John is away and she is ready, having finished her paperwork. Hope takes a seat. Bo stands and stares out the window. Hope admits they are not sure what to talk about this time. Marlena hopes that Bo wants to be a part of the session. He does. Marlena realizes they have a problem. Bo sits and laments he is driving her crazy. Hope reminds him he had said it was a good idea to continue the therapy. Bo points out this is really a work thing. Hope explains they work as a couple on the force too. They are bothered that Roman has removed them from the case. She curses. Marlena wonders what is troubling her. Hope notes they trust each other and worked hard to get that trust back but now they are afraid. Bo adds they are afraid of answers to questions. Who killed DiMera and what if it was someone they love?! They do know Will is innocent. However, many are affected. Marlena points out many of Salem’s citizens wanted Stefano dead. Bo admits his sympathy is not with the victim in this case. Marlena is a tad uncomfortable with the discussion and informs them she and her family will not lie but they will protect themselves. It is possible they ALL would have been capable of killing the phoenix. The three decide to get on safer ground. Dr. Marlena is certain something else is bothering her friends. Hope thinks Bo is still not keen on the notion of her Alamanian adventure while he was in a coma. She assures him it is over. Marlena ominously wonders if she is sure about that. Perhaps Bo is secretly more concerned about the unknown. Bo admits it is true. Deep down, he would like to know what happened in Alamania. Hope senses he is really asking if she had intimate relations with John. She declares that while she was Gina and John was the pawn, in their hearts they remembered who they were and who they really loved. She tenderly reaches up to touch his face. Insecure Bo blinks. She takes his hands in hers and adds she and John were clinging to the lives they wanted. That means her life with him and John’s life with Marlena. Bo grins he believes it. While he was in his coma, he heard her calling to him. She brought him back. She whispers he brought her back from Alamania. They agree it was that connection, the one they have always shared ... - Kayla stomps and angrily polishes dishes at the pub. Concerned Abe approaches and asks if everything is alright. She gasps she is fine, though she is clearly upset. Abe notes she was crying. She pretends she was just chopping onions. Enter Jen. She hugs Abe and asks how he is, how things are. Abe informs her that Lexie is getting weaker by the day and is presently in bed. Jen is sorry. Abe remarks Lexie was concerned about him today and yet she is the one who is dying. They all sit at a table and have coffee. Abe gets choked up, then asks if they can do something special for his Lexie. Jen and Kayla smile in agreement. He was hoping to take Lexie to her favorite spot for a picnic and hands Kayla a list of her fav foods. Kayla is on it and goes to the kitchen with a smile. Jen now thanks Abe for the earlier visit. She would love a repeat, yet realizes Lexie is tired. Abe sadly states it is becoming harder. Kay soon returns to pour coffee, as Caroline insisted on making Lexie’s corn beef sandwich on her own. She steps away to read a text message and looks sad again. Abe stands up and gently asks her what is really the matter. She stares. Jen hopes nothing is wrong with Stephanie. No. The problem is Steve! - Maggie has been summoned to the mansion by Henderson on Victor’s behalf. She warns eager Victor she only came to see that he was alright. He is delighted she came. She snaps he seems to be wasting her time! He lied time and time again and she lost years with her son. He would rather not discuss this in the foyer. She haughtily suggests a lawyer, in that case. Victor has something else in mind. He ushers her into the living room, which has been beautifully decorated for brunch. The redhead is not impressed and likens the situation to a spider trying to catch a fly in the parlor. Victor’s face falls. She accuses him of thinking she is dumb and rages he violated her privacy and let someone else have her child. Victor explains he did not want to give up. He does not plan to stop either. “Not after what happened to Stefano!” Maggie thinks that has precious little to do with them. Victor explains they had some things in common, both being callous and ruthless men who loved their families. He knew Stefano went through the same pain with facing Lexie dying that he did with Isabella, though Stefano had to go it alone. Money and power is simply not everything. The time has come to be with loved ones and for him that means Maggie. Can she not forgive him? She is not sure she will forget and doubts it when he claims to have changed. This spread was a mistake cos it reminds her of his birthday and that was a night she will not ever forget. There is nothing he can do about it either. The Greek tycoon frowns. He acknowledges he was arrogant and wrong. He reminds her he had no idea those were her eggs. The redhead points out it was still not okay and is ready to bolt. He begs her not to go. Maggie shakes her petulant head. She insists he listen up. No more phone calls from Henderson or surprise lunches. She admits she does not want to be alone and she does love him but the trust is broken. Victor wants time to mend it. The past is the past but he wants a chance to be the man she wants him to be - in the future! Maggie considers ... - Abe and Jen press distraught Kayla to confide in them. What has her so upset about Steve? Abe knows she was crying earlier. He wants to be there for her. Jen reasons they are her family And so Kayla takes a seat and proceeds to tell her story ….
