EXPOSURE - Part 2 - EJ questions Kate about hiring Samantha, whom he considers to be incompetent, then realizes it must be one of her schemes. He is amused. She and Stefano happily walk off together. - Back at the loft, Sami remembers how much fun Will used to have playing monopoly. She suspects he is unhappy about losing Gabi. Rafe believes the teen just needs time and space. After dinner, she kisses and thanks him. He notes she has been overly affectionate lately. Sami wonders if he is suspicious. She claims almost losing Johnny changed everything. Therefore, she wants to show him every day how much she loves him! - Will shows up at the condo and asks to speak with Marlena alone. John understands and gives them their space. Will exclaims he cannot stay at his mom's home, as he cannot breathe around her! And if Rafe knew the truth, he would not tolerate her phoniness! Marlena realizes he has not told his mother what he saw. She thinks if he did, then Sami would tell Rafe herself. Will doubts it. Marlena points out they all have secrets - including HIM. Will gets tense. Marlena adds that as Sami well knows, secrets have a way of coming out. Will looks even more tense. Marlena explains secrets get exposed when one least expects it. Will suggests she tell his lying mother that. Marlena assures him he can tell her anything. Will shakes his head, announcing he must go. Out of town? He admits if he does not escape from Sami soon, he will simply explode! Exit Will, slamming the door behind himself. John emerges and asks if everything is alright. She cannot talk about it, though she wishes she could do more. John points out she is there and gives the boy advice. She, however, fears it is not enough. - Will paces at the now empty town square and kicks a chair. Meanwhile Stefano and Kate are walking outside and come to stand outside the pub. He complains that their butler Harold is no longer wearing suspenders. Kate concludes he is fixating on irrelevant details because something is troubling him! Stefano is amazed how in tune with each other they are. She wants him to unburden his soul. The phoenix sighs it has to do with Elvis, and a secret he kept from him. He fears he would never forgive him! Kate wonders what he has done. Stefano laments he let his son down and there was nothing he could do about it. He stops when John and Marlena appear. Kate invites them to join them for dinner. John glares at the phoenix and drawls he would rather starve. Kate thinks they should call a truce and points out Sami is working for her now. John and Marlena give each other a look and doc quips they should go. Stefano would rather they join them. John sarcastically states he has done quite enough and waltzes off with the blonde. Kate now faces Stefano and asks what he did. He anxiously rubs his face with a hand. - Madison and Brady return to her place and he thanks her for listening. She has decided she wants him to work with his dad. When she started her company, she would have loved to work with her mom. She sighs she cannot share anything with her now. Brady is sorry.Madison reasons if her mom were there, she would do the same as him. Brady is much moved. She is genuinely happy for him. They embrace. Brady appears even more committed to his girl. - At the loft, Sami gets a text from Caroline that the kids are in bed. Rafe is impressed she is texting. Sami admits she thought it was work as she sent an important report. The adjustment has not been easy. Rafe deduces she likes the new job. Sami smiles she feels it will all work out and kisses him. - Will spies a poster of EJ DiMera for mayor, starts to remove it, then stares darkly ... - Brady and Madison start to make out ... - Stefano pretends to Kate that John must suspect him of robbing the funds from Basic Black. He considers John a worthy opponent and believes he will get his life back. Kate is glad to have the phoenix by her side. They kiss and he suggests they find the most expensive place to have dinner all alone! She agrees. - John and Marlena are dining at the pub. She will not let Stefano get to her! John receives a call from Brady, who announces he has something to tell him. John grins knowingly. - Sami nervously awaits a message on her iphone. Rafe has cleaned up and suggests dessert, but he did not have food in mind. She jumps up, clasps her boots around him, and they make for the bedroom like a couple of teenagers. - At DiMera mansion, EJ opens the door to Will and asks what he can do for him. Will hatefully states he wants money to leave Salem and if he does not open his wallet, he will tell everyone his dirty little secret. He knows what he did! EJ's eyes narrow and flicker as he considers his next move ... Next on Days of Our Lives Bo wonders what if going through this tears him and Hope apart all over again. Hope stares. As Jack spies on them from behind a newspaper, Jen offers to help Dan the way he helped her. Dan questions whether that is a good idea. EJ smugly retorts to Will that he knows something HE would not want to be made public! Will's eyes widen with dread. |
