hospital for the test results on a young patient. They were negative. The doctor is relieved he is a lucky boy. Nicole enters and asks to sit down. Dan looks up at the devil with a blue dress. He agrees she may sit down. She blurts out that she forgets to do things when she is around him, like breathing, among other things. Dan cannot help but laugh. She has bewitched him all over again. - Rafe and Carrie sit and have coffee together at the town square café. He stammers they should try and find a way to be around one another without it being difficult. Carrie smiles and agrees. She keeps thinking about what he said yesterday. He was right. If it is so hard for them to be apart, then maybe … Rafe grins hopefully. “Maybe what?” Austin comes around the corner and stops in his tracks, observing the sweet scene. Rafe murmurs he knows he must keep his distance so she can work things out with Austin for the baby. She sighs things are hard. She is not so sure she can stay strong and do this. Austin now emerges. “Do what, Carrie?” - ISA Spencer is seated at his desk, holding suspect EJ’s file in his hands. It claims the suspect refused the polygraph. All of a sudden, EJ waltzes in, followed by smug flunky Will. He announces he has changed his mind and is there to take the lie detector test. Spencer peers at him … END |
