Bo understands it is tough, but she needs to change her thinking about Mrs. H, cos the lady had secrets. Hope feels that she is guiding them, but why did she not tell them about the secret before? Bo notes some secrets were not meant to be uncovered. Hope remarks that is what Stefano said. They sit and stare at the key. Bo believes it resembles the key to a safe deposit box. Hope believes it could also be the key to a desk. Then there is Alice's lawyer ... - Brady reminds Sami of what evil Kate did to her in the past. Sami retorts she doubled her salary. And she needs a career she can count on. Disgusted Brady disagrees with her decision. Madison yells she was a housewife when she hired her in good faith. She has stabbed her in the back! Brady shares her view. Madison wants Sami to just go and gives her 5 minutes to clear out. She accuses her of betraying her when Kate waved a bunch of money. Sami thanks her for the opportunity. Madison coldly repeats she has 5 minutes and then she calls security. She storms out. Brady now confronts Sami. "How could you do this to her!" Sami thinks Madison would have done the same thing. Brady begs to differ and calls her a disappointment. She lied to him! And her time is up! He shouts at her to go. Sami walks out the door. Brady's eyes are filled with worry. - At the town square, Rafe congratulates Carrie for staying in Salem with her own practice. They now discuss John and Marlena. She is worried he will not take well to the man he hates the most having set him free. She suddenly gets an email about potential office space. Rafe offers to go with her. He confides that he has been thinking of opening his own P.I. firm. Carrie is impressed. Could he answer to her? They could be partners! He would be the lead investigator. He thinks this would be great and will discuss it with Sami. He knows she will understand. They toast to the future with their coffees and a smile ... - Marlena argues to John that she wanted him to be free and she knows in her heart he would have done the same. Besides, Stefano DiMera only provided a little clue. John is aghast. How could she do this without consulting with him? Because she feared he would say no and wanted him home. He exclaims he is home now and he is tainted! Evil Stefano always has a price! He will want payback! Marlena insists the phoenix cannot do anything to him. He laments it is only a matter of time until Stefano destroys them for good.How on earth could she do this to them? Marlena's eyes fill with tears. She insists he owes Stefano nothing. John mutters he already owns him anyway. Marlena explains she would have made a deal with the devil to help him. He informs her that is what she just did! Marlena starts to say what the alternative would have been ... - Bo gets word that Alice's lawyer is out of town for the holidays. Hope still wants answers. Bo assures her she can take a challenge and he thinks Mrs. H would sure like them working together. Hope is glad that wherever this leads, they are on the journey together. He seconds the motion and they hug. - Back at Titan, Brady is very sorry. Madison keeps a stiff upper lip and points out she only lost a company employee, not him. They embrace and he promises she will never lose him. - Sami gets back to the loft and Kate quips there is work to do starting now! Sami appears caught off guard ... - Back at the condo, John interrupts Marlena's attempt at an explanation and announces he will go deal with this mess himself. Marlena wishes to accompany him but he solemnly states she had done enough already. He puts on his coat and heads out for a showdown with the devil ...! END Next on Days of Our Lives Tormented Will exclaims to Marlena to please stop trying to figure him out. "I'm your grandson and I'm fine!" John levels a gun at Stefano's face, close range. The phoenix stares and dares him to do what he has dreamt of for yearrrrs! John smirks. |
