Rafe comes up behind her and wonders if she is interested in the spa's new parenting classes. She would rather the world not yet know about her pregnant state. Rafe admits the ruse will not be easy for him either. She suspects EJ will be hell bent on proving he is the daddy! Rafe whispers they still have almost ten weeks to come up with something. She is acting stressed. He suggests the yoga stuff might help. For the baby's sake. She agrees to get a brochure. He walks with her. She soon has the forms and thanks him. But she fears that by signing up for any kind of maternity class, she could be tempting the fates. Rafe thinks she should remain positive by visualizing holding her baby in her arms. Nicole smiles. He drawls if you want something to happen, you have to be open to it. Nicole smiles even more. - At the Coffee House, Lucas is seeking Will. EJ suggests Lucas go running back to his Geisha and arrogantly reminds him Will is still an employee. Lucas accuses him of moving into the same building he moved Sami into because he has an agenda. He really just wants Sami back. He decidedly shakes his head and stares darkly. "It's not gonna happen!" EJ sarcastically notes he is calling him a predator and insists he is helping Samantha and the children. Lucas remarks he never admits to things, does he? EJ explains he is merely looking forward to being near the children. Lucas growls that is why he hired Will too - to get closer to Sami. EJ smugly replies he did that because William threatened to blackmail him and he trusts he shall keep his mouth shut! Lucas looks ready to kill him but smoothly warns him the mayor is not supposed to threaten people. And it is only a matter of time until all of Salem knows his wife cheated on him. He suspects EJ is going after Sami to get back at Rafe. EJ turns the tables by wondering why Lucas is still in town. Why does he seem so invested in Samantha! Lucas will not allow him to turn this on him. He does not want Sami back as he is still recovering from the last time. They are just friends this time around. EJ cackles and calls him hysterical. Is he this protective of all his friends? Lucas stares him down and warns him to leave her alone "Or you're screwed! You're gonna have to deal with me!" He saunters off. EJ appears a tad tense. Lucas now runs into Rafe and Nicole sharing a little hug. He suggests they get a room, then corrects himself. They already did! He has something to say to Rafe about Sami, too ... - Brady approaches Madison at the pub, regretting the mess he made with the Foreign Press with his drunken outburst. He wonders why she is still with Ian. Cos he is her husband. Brady doubts that and points out she does not even want that fiend to touch her! She implores him not to continue, for it would end badly. Brady insists he could protect her. She is throwing away their love! He cannot do this anymore. He is done. Brady now stands up to leave but she begs him not to go. She wants to help make things right to save his father's company and has pulled some strings to get international journalist Serge to come. This meeting is all about damage control. Serge arrives. Madison explains Brady is now feeling better. Brady makes a joke about mixing cold medicine with wine. Serge takes it all in. Madison praises Brady's professional ability. Serge is surprised, for he noticed that Brady and Ian and Madison had a rather complicated relationship. Much to Madison's chagrin, Brady admits it is true. There is tension there ... - In his hotel suite, Ian whispers he will never let Kate go again and they passionately kiss. She is the woman he loves! After they have made love, the lie in each others' arms in his bed. She is glad she knows why he walked away from her. If only they had been together all this time! Now what about Madison? Ian decides he and Madison are finished. He wants to be with Kate and vows to make it happen. She gets teary-eyed as she admits she has felt in Marlena’s shadow for so long that she almost forgot what it felt like to come first. "No more tears," he murmurs and they kiss. He then stands up in his gold robe to get them some food. He remembers all her favorites! Kate is elated, until she toys with her big wedding ring and flashes back to big bad Stefano's declaration of love, how he felt like a pauper before he had her in his life. She gasps she has made a terrible mistake ...! - In the land of Alamania, John pretends not to know what the paper is, claiming the front desk clerk sent it up and he assumed it was the bill. Hope innocently asks who Bo Brady is. She and John exchange a glance. Hope is still acting like Gina, John the Pawn. John offers to check with the front desk for clarification. Stefano decides they must have gotten them mixed up with someone else. Hope crumples the paper.The phoenix now dangles their freedom before them if they find his egg. They assure him that is what they want. Do they have his egg yet?? John says NO but Hope says YES! Stefano stares. He suspiciously demands to know which one it is. John drawls they will soon have it. The phoenix growls his temper is running short and if they do not deliver, then he will get angry Alamanian style! He storms out. Hope thinks they should have given him the egg in return for their freedom. John explains it will be their passport out of here.
