The Salem patient is coming down from his horrifying high. The passionate priest has intense flashbacks of a woman’s long legs in bed with him. He remembers more and wakes up with a start. Dr. Jonas peers at him through the fog. Eric stares. Dan asks if he remembers what happened last night. He woefully gasps he does and diverts his guilty gaze. He felt sick. Dan points out his fever is down. Eric shakes his holy head and suddenly sits up when Dan wonders what exactly he remembered. His eyes are red, his handsome face covered with perspiration. He was having ... a tough time! - Chad cutely calls Abigail, who is reposing in bed, and asks about her night. She smiles she is sorry she ran out like that. He understands she needs space but last night felt so right to tell her how he felt. Chad now spies Cam with Theo and greets the little guy. Cam is extremely unfriendly. Meanwhile Abigail sighs at her panda. Back at the coffee house, once Theo is out of earshot, Cam demands to know what kind of game the DiMera is playing with the fair Abigail. Chad replies no games, he is serious and told her how he felt last night. Cam becomes sarcastic and accuses him of making his play on their supposed non date. Chad disagrees. He simply told her how he felt and feels pretty good about it. Cam thinks he was not honest and points out she already said she wanted nothing to do with him! That was then, this is now. Confident Chad is up for the challenge. He casually adds he and Abigail are closer than ever. Cam pays and starts to walk away. Chad stops him and insists he does not wish to cause Abigail any unnecessary stress. Nothing has happened between them. Cam hands Theo his yummy drink. When he is back at the counter, Chad explains he does not want them to be enemies. Theo races up and wants him to come to the park to play. Chad promises he will stop by later, he has to stay at work for now. Cam is silent. - Back in her room, Abigail prettily smiles at the panda from Chad. She is ready to start the new day. Downstairs Adrienne is with Jen, complaining that Justin took that disaster Sami’s case. She knows Sami will lead to Sonny’s heart being broken again! Her son Will is a liar too! Jen defends him as a confused kid. Adrienne rages he is Sami’s kid. And there was that mess that almost got her son killed! Now Sami went and shot a detective! Jen notes she was defending Rafe. Adrienne is on the warpath. She doubts she was defending anyone. Jen cannot believe what she is saying. Abigail listens and remembers the video they are hiding, the evidence that she promised not to ever reveal. It makes her get nervous. Adrienne announces she wants Sonny to get away. Jen warns Adrienne to stay out of her son’s relationships. He is a young man. Adrienne worries. She suggests she not worry so much. Adrienne quips surely Jen would worry about her own kid getting mixed up with the wrong person. Abigail emerges and acts rather strained. Adrienne notices. Abigail sweetly offers to get them something, if they need anything, and exits with a smile. Adrienne praises her for dating Cam the good doctor, the right kind of guy. She could do worse! Jen blinks. - At apartment 14, Will is cuddling the baby in pink. He believes she slept through the night without a peep. Sonny teases he was out like a light from his painkillers and the baby was up every two hours. Grandpa Lucas drops by and Will happily hands him their little sleeping beauty. He gushes hi and she sleeps on, feeling the love. Lucas explains he just got back from Chicago and asks for an update on the Sami case. The evidence has not been found. He wonders if there is any. Will says no. Lucas mentions the real story and Will defensively wonders what he means by that. Lucas’ eyes narrow. He meant the truth and suspiciously asks if anything new came up. The two guys reply at the same time. NO! The conversation turns to feeding and changing Arianna. Lucas calls himself the baby master and assures them he has it covered, they can head on out. Will and Sonny are grateful and leave the apartment together. Lucas admires the baby in the cradle and muses she has Sami’s nose. He just hopes she does not have her flair for trouble too! Arianna Grace pouts. - Brady joins Nicole in a waiting room, concerned about brother Eric. She has no answers for she herself is confused! He was delirious and shaking when she found him! Brady assures her they will figure out what ails him. She quips it was no virus and Dan thinks he was poisoned! She cries she feared she would lose him. Brady watches. She is sorry. He pats her head. She sniffles he seems to be coming along nicely now. Perhaps they will still be able to take their trip. Brady shakes his head. They cannot do that, not today, maybe not ever. She nods in understanding. He tenderly tells her she is in deep with the priest, he can see it. Their rebound thing should therefore end. There are things that need to be resolved. Nicole woefully realizes he is also thinking of Kristen right now. He does not deny it. - Kristen pours her potion doctor coffee from a silver pot and accuses him of sniveling, though as they speak, her patient could be remembering everything! What does he think she should do now! He changes his tune and claims the drug will still be sufficiently potent. He was over cautious yesterday. Kristen is suspicious. He promises the patient will be oblivious to whatever transpired. Kristen smiles her crooked smile and warns if he does remember her seduction, so much will be at stake for the doctor! She boasts about the sex tape. He enquires if she is planning to flee Salem. She snaps she is staying no matter what. And he had better stay close cos he would never succeed in hiding from her or Stefano the great and powerful! Exit the potion maker. Kristen now calls for an update on Father Eric and finds out he was taken to hospital. While getting a paper, she accidentally comes across Brady’s eternal key charm to her and flashes back to the tender time he gave it to her in bed. Memories. Kristen regains her composure, dumps the eternal key in the trash, and keeps walking. Meanwhile, Brady is confessing to Nicole how he almost called the she devil, then realized he needed to get over her. That means no contact at all so he hung up. Nicole is sympathetic. Brady treasures her friendship but he will not run away from what he knows he must overcome. Nicole admits she has her own demons, as the man she has feelings for is devoted to God. She suggests being friends with benefits. Brady sternly states they must be just friends. She agrees and they hold each other. - Eric gasps and panics about the meeting he is missing. Dan assures him Nicole called to inform them he took ill. Eric calms down and Dan gets him to lie back down. He wonders what happened last night. Eric stares and breathes heavily. Dan asks if he remembers. He shakes his head with dread. "No ... It was wrong ... something went very wrong!" Daniel suspects he was poisoned. Eric frowns. He did not eat or drink anything. Dan asks about a smell in the air vent. He cannot recall. Dan wants to go back to when he entered the hotel. Eric starts to describe when he checked in, how he went to the lobby to use the office phone. There was an agitated woman who was checking in. He went upstairs and took a shower. When he came into the room ... Dan asks if he remembers. Eric stares. He holds the rosary to his heart and sighs he remembers waking up in bed, shivering, shaking. Nicole came for him. Dan thinks he was blessed. He excuses himself to check on test results, speak with Marlena and Roman, and urges him to rest. Perhaps then more memories will return. Exit Dan. Eric stands up and takes his clothes, ready to get dressed, though still shaky. He finds his white collar and pauses, his eyes filled with guilt ...
