PART 1 - Replay of Sami and Lucas admitting they still love each other, which is followed by a heartfelt hug. He meant what he said that she is not alone. She thanks him and cries it has been hard feeling no one was on her side. She is touched he came all this way to help her and gives him a kiss on the cheek. His phone rings and she wonders who it is. His fiancée. Sami does a double-take. "Your what!" She snaps he did not even tell her. He explains he will fill in the kids in person. Sami is miffed. He wonders if she is jealous. No, cos she is a married woman. He points out she did not tell him in advance of marrying Rafe and suggests she relax. Otherwise, he will think it bugs her that his life does not revolve around her! He adds she does kinda think she is the center of the universe. She reminds him he is the father of two of her kids so she has every right to have an over reaction to the news. He admits he left her with most of the responsibility of the kids but now he is here. Sami sighs she is alone, like always, cos he has his girl Autumn! Lucas wonders if he should leave cos she is not even like the Sami he remembered anymore. She would do something and not let anyone take anything away from her. She quips she has four kids and now works for his mother. Lucas laughs as he recalls the crazy things she did back in the Carrie/Austin days. She remarks she is different now. He sits beside her after making a joke about his bazooka and she leans her head on his shoulder. He drawls she is the real deal, which is part of the reason he came back . - Carrie graciously says it is fantastic to have Abigail at the Lodge and hugs her. Mel and Austin watch dubiously. Abigail innocently suggests dinner. Austin hugs his wife and informs the girls it will be a table for two for just himself and his wife, who want to be alone. Ski bunny Mel assures the couple they had no idea they would be there. Carrie is very friendly and tells them how they are in the nice new wing. Abigail notes they are in the old wing. Carrie thinks maybe they should switch, as she and Austin have special romantic memories from that old wing. Austin pretends Abigail's skis need to be exchanged. Carrie and Mel go ahead to the room. Austin is not amused and once the two have departed, he demands to know what the hell Abigail thinks she is doing! This is SICK! She insists what they had was beautiful and stares at him with longing, her eyes wide and obsessed. She knows he was jealous when she spoke to Quinn. He snaps that is because he is bad news. She is convinced he still has feelings for her. He exclaims that he was drunk when they were together and it was a mistake. There is nothing between them! He steps away. Abigail's face falls. She sits next to him in front of the fireplace and wants to know if he and Carrie are committed. They are. She reminds him how close Carrie got to Rafe. She remembers how upset he was about it that night in his office. She warns him that Sami and Rafe are apart so Carrie could do this again! He urges her to stop already. She implores him to give them a chance. They are real and she would never turn on him like Carrie. "I love you! I love you so much!" - Meanwhile, Carrie shows Mel the room and then asks how Abigail is doing. She was upset over the guy who dumped her. Mel explains she is still working through some things. Carrie hopes she is not thinking of reconciling with him. Mel sure hopes not! Carrie and Mel now return to Abigail and Austin just after the obsessed girl has said how much she loves him, an eerie smile on her face. - Shirtless Brady cuddles with Madison under the sheets. She muses Ian will not like this. Brady jokes who is he! They kiss again. She is worried about ruthless Ian causing trouble. Brady makes a snide remark about his walking stick. He knows he will be the loser in this battle! Mad gushes and they get back to their passion. They later enjoy champagne and she finds the engagement ring in her glass. The mood is light. He admits he had high hopes and asks that she actually wear it this time. She suddenly looks ready to cry. He wants to know why. She is fearful of how Ian will react. He, however, would rather discuss something more positive, like how many kids they will have! She giggles and they keep on drinking champagne. He soon realizes he must depart, to put things in motion. What he plans is a secret. He leaves her with the ring and she gives him a long kiss. She warns him to be cool with Ian, and not get in his face. Then all will be fine. He agrees and leaves in his suit. Madison gingerly places the ring on her finger, though her eyes flicker with dread. - At the town square, Ian is looking at a picture of Madison on his phone and then puts it away when Kate gracefully joins him at his table. She has requested this meeting to update him. She has spoken to Sami the spy. He wonders if she knows. She does not and will not suspect a thing until the axe falls. She smiles revenge is sweet. Ian could not agree more, for revenge is delicious! They appear to be in synch. Kate is curious about his plan concerning his wife and Sami. Ian becomes distant and wants more details concerning Sami. Kate explains that when Sami came to the house, she could see she had been crying. And she knew she was really panicking when she mentioned the mole. He chuckles upon hearing how she asked her to help flush out the mole. He notes she is a clever black widow! Kate just wants to forewarn him that Madison is the one who put the mole scenario into motion, which also involved Brady. Sami, Madison, Brady. She intends to send the three of them to prison! Ian listens intently. Kate leers his wife's company will be a smoldering heap when she is done! He remarks she has done a great deal of planning. She has indeed. When Mad World is destroyed, Titan will suffer a financial loss, she is sorry to say. Kate stands up to leave. Ian points out Madison is his wife so what does she expect his reaction to be that she wants her thrown in jail?! Do what she wants to Sami, but she had better leave Madison to him - or else! Kate refuses to ignore the Mad factor, as she was the one who hired the spy. She would just keep doing it with other plants in her company and she cannot allow it. Kate wants him not to stand in her way. Ian is against her touching his wife. She wonders why he defends her. Because she is his wife! She notes he appears to be in love with her, but she doubts he loves anyone and sticks out his neck for them. He admits he does so if it is to his advantage.
