Mean Mischief Part 2 Kate casually informs Rafe that they were discussing Will and his relationship with the baby, which naturally would be good for newlyweds Gabi and Nick as well. Rafe takes a seat. Kate now suggests the newlyweds honeymoon while leaving the baby with Sonny and Will. Nick sarcastically states she really thinks of others. Rafe wonders what his problem is. Nick claims he supports Gabi totally but Kate was trying to trick his beloved into signing this document. Rafe proceeds to read some of the fine print. Kate insists it is nothing important but he disagrees! He scoffs she must have done this behind his back. Kate would rather talk privately. Nick accuses her of upsetting his beloved bride. Kate is sorry. Rafe hastily ushers Kate out to discuss in private. Gabi sighs to Nick she thought she could trust Kate. Nick murmurs the only person she can trust is him and the girl puts her head on his shoulder. She wonders whether he is really okay with her wanting Will to be part of the baby’s life. He claims it is her decision, then accuses Will's family of pushing her, and deceiving her. She sighs she is tired. Nick continues. Will's family is counting on it and getting her signature would only be the beginning. He now convinces her that they are really after full custody of her unborn daughter! Refined Laura assumes Jen felt she was betraying Jack’s memory. However, there was no need to kick Daniel out of her life. Furthermore, Jack would not want her to use him as an excuse for not being happy. Jen gasps she knows but cannot talk about that. Laura goes to get more tea and hopes she will consider what she said. Alone, Jen cries she did use Jack as an excuse and she hates it too! She now decides to call Daniel. Dan sits on the desk as Nicole updates him on what she knows. Chloe had told her she would never give up on him and she sounded like she had a plan. Then she confronted Chloe and she is convinced the vixen did something to make the fair Jen break up with him! Dan stares. Nicole adds she was smirking. Ring ring! Secretary Nicole now answers Father Eric’s office phone. She steps away to sign for a church package. Dan puts his hand to his heart and vows to wipe the smirk from Chloe's scheming face. He gasps and wonders what she might have done. What could she have used to make Jen end their relationship? A nun brings little Parker back to daddy and he suddenly realizes what it was. "She used him! She used my son!" Nicole returns. Dan thanks her profusely for looking out for him and his son. She wonders what his next move will be. Meanwhile Chloe is gloating to Nancy that Jen was spotted at the airport. She has left town! She decides to go find her boys. Mama Nancy advises her not to be too pushy but confident Chloe thinks she is worrying too much. Rafe takes Kate out by some beautiful flowers, where the accusations fly between the two passionate lovers. Kate reminds him his sister is married to a sociopath and they know how he was with Melanie! His sister should sign those papers. Rafe drawls no way and remains incensed she went behind his back. Kate counters he is overreacting as Sami is involved and she dumped him for EJ. Rafe retorts she only said such a thing because she was upset. He declares their conversation over and storms off. Kate pouts. Will happily catches up with Sonny outside the coffee house. Sonny shares that he went to see EJ for a talk. Will would rather he not risk involvement in their plan to neutralize Nick. Besides, his folks would not approve of him being in cahoots with the DiMeras. Sonny, however, refuses to sit back and alludes to not telling his parents. He is doing this because he loves him! Will smiles then it is okay and they kiss. Back at the elegant mansion, EJ excitedly updates Sami on Sonny’s offer to help. Sami is surprised. She suspects EJ initially gave him the idea. EJ does admit he spoke with him earlier about what Nick was doing to William, but that was all he said. Sami exclaims he is good at getting others to do what he wants. She now wonders what was his real reason for wanting them to move back here. Handsome EJ’s eyes flicker. He sits beside his beloved and insists they moved in here to help William. Sami wonders if he really just wanted to be with his family. She now demands to know whether he has decided to forgive Stefano for all that he has ever done to him! EJ freezes and stares. Sami turns and stares as well. They seem to have been overheard. Chloe comes back to the apartment, where she is surprised to find Daniel. He apologizes for not letting her know his and Parker’s whereabouts. He adds he asked Nancy to give them some time alone. Chloe almost trips over her high heels. Dan looks her in the eye and announces it is time to have a talk. About what? About where they have been, and just where they go from here. Chloe blinks her pretty blue eyes, unaware that the confrontation cometh ...! END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Dan turns on Chloe! Jen thinks she should move away. Cam and Chad are contacted by the phoenix. |
