| DAYS OF OUR LIVES SUMMARY Part 2 Wednesday, January 18, 2012 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! NOTHING GOOD - Part 2 - Boss EJ orders Will to obtain more campaign posters from the printer on the outskirts of town. Will takes off to do just that. EJ and Nicole enjoy their lunch. Abe and Lexie stroll along and stop at their table. Abe accuses him of stealing his jobs plan agenda. EJ advises him to prepare for the debate or make his own jobs plan! Abe warns he will lose the election and be living proof that crime does not pay! Lexie explodes and threatens to contact the debate moderator, to warn them that the questions have more than likely been compromised. Nicole and EJ are defiant. Lexie laments he has no soul. He is nothing but an expensive, empty suit. EJ angrily reminds her this is politics so she should not take it personally. Why, he and Abe were sharing a chuckle just the other day. Lexie looks away. Abe rages that is the last chuckle they will ever share. EJ is affected when Abe and Lexie walk away. He attempts to change the subject and wonders what is taking William so long. Nicole brings up Marlena's reaction and other Salemites ... EJ growls to drop it, for he is not answering any more questions about William! - Marlena stops Sami as she walks through the town square and notes she works for Kate. Sami gets mad, assuming she is against her decision. Marlena asks if it is going well. It is. She is glad to hear it. However, she would rather discuss Will. It concerns her that he is working for EJ DiMera. Sami already knows. Marlena wonders if Sami has changed her view of EJ. Sami claims she has not, but Will does not listen. Marlena hopes she will try again. Will is troubled at the moment and needs his mother. Sami snaps that is priceless coming from her. "Where were you when I needed you!" Sami thinks her mother was selfish and now she is just like her. She accuses her of not being there for her, like when she married Rafe and then Grace died. John was more important then! Same thing when Johnny went missing. Sami perceives she has nothing to say in response. Marlena calmly points out enough has been said in this discussion. Sami suggests they never discuss this again and leers at her not to tell her how to be a good mother. She should spend some time wondering why SHE was not a good one. Exit Sami. - Rafe takes a look at Bo's tablet and does see familiar felon faces. Hope asks Rafe and Carrie about business. Carrie jokes about the cat case. Hope and Bo can relate to that from the old days. Bo offers to help get the word out. They appreciate it. Hope wonders if Sami is alright with the association. Rafe thinks she is. Carrie admits things are kind of tense. Bo and Hope discreetly excuse themselves. Rafe assures Carrie he has heard good things about her too. Sami is in a better place now and she wants things to be good. Carrie hopes so. Bo and Hope later update Carrie and Rafe on the mysterious Alice key. Bo suspects the other key holder was Stefano DiMera, a man she had secrets with, her secret partner. Bo and Hope head back to the station. Rafe suggests he and Carrie get lunch, since they now have money coming in. They sit back down at the pub and he notices she seems conflicted about the job. She sighs her heart is in defense work. Rafe quips if she is not comfortable, then he is not in either. Carrie decides it would be good to grow, along with him. He assures her they are a team and nothing will stop them! Rafe now spies Sami and walks to her. Needy Sami holds him tight. - Back at the café, Nicole wants to talk to EJ about his sister Lexie, who means a great deal to him. She seemed to mean it that they were through. EJ claims he will not lose any sleep over it, but Nicole thinks otherwise ... - Meanwhile, Abe tries to put Lexie at ease. He vows EJ will not win. The citizens of Salem deserve better and he will make sure they get it! - Marlena runs into Will at the town square and concedes he is an adult who can work where he wishes. He appreciates it. Marlena adds that she would like to share some hard earned knowledge. She knows more than anyone that "Nothing good ever comes from associating with a DiMera!" Will stares. END Next on Days of Our Lives Acting like his employer, Nicole tells Will there is something she needs him to do for her! Marlena stares down EJ and warns him to stay the hell away from Will! At the pub, Victor, Mel, Dan, and Maggie share a booth. Maggie has a meltdown and cries they are not friends, they are family, and no distance can change that! Dan looks upset. Mel's eyes are filled with tears. |
