PART 1

- Jen walks in the town square and meets both Dan and Jack. She
thanks them for coming and wishes there was an easier way to do this. The idea of dating them would be pointless if they were not all on board. Dan agrees. Jack glumly plays along. Jen has made her decision too.
If they are both sure, she is willing to give it a whirl. She cannot think of any other idea. Dan admits it will be like Crazyville. However, this is an unusual situation. Jen reminds Jack they have a great history together,
but it will be hard to get back the trust. Jack vows not to give up. Jen reminds Dan she loves him and they were just getting started. Dan insists he will not walk away from the woman he loves. Even if it means he must share her. "For a while!" quips Jack. One will win the fair Jen, while the other will end up with a broken heart. Jack drawls at least two out of
three will be happy. He is confident that he will be one of them. Dan is
up for the challenge and gives him a look. The guys start to butt heads so Jen decides there must be ground rules. Dan and Jack disagree on the rules, then agree to alternate days. Jack wants to know the definition of a day and gets complicated. Jen exclaims she is not a commodity. "This is insane!"
- EJ is making his internet speech, which is his official statement about that parasite John Black stealing people’s money. EJ will be the lawyer
in the class action lawsuit. He insists John will have to pay! He will also attach John's personal assets to this matter for restitution. EJ now turns and winks at Nicole. He continues, declaring that he will try and get all who suffered their money back and punish the fiend ...
Nicole soon shows EJ the preliminary polls. He has gained! He notes he has not gained enough with certain voters. Nicole points out some still
link him to crime so he should forget about winning over all the people. He intends to change that. Nicole happily remarks the debate results
show that every time Abe supported John, the mayor lost popularity. EJ hopes he will remain loyal to John and it will cost him his job!
- At the townhouse, Abe and Lexie are discussing the debate with John and Marlena. John thinks EJ looked reptilian on TV. Abe does not intend to let EJ win, but John warns if Mayor Abe does not distance himself from him, then his chances are shot to hell! Lexie and Abe insist they
are behind friend John, regardless. Moments later the news comes on
and the announcer goes over EJ's recently released statement. He will represent those who lost money pro bono, and is promising to give the victims 100% of the gains of the lawsuit! John does not think Abe can distance himself enough. Abe brings up John's stellar reputation in the town. Marlena praises John, but he does not believe he can tell people
not to be angry as they have every right to be!
The mood later becomes light as Marlena serves dessert to their guests. Lexie sips her wine. Abe toasts to spending time with friends. They all clink their glasses and John accepts when they offer to have dinner for them next time. John toasts to optimism. A crash is heard and a brick
flies through the broken window. John picks it up and reads the attached note. DIE THIEF! He frowns. Abe suspects it came from the building across the street and takes off to check it out. Hopefully they will catch the perpetrator. John is sorry. Marlena and Lexie think it is not his fault. John excuses himself to go call Carrie. Marlena now confides to Lexie
that this is a great deal for John to endure. She fears that he still suffers from the effects of what happened before. He is having sleepless nights. Lexie wonders what she is thinking. Marlena admits she is worried there
could be something very bad ...
- Bo and Hope join Victor and Maggie at the Kiriakis mansion. Maggie is desperate to learn if her child is alright and cries for them to help her find him or her. Bo and Hope are on it! It is their top priority. Victor offers his resources too. Bo and Hope wonder if there is anything she can tell them, no matter how insignificant. Maggie recalls how she and Mickey were thinking of trying for their own child. It was not meant to be and so the clinic saved her unused eggs. Then she later got a call that the clinic had been sold. Maggie could have the eggs stored or destroyed. She opted to have them kept at another facility. She exclaims she still has the papers and races upstairs to get them. She comes back and hands the document to Bo and Hope. Hope makes a call and finds out that company's number has been disconnected. Now what? Victor places his arm around the anxious redhead as Bo searches an online database of Salem businesses past and present. Nothing there. Hope realizes the address was never anything more than a vacant lot. Said company never existed. Maggie is horrified. What happened to her eggs?! Victor suddenly looks guilty ...
- At DiMera mansion, Nicole gets a call from Millionaire Matchmaker Patty. She has found the perfect girl for EJ who might become the first lady of Salem. She wants him to call her as soon as possible so they can set it up. Nicole agrees to pass the message on. When curious EJ enters, however, she pretends the call was only about the detailed poll results! She praises him for acting so fast in the campaign. EJ gets closer and
grins they need to find a way to keep the momentum going. Nicole is all for it. EJ shares he is thrilled about the possibility of defeating Abe.
- Back at the town square, Jen does not like to be considered an object. Dan and Jack assure her she is so much more. Jen sighs it already feels like a competition. "That's because it is," says Jack.
- Bo and Hope decide to go back to Alice's lawyer for more answers. They exit together. Maggie places her head on Victor's shoulder. He says nothing ...
- Abe returns to the townhouse bearing bad news ...
