The Sofa, The Star, and The Key - Part 2 - Sami nervously asks Rafe why he thinks their vows had anything to do with EJ. He reminds her EJ was the one who broke them up and the DiMeras created that monster who slept with her. It still drives him crazy, though he knows she never would have done it had she known it was not him. Sami is speechless for a moment. She now claims she just wanted to prove she would never take them for granted. He interrupts her that he knows and tonight is all about them. His love for her is unconditional. There is nothing EJ can do that will ever come between them. Sami starts to cry and gasps why does he love her so much? They embrace and start to undress each other as romantic music plays in the background. Rafe's shirt comes off. They kiss and her lingerie straps fall. The pair end up on the SOFA, giving into their passion. - Bo walks through the town square pushing the new pink bike. Hope wants him to hand it over so he doesn't break this one too! She sits on the bike and merrily says she is right. Bo, still wearing his Santa hat, is ready to play around. He lunges for Fancy Face but accidentally falls onto the Horton plaque, which has been broken! Hope gasps at the long crack. Tis a bad omen! - John is elated when Brady and Madison drop by. Marlena is glad too. They were on their way to take food to a shelter. Marlena offers them some of Maggie's leftovers. Madison thinks that would be great. She and Marlena go into the kitchen to get the rest. That gives John a chance to talk to his son. He asks how things are going with Madison. Brady calls her amazing and boasts she bought him a star after he confided in her. John is caught off guard He is glad he now knows why Brady was so into stars. Brady notes they can make up for lost time now that he is a free man. "That's a fact!" grins John and the two men embrace. The gang soon head out with the bags for the shelter but Madison stays back when she gets a call. She thanks the caller for the gift, replies she will not be able to get away, and wishes him a Merry Christmas. Click! Brady comes back and hopes things are okay. Madison quips they are and follows him out. - Sami gets up from the sofa, wearing sleeping Rafe's shirt. She stares out the window, looks back at sleeping Rafe, and fights back the tears, her face filled with guilt. - Hope lifts the broken piece of the plaque, upset. Bo assures her what it symbolizes is not broken. Hope is convinced this is a bad omen. Bo wonders if it was a message from Alice, then lifts the plaque and drawls she is not gonna believe this! - Will, Brady, and Madison return with John and Marlena to pick up the pies. Will suddenly stares out at the night sky and notes there is a bright new star by Andromeda. Brady and Madison exchange a knowing glance about his mother. Brady asks if she wants to make a wish. She wonders whether he will. Brady quietly nods. John suggests Marlena too make a wish. She glows she has all her heart needs and kisses him. - Back at the town square, Bo removes a concealed key from the broken plaque and hands it to Hope. It must be from Alice but what does it open and what does it mean? They gaze up at Alice's ornament together The mystery continues ... ! END Next on Days of Our Lives Jack insists to Jen that they will always be family. He now pauses and adds unless she does not feel the same way! Jen stares. Shirtless John grins at Marlena in their bed. "People know I didn't defraud my investors thanks to you." Marlena blinks. EJ gives Stefano an angry, disbelieving look as the phoenix argues "Just because John is frrrree, does not mean that the game is overrr!" |
