He hands it to him so his mom does not find it. Bev gushes she broke up with Cole and flirts with JJ. She and Rory appreciate that JJ made them see the light and took one for the team. JJ must go home. He texted his aunt he was leaving as he felt unwell. So now he must leave. Bev hopes to see him soon. She departs with Rory. JJ appears bored and saunters by the outdoor tables of the cafe. Theresa - the pretty older mystery girl - is sitting alone and his face lights up when she gets his attention. She is bored by the day. He suavely suggests he show her the fireworks tonight. She laughs and reminds him of his mommy’s curfew. - Justin crouches down to inform that Gabi that Nick contacted him to handle the annulment. Gabi nods. He is sorry and it must be difficult. Gabi puts on a brave face and notes it is best for her as well as Nick. However, her eyes mirror her pain. Nearby, Will overhears shirtless Brent hounding Sonny to join him at the rave. Sonny politely suggests he give the ticket to someone else. Will looks glum. T ushers them all to the water. - Wet temptress Abigail is drying herself in her black bikini as Cam and Chad dry themselves and enjoy her view. Theo runs off when he hears the telltale jingle of an ice cream truck. Chad goes after him. Abigail pouts her hair is a mess. Cam drawls she looks beautiful. She is sorry if she ruined the party with Theo. He is glad she is here and grins. Theo returns with ice cream for the pretty girl. Abigail thanks him and goes to see Gabi and the baby. Theo now drags Cam off to get him some ice cream too. Chad watches Abigail walking away. - Adrienne fights off naughty Justin as he tries to put spice down her shirt and kiss her. He chases his giggling wife. Abigail and Gabi discuss Abigail’s dilemma as Gabi enjoys an ice cream. Will and T get out of the water and dry off. T notes Sonny won the race but he will not let him win the hotdog eating contest! He stomps off with gusto. Brent slithers out of the water as well and proceeds to get dressed. Sonny beat him too. He righteously remarks Sonny seems happy. Will questions that comment. Seems. Brent claims they are only friends from the past but this is a whole different life for Sonny, to be settled down. Will wonders what the point is. Worldly Brent replies it is just his observation. Will wisely notes there are different ways to find happiness. Brent frowns and notes Sonny must love him a great deal to give up so much. It is his final parting shot as he walks away. - Anne reminds Jen that HR is HER domain and she has overstepped her boundaries. Jen glares right back at her and hisses she followed procedure to the letter. Anne now gets sarcastic about her son, whether he is a rule follower like mommy dearest. Jen stares and dares her to just spit out what she wants to say. Anne leers her son must make her so happy and proud, just like she deserves! - Sonny is happily drying off as Will praises his aquatic victory. Adrienne approaches and quietly admits to Will she is glad that no charges were brought against Sami. She knows she would never shoot a man for no reason and apologizes for being insensitive earlier. Will grins no harm done. Justin now offers Abigail and Gabi hotdogs, which are hot off the fire. Abigail wonders about JJ’s whereabouts. Justin explains he texted Adrienne that he felt unwell and went home. Moments later,the attention turns to Chad the almost log roller, who has gotten hit in the head by an uncooperative log. He insists he is fine but Dr, Cam fears it could be a concussion. Abigail watches him at work. Chad refuses to go to the hospital. Cam insists one cannot take a chance with a head injury. Macho Chad insists he is fine despite Abigail’s worry and wants to get to the game. - JJ boasts to the mystery girl that he ignores curfew orders. She calls him a little rebel. He quips he is not little and he can show her a good time. She teases she is not looking to babysit. He thinks it is her loss she does not take him seriously. She purrs if he lets her in on the stuff, she will be interested! He offers to get his stuff so they can get high together. She turns him down, quips she will see him in the candy store, and wiggles away. JJ grins and wonders what the vixen's name is. - Sonny reposes by Will, who suggests he go have some fun, as tonight he must study for a makeup art history exam. Sonny would rather be here with him. Besides, what could be more fun! He now admires his little sweet pea as she starts to wake up. A few feet away, Adrienne is enjoying baby Ari videos on her phone from Sonny as Justin contentedly sits beside her. Sonny invites them to come watch Ari, who looks like she is trying to do her first rollover. Adrienne leaves her phone on the blanket and they go to the baby. But the baby videos on the phone are soon followed by the video of Sami attacking Bernardi at the park once upon a time. The video plays quietly on the blanket as Adrienne and Justin hover with Will, Sonny and Ari nearby … Oh oh! END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Rafe wakes up and unpleasantly surprises Sami. EJ and Justin forge ahead to seize power from Stefano. |
