Sonny sighs that is okay. Will notes he does not seem to agree. Sonny suspects he is holding this from her just to hurt her, for she will find out from someone else. Will grumbles she does not deserve to know. Sonny reasons he should tell her, for his own sake. Will pensively sips his coffee, thanking him for the input. He will consider telling his mother, though he believes he will have many more questions about being gay in Salem. Sonny is there for him day or night. Will credits him for helping him. He has also been watching him, the smooth manner with which he interacts. He marvels he is so easygoing and natural and yearns to be just like him. Sonny is happy for Will and calls him a great guy. Everything will be fine. They hug each other ... - Sami snaps at EJ she said she would only dry his shirt and walks out of the room. EJ smirks. He soon has the towel draped over his naked shoulders, his pants still on. She gives him her wedding photo album with Rafe to toss in the trash with some other things. But EJ feels she might regret it. She starts to get upset about Rafe having a baby with Nicole. EJ points out he is not sure it is even his. Sami reasons if he is lying for Nicole, that is just as bad. EJ, however, will not give up on Nicole, and if that is his baby, he is going nowhere. He chuckles when she gasps this is her fifth ruined marriage and compares her to Liz Taylor. She wonders if she is unlovable. He reminds her that he was one of her husbands and she was certainly lovable. She reminds him his father forced that marriage. Besides, it went to hell anyway. EJ pauses. He soon puts his dry shirt on and they agree it is best for all concerned if they keep this new arrangement. Friends only, without benefits. He shakes her hand to seal the deal, charmingly wishes her a good night and exits. Sami sits down on the sofa with an exasperated sigh. EJ stands outside the door, smiling. - Kate gasps to Ian that she cheated on hubby Stefano, for all the wrong reasons, for he was not betraying her. Ian attempts to reason with her, but she screams he ruined her life and she now hates him for it! He loves and wants only her. She warns Stefano could come after them and kill them! He is not afraid of Stefano. She calls him a fool and begs him to leave. He will if that is what she wants, but their lovemaking changed everything. He now intends to fight for the woman he loves. He gives her a peck and departs. Kate sits at the chess set, crying. - In the land of Alamania, John and Hope hand Stefano the egg as his flunky observes. He opens the egg and grins at the half coin inside, unaware that he has been duped with a forgery! He hands them their passports. Hope will have to pretend to be Lily Faversham, a sweet old friend to Gina, while John will once more have his alias, Father John! Stefano coos to go enjoy their life together. He is curious where they might be headed Hope smiles like Gina. "Paris. Where we first fell in love of course!" They exit as he airily wishes them a bon voyage. - Father John and Hope are at the airport, nervously waiting in line. They will not be home free until they are on their flight! Stefano, meanwhile, has his man call to find out what and where Hope and John are really flying. The phoenix suddenly sees that the coin has been painted. "Damn them!" he thunders. - Sonny momentarily shuts his eyes as Will hugs him. When it is over, Will looks him in the eye and explains he must go. Sonny turns around and hopes he will keep him in the loop with his folks. Will agrees, then pauses at the door for a few seconds, staring back with longing. - Stefano rages he has been hoodwinked! He receives word that the dynamic duo are actually en route to Salem. He knows they know they are John and Hope again, not Gina and the pawn and plans to stop them in their tracks. Meanwhile, John and Hope are about to board their flight when the Alamanian airport gets a last minute phone call. Guess who?! END |
