PART 1 - Replay of Rafe and Will finding Johnny at the pub after the tyke crawls out from under a table. Rafe picks him up and is relieved he is alright. They wonder where he was. Rafe grins his mom will be so happy. Will hugs him and Rafe takes him back. Johnny explains he was scared and is sorry. Rafe praises him for doing the right thing by waiting. Turns out the lad hid somewhere, then everyone was gone when he came back - Replay of the drama at the mansion as EJ and Sami deal with the anger and emotion and he kisses her. She cries and hangs onto him, then kisses him back. He lifts her up and puts her on the table. They tear at each other's clothes and gasp with longing. - Rafe tries to reach Sami and gets her voice mail again. He chuckles they have Johnny, who is safe, and will see her at home. Rafe wonders where she is, but Will thinks maybe her phone battery died. Johnny complains he is hungry. Will knows Caroline had chocolate chip cookies out back with milk and takes him there. Rafe grins and calls other family members to share his good news. Johnny later enjoys his milk and cookies. Rafe will take Johnny back to the loft and Will offers to tell EJ the news. He thanks Rafe for giving them a real family at long last. Rafe appreciates it. Will adds his mom is very lucky to have him. Rafe loves her more than anything and insists he is the lucky one. - Madison runs into Brady at the town square. She is helping pass out flyers about the missing Johnny. Brady asks her to look him in the eye and states she is difficult to understand. She thinks he is implying she is a heartless b*tch. No, but his opinion is that she has trouble sharing her feelings and letting others in. She would rather get back to handing out flyers so he takes some and starts to walk with her. Nicole appears and wants to help - or would they rather be alone? Brady says that is not the case. They discuss the Johnny situation. Nicole states she would love to help if there is anything she can do. Brady will pass it on to Sami and Rafe. Madison wonders why the kids are not with EJ at all, if he is their father. Nicole sighs Sami gave him full custody. Brady later brings Nicole and Madison a coffee. Madison quips she prefers tea and walks off. Brady asks Nicole how EJ's campaign is going. It is on hold, as Mayor Abe made the decent decision to suspend his campaign. Brady remarks EJ is not so decent. Nicole claims she knows exactly who EJ is and tries to dismiss his concerns. EJ is not perfect, yet neither is she. Brady argues he cares about what happens to her, hence his worry. Nicole gets miffed and points out she is working on EJ's campaign. He questions if that is all she is doing. Nicole snaps does he mean is she sleeping with EJ??? Madison walks back and jealously wonders if she should leave them to talk. Brady explains it was just an old habit. Nicole agrees. Brady decides to go to the loft to see if Rafe and Sami need anything. Nicole asks him to call her if there is anything new. He agrees and saunters off. Nicole insists there is nothing between her and Brady, but Madison haughtily claims she and Brady are business pals only. She does not mix business with pleasure, unlike Nicole, whom she notes works with her ex, whom she really wishes was not her ex. Nicole realizes she is a neutral observer so she would like to talk to her about it. She admits she asked EJ to sign divorce papers. Madison deduces now she wishes she had not. Nicole admits that is right. - Rafe arrives at the loft with Johnny. Sami is nowhere to be seen and Johnny wonders if she is mad at him. Rafe assures him that is not the case. Besides, people always forgive their loved ones. - At the mansion, EJ and Sam are passionate on the sofa, crying, and perspiring in abandon. Will approaches the front door and knocks. No answer. He enters after using his key and walks past the living room, where he sees EJ on top of Sami, gasping and kissing her as she gasps and kisses him back. He stares in horror. He staggers out and shuts the door. No one even knows he was there. Moments later, EJ realizes what he has done and suddenly sits up. So does disheveled Sami. His eyes are glazed and shocked. So are Sami's and she weeps. Will breaks down outside the front door. Meanwhile, Rafe is leaving Sami another voice mail ... - At the loft, Johnny is ready for bed and Rafe is so glad he is okay. He hugs the happy lad. Knock knock! Tis Brady, not Sami. Rafe appears disappointed. He then grins and points at Johnny. Brady is thrilled that Johnny doubled back to the pub, where he was found. He lifts him up. - At the mansion, Sami fixes her clothing as EJ pours himself a drink. No words are spoken between them about what just happened. She reaches for her fallen phone and turns it on. Sweaty EJ takes a drink and is reduced to tears when he sees Johnny's picture. He turns it over and silently sobs. Sami now realizes she has a voice mail ... - Back at the loft, Rafe has sent Johnny to bed. Brady is amazed. Rafe has also been in touch with Roman and is dismayed the press reported the wrong news. They are not sure whether Sami heard it. Rafe is still concerned she is not answering her phone. And she was so upset and mad at him ...That surprises Brady. Rafe points out he was the one who pushed to take the kids to the pub to see John. Then all hell broke loose. He should not have done it. Brady assures him he had every reason to believe the pub was safe. Besides, Sami was just lashing out like she usually does. Everything will be fine. Rafe wishes she were home already. Brady heads out to tell people about Johnny. When he opens the door, Will stands there, in tears. Brady departs. Rafe asks the upset teen what is wrong. Did he talk to EJ? Will has no answer. Johnny has toddled out and Rafe agrees to let him watch TV. He sends him to get them pillows. Exit Johnny. Will is strained. He cautiously informs Rafe that he never spoke to EJ. Rafe, assuming EJ was not at the mansion, admits he is perturbed that Sami could be mistakenly mourning about something that never happened to Johnny. Will solemnly notes he looks after his mom and all of them. Rafe points out they all mean the world to him. He pleasantly offers to call the station to find out what they are doing to locate Sami. He tells the teen it will be fine. Will removes his jacket and bitterly states he is sure she is okay. She always takes care of herself! He scoffs about her disappearing after getting mad that Rafe suggested they go the pub. He yells she never talks the blame for anything! - Back at the mansion, Sami plays Rafe's voice mail.
