She takes a deep breath, starts to babble again. He suddenly kisses her. He praises and thanks her. She now kisses him. Out in the club, a female fan asks about Dan's next dance. She squeals with delight when he gives her his cowboy hat. Jen teases he can quit now and gets her cowboy out of there. Meanwhile Cam is still kissing Abigail. He is sorry how he was earlier. He should have been honest with her from the start. Her earrings dangling, she assures him the whole town cares and came out to help. Cam calls her amazing. In fact, she is more than amazing. But he has an early shift at the hospital. Perhaps he can properly thank her one more time. She flirtily agrees and he kisses her again, then leaves with his bag and a grin. Abigail smiles. her cheeks flushed. Nicole is walking outside when she literally runs into Father Matt. She apologizes for what happened and explains her leaving the church position was for the best. Matt sternly suggests she at least owes Father Eric a few words and continues on his way. Nicole considers. Eric is holding the bible in his office, doing some soul searching, when Vargas gingerly enters. He knows he would be nowhere without his help and does not want to mess this up. Eric advises him to avoid sins like the one he walked in on. Vargas humbly agrees. Eric now points out this was a violation despite the spin Nicole might have given it. Vargas understands and he is done with Nicole! He hopes he will forgive him. Once alone, Eric pensively kneels at the cross and starts to pray. Nicole walks in, takes one look at the scene, and tiptoes out. The priest senses something and turns around but she is already gone ... Sami explains she wanted to thank Rafe. For what? She appreciates he did not try and talk her out of marrying EJ. She appreciates that he respects her enough to not say that her marrying EJ is foolish and destructive and she will regret it forever. Rafe half smirks she already knows, he did not need to say a thing, and saunters off. He pauses and takes one last look back. Sami sighs and blinks ... END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Hope finds out Bo is not on his way home. Jen is back in action at the hospital and takes on Anne! |
